“The staff has always been polite and friendly.
Even if there's a long line at the drive-thru, they keep things moving quickly. They are usually the first stop I make once I leave the house. Out of the Starbucks in the area, this one has consistently made the coffee correctly. I don't have any complaints; as I said earlier, they are been my go-to for coffee and a quick snack.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to the front door; everything is on the ground floor. Handicapped parking is at the front door as well. There are no tight or narrow walkways. It is spacious enough to accommodate a manual or an electric wheelchair. I haven't used the bathroom there; I cannot speak to if it's ADA compliant.“

“I ordered my wedding cake from Li's Bakeshop in December of 2023. It was for 60 people and was a two tier chocolate cake with oreo filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. I was able to show the baker a picture of the design I was thinking about in the frosting and asked for a little bit of gold on it as well. The result was even better than me or my husband could've imagined! It was the absolute perfect, sweet ending to our amazing day!! All of our guests couldn't stop telling us it was the best cake they've ever had. We were able to save two slices and they're in the freezer awaiting our first anniversary. We've been long time customers and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to make our cake for us.“

“Gabriella is absolutely amazing to work with! I plan weddings for a living, so I had the pleasure of working with her for years before it came time for my own wedding. We honestly didn’t even look at any other bakeries since we knew Zest was who we wanted! We had a non-traditional small cake with a cheesecake on bottom and a carrot cake on top. Gabriella made it look amazing! Not to mention how fantastic all the other desserts she provided were as well! Especially the cake pops that we used as place card holders. “made a wrong turn and ended up on Gold Star Hwy. never knew it was a part of Mystic. Came to a DD to get a snack and it was a really nice bunch of servers taking care of your needs. Friendly,polite,and showed us where we made a wrong turn, we got a half dozen and some drinks but was impressed on how well they were taking care of the customers and us as well. Very clean and the quality of the product was good. Donuts were fresh and were put into a box very well and not mushed up as some places do. a good place to stop. One of our friends got a toasted bagel and said it was great with cream cheese. so I say,go here they are nice and they loved the kids.“

However, the taste, texture and overall experience of the chocolate didn’t live up to our expectations - especially at the high price point. The coffee drinks were average and slightly overpriced ($5 medium cup of coffee and $6 small cappuccino). Cute vibe, great idea, nice location, and the employee was extremely friendly. However, we’d not likely return based on this experience and the chocolate we tried.“

“I came here for Syd. My husband and I came in for a quick coffee and Syd quickly made us feel loved. She was efficient and quick, and even complimented me which was sweet. Do not get an app w it tho, unless there are a few of u. The Mac and cheese is filling! The burrata app is also very good. I had the chx parm w pink vodka sauce and my gf had the same w marinara. Everything, including our server, Mike, was awesome!! Highly recommend“

Wasn't rude like the other review says or the complaint about rolls or whatever. He actually told me where there's a full service location nearby also. This is a limited one but they have the most important thing, decent coffee.“
