“It's a small place but has some room for eating in. The food is quite good and I go there when I want pizza or Italian. It's location is convenient for me and it's close to YNHH. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere for eating here is very casual, not the kind of place for large groups.“

“We had their pizza at New Haven’s Apizza Feast. In a spot like New Haven you know the competition is fierce. East Coast Pizza did not disappoint! I had a slice of pesto and tomato. It was fantastic! We went back after going up and down the strip to get my husband a slice of pepperoni. One of the best I have ever had. I wish I lived in CT because I would hire them for all my events. “Like the calzones here, stuffed nice with a decent amount of extra toppings if so ordered. Good size, too. The calzone sauce is great, in my opinion.Just be careful at night, it's located across from a 24 hour gas station and every time I've picked up an order at night I've been bum rushed by panhandlers and some can get pretty nasty. If you rather not deal with that then I'm pretty sure they have several delivery options though I like to pick up my own.I've had the pizza they're once and it was very good also, I asked for thinner crust and extra sauce and they made it no problem.All in all it's a decent place, staff was pleasant and cordial,, and I“
