Wow , I really hate the app . It's confusing and Mondays are 100 points as a bonus and free coffee with purchase for 14 days the app kept charging me for the coffee . Aliyah knows the app and how to navigate it . Thank God ? ? otherwise Today would have been my last day going there .“

“This place has become one of our favorites, my daughter and I love it. Lucille’s has official changed the taste of Matcha for my daughter, she now craves the ones made here at Lucille’s. Great place; we love the people that work there, they are very friendly and the customer service is fantastic. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place, will definitely be returning. “The staff has always been polite and friendly.
Even if there's a long line at the drive-thru, they keep things moving quickly. They are usually the first stop I make once I leave the house. Out of the Starbucks in the area, this one has consistently made the coffee correctly. I don't have any complaints; as I said earlier, they are been my go-to for coffee and a quick snack.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to the front door; everything is on the ground floor. Handicapped parking is at the front door as well. There are no tight or narrow walkways. It is spacious enough to accommodate a manual or an electric wheelchair. I haven't used the bathroom there; I cannot speak to if it's ADA compliant.“

“I came here for Syd. My husband and I came in for a quick coffee and Syd quickly made us feel loved. She was efficient and quick, and even complimented me which was sweet. “made a wrong turn and ended up on Gold Star Hwy. never knew it was a part of Mystic. Came to a DD to get a snack and it was a really nice bunch of servers taking care of your needs. Friendly,polite,and showed us where we made a wrong turn, we got a half dozen and some drinks but was impressed on how well they were taking care of the customers and us as well. Very clean and the quality of the product was good. Donuts were fresh and were put into a box very well and not mushed up as some places do. a good place to stop. One of our friends got a toasted bagel and said it was great with cream cheese. so I say,go here they are nice and they loved the kids.“

“Me and my boyfriend go to this Dunkin’ every morning on the way to work in the morning. Coffee is good, obviously we all take our coffees differently. Food is good as well. My son likes the bacon egg and cheese on croissant and the loaded hash browns.“

Ashley, the Manager and the entire team (sorry I do not currently have all of their names- will add/edit once I know them ) are ALWAYS upbeat, smiling and extremely welcoming. They are all totally on top of their game first thing in the morning. When we arrive, they automatically get our favorite order set to go as well as ask if we want to add anything to our “usual.” Truly a delightful way to start the day - they jump start our day in the happiest direction with such warm, friendly and top notch service. “Gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of for the rest of my trip. And prompt service and fresh coffee. Wasn't rude like the other review says or the complaint about rolls or whatever. He actually told me where there's a full service location nearby also. This is a limited one but they have the most important thing, decent coffee.“

I really prefer Starbucks to Dunkin and will drive farther, even though I'd rather not. I miss living in WA where Espresso is around every corner.“
