Katlyn did her absolute best to make sure this day was everything we wanted it to be, from start to finish. Including helping setup, and take apart all of our decorations that we brought in. Not only this, but when the Bartender called out the day of our wedding, she jumped back there and got drinks out like a pro. This day wouldn’t have been what it was, without her. Katlyn answered our questions honestly and respectfully at all stages of the process. When she had an unforeseen inconvenience, on top of an unexpected delayed start from us, she picked up the slack and delivered. This day was beautiful and turned out to be exactly what we hoped it would be all thanks to Katlyn and her amazing staff!“

“Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! I have had the pleasure of ordering several dishes including soups, salads and pies and I have never had a bad meal. The ingredients are always fresh and tastey. Service is always friendly and helpful. Do not skip this place the next time you are in town!“

“A breath of fresh air! I frequented this restaurant as a child and still remember getting glass coke bottles and eating a slice of pizza with my mom. I thought I would pop in and see if it bared the same resemblance or if it was all different. To my surprise it was the same lovely place I had visited 20 years ago as a kid when I would walk up Lake ave after school. They said they just hit 30 years and it's the same owners. So many places in CT treat you like you're a burden when you walk in. I walked in not knowing if we would have lunch there because it's a smaller restaurant and I have two kids. I expected to get some sort of attitude or confused look from the staff but right away I was greeted and the woman up front was eager to help me. I explained my situation and she right away asked her family who were having a meeting at the table if they could move to the back so that my family could come have dinner. She set up two tables for us and the whole staff was friendly and patient with my wild boys. My boys began fighting over an apple juice and one gentleman was kind enough to give me another on the house. The gentleman making the pizza was kind and courteous. You really don't find places like this anymore.. everyone is in a rush, they just want to get paid and get you out, but not this place. It's a traditional family style restaurant. I left feeling so happy with finally not feeling like it was an inconvenience to serve me as I often find now'er days when we're out spending money. They were happy to have us and if we are in the area again we will go back! Thank you guys so much! <3“

“The best, my favorite, pizza joint on Mill Plain Rd, on the Westside, in Danbury! The crust is thin, has that slight crunch, folds easily to cradle the abundance of toppings. Oh, and the meat lover's version, wow! Full-size toppings (hubby & son raved about it)....and my fave, the veggie...spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, onions -LOADED & DELICIOUS! But, you cannot go wrong with a plain cheese either... Not greasy, perfect balance of cheese to sauce. My dad's favorite pizza spot, too... and no loss of memory makes him forget how to get there!“

“Great people offering your typical fan fare for a pizzeria. I have had their pizza, and although it is not for me, theirs subs are by far the best in the area. Their grinder rolls are exquisite and come from NY and mesh phenominaly with their chicken parm and sausage and peppers. I find their grinders very well priced for what you get and always well received. ALSO, a GIANT kudos... these people take phone orders CORRECTLY and follow directions well!

Parking: We can usually park directly in front of the store.
