“if you are good at grilling or have some experience, then this is the best place. When I was a kid, I always eat hot food fresh out of the stove or oven. I cannot eat cold food. So this place is best for me.

Always make sure to tell them to set the temperature to medium once the pot is hot, or you can do it yourself. Their spicy beef gulgogi is the best.

If you do not use their white yum yum sauce with the bbq meat then you are a fool and should stop going there. that sauce with lettuce and with bbq meat make it taste amazing with full of flavors. I would go there all the time but I have to watch my weight.

the only thing I don't like about this place is that the ventilation is missing on top of the table. the korean bbq place I go to in Manhattan has a vent with fan on each table so if you accidentally burn the meat, the smoke gets pulled outside instead of suffocating you. I guess you just have to be careful and flip the meat frequently.“

Brittany was our server, & she was awesome! I can't recall our busboy's name but he was great with bringing bread to our table, & refilling our water glasses as needed. I had the baby arugula salad special to start, & it was so tasty & the perfect beginning before having an old favorite of mine, linguine with white clam sauce. “We had been setting up our son's room at Sacred Heart and needed some food. I did a Google search and came upon this gem!! From the moment we walked in and Anisa seated us, we could tell, we made a good choice.

“5 ⭐️We went here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Sacred Heart University. Their location in Trumbull near the college was over an hour wait. Found out there was a second (original ) location in Stratford, On the phone they told us to come right over, they were waiting for us. When we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, were super friendly and super attentive. They treated my daughter like a super star. The food was delicious and the cocktails were so creative and tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.“

Waitress was lovely, however, walked into the restaurant to use the bathroom to find several other waitresses loudly talking about how annoged they were by our table. Went back in to let my son use the restroom and they were speaking badly about another table. needless to say, wont be back. which sucks because our boat is there.“

Place had a good blue collar New England fisherman feel to it, great bartender, and its location felt like the kind of place which may be next to the dock the seafood is unloaded at. I’ll be back especially if riding my motorcycle on the CT turnpike as this place also appeared very friendly towards bikers.“

“Ended up here for a lovely Wednesday afternoon at the end of the summer. There are plenty of picnic tables and benches to sit at. Most have umbrellas to protect from the sun as well as the seagulls. There are lots of birds that get all up in your business so be prepared for that.

I grew up in CT but have moved away so scoring a good basket of Fried Clam strips was number 1 on my things to do list and I wasn’t disappointed! The strips were plentiful and the fries were tasty. They didn’t have Heinz ketchup but the fries were so yummy I didn’t need ketchup anyways. The tarter sauce was fresh and just perfect. It’s not cheap but the food and atmosphere are definitely worth the price of admission!“
