“The sign on the door says please wear a mask regardless of vaccination status but when I walked in the chump behind the counter making sandwiches has his mask over his chin not covering his nose and half his mouth. What kind of crap is that?“

“My experience here…Never had a bad one…Today was great! I coulda used a little more dice but the service was wonderful ! I could go to 2 subways that are just a little closer and I always go to this one…they treat you better…it was the gentleman working there that made my experience so positive so idk if he’s the owner or manager but he was fantastic! How you treat people MATTERS! I had JUST cancelled my dinner order at Vincenzo’s in Town Plot Waterbury because they were and ALWAYS are SO rude! I will NEVER go back…there and this time I mean it! I was disgusted by the way I was treated by them..I went to subway instead…and I was NOT disappointed! AND I caught the sandwich of the day!“

“Staff is always friendly and on top when it comes to customer service when me or my family orders! This team truly goes all out! I have a severe egg, seafood, and shellfish allergy after a long day of working as a healthcare worker there’s days I don’t feel like cooking so I will stop in and grab a wrap or sandwich on my way home, they truly go out of their way to sanitize everything and make sure there’s no cross contamination when it comes to my orders especially when they’re busy. if that doesn’t scream customer priority I don’t know what will! please be nice to them as they are truly one of the best team I have met in the food industry and that is coming from someone who has worked in food industry growing up! They are people too, and if anything one of the best! be patient and considerate! :)“

“Nice worker, also its close to my apartment and work... Also the protein bowls i been getting and the subs which is my favorite is the FRANKS RED HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB AND PROTEIN BOWL is the best.... I recommend they keep the franks red hot buffalo chicken on the menu permanently... The protein bowl is great cause u can get everything without bread... So u wont have soggy food when u put it in the refrigerator...“

“The Subway in Thomaston CT. makes the very best Subway Grinders by far, the service is Excellent! The owner and employees are not only polite, they always make sure to make your grinder exactly the way you want, and with a smile! 😃🌯👍“

“Nice quiet subway with friendly staff and great food as usual!

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!

Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“
