“From placing the order to pickup, it was easy peasy lemon squeezy! :-) Sadly, I didn't get the staff names but all 3 were wonderful tonight (11/10/2021 @ approx 7:15p). Super friendly, courteous & had such great camaraderie that you can tell they were enjoying working together! Management got things right with that crew! “I had door dash deliver some subs for the family last night and the sub that I ordered for myself was incorrect. I called the store and because DoorDash delivered it I was told I needed to get with them to have the correct sub re-delivered. DoorDash was not able to help and all they could do was request a refund. The store manager called me back to see if I was able to get DoorDash to redeliver and when I told him no, he said that he would deliver it himself. He showed up about 20 minutes later with a bigger sub than what I ordered and a couple of cookies. I was very impressed with the service that he provided. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve been coming to this location since June when I moved to the neighborhood and have always had the best experience.
Tonight my son and I stopped by and I was shocked on how the young lady behind the counter was to myself, my 10 year old son and someone picking up an online order.
She was rude, unprofessional and rushed us to make our choice of veggies.
After she made the sandwich she handed me the bag WITHOUT charging me.
Even after I told her she messed up politely, she still felt she had to rush me and be rude“

Vegetarian options: They have a vegie patty that's excellent on protein and a veggie delight you don't need the protein. My go to when I'm not eating meat.
