In fact two layers of mousse and no ice cream whatsoever. That was very disappointing as I do not like mousse. So this kind of ruined the dessert portion for our first time there.”

“If you want to travel to Portugal without booking a plane ticket, this is the spot for you. The restaurants is small so I do suggest making reservations beforehand. We had reservations and were seated immediately.
The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. They have a tree in the middle that gives it an outdoor open feel. And an incredible wine display in the back.
Our waitress, from Portugal, did a great job of explaining the menu to us and guiding us on what to order.
We started off with the Bolinhos de Bacalhau which are cod fritters and OMG they were sooo good! These tasted identical to the ones we've eaten in Lisbon. It comes with the classic pairing of black eyed peas which are awesome when eaten together.
We also tried the Chouriço Assado which the presentation when its brought to the table is a treat itself. It comes out on a flaming pig and then its sliced tableside. Our waitress recommended trying the chorizo with the piri piri sauce which is slightly spicy and it was delicious. It added another layer of flavor.
For entree we got the Paelha Marinheira which was absolutely amazing. First off, its a huge portion and comes piping hot. Each bite was full of seafood. We added the lobster which was perfection. It's great to share between 2 people.
For dessert we ended with the pasteis de nata and its great because it brings 2 pastries and we paired it with ice cream. It makes for the perfect sweet treat without being too much. The pasteis de nata is served slightly warm and is perfect with the cool ice cream.
Overall great restaurant for some Portuguese cuisine.”

The portion sizes were perfect not too much where you are full after one dish and not too small leaving you craving more. Kudos to all of the staff. This is not a cheap family restaurant but you are definitely getting value in the food and experience. Excited to come back and taste more of the incredible menu.”

Upon arriving at the store, I was disappointed! Small store, no place to sit! No luxury! No one to serve you! Everything very artificial!

But of course, the important thing is the cookies!

We bought dozens of flavors and all sizes. We left with several boxes.

Arriving at the hotel, we did a tasting.

The adults didn't like anything. I personally was disappointed, as the taste in general was very artificial and the quality was poor.

The children liked the cookies, but they weren't impressed either. The expectation was enormous, but the reality was different.

To be honest, I wouldn't go back.”

“I’m renting an apartment nearby and I’m just here as a tourist. I have diabetes, and my Uber Eats delivery was taking a very long time, so I got out and decided to walk the last 30 minutes to the restaurant myself.

When I arrived, I realized this place requires a membership, so I wasn’t able to get any food. I explained the situation, and a kind girl gave me some bread with the most delicious, amazing butter. She truly saved me.

“I’ve been going to Dave’s hot chicken nearly everyday and the chicken is truly superb. The best chicken you’ll ever eat. Aswell as the amazing service, especially from Mina. Who I see almost every day and is truly amazing, very friendly, professional and makes the experience so much better when the hospitality from her is exceptional.”

“VERY good chocolate and “dubai” pistachio filling with great amounts of crunchy kataifi! And they add white chocolate. Price is a bit much, but the cup is a decent size. For the price, I would say refrigerating the strawberries and preparing them to order should be MANDATORY. No one wants mushy, warm, sour smelling strawberries. The strawberries should be kept refrigerated, washed/prepped and cut to order + CRISPY, pleasant and fresh to bite. Food inspection would not allow food/fruit to sit out for hours on end in room temp like that. But I digress, Keep strawberries FRESH and that $29 cup of strawberries will be more worth it!”
