“I had a wonderful dining experience at The Bistro. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, and without exaggeration, it is the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in the United States. Having lived here for close to seven years, that says a lot.

The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, the Canadian bacon was flavorful, and the dish was beautifully presented. It was served with a fresh side salad that was perfectly balanced and lightly dressed with a refreshing lemon dressing—simple, elegant, and delicious.

Our server, Diego, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was excellent. His service elevated an already outstanding meal.

If you appreciate quality ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and exceptional service, The Bistro is a must-visit. I’ll absolutely be back.“

“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

The meal had some challenges (overcooked and then chewy replacement calamari, overcooked burgers, and replating of food cooked with an allergen vs preparing a fresh plate), but the portions and variety here are excellent. The short rib ragu was delicious. Stefano brought us a variety of complimentary treats at the end of the meal to help soften the disappointment, so again - Stefano saved our meal. “One of my favorite restaurants in Miami! So many yummy dishes! The lamb and the cornbread are delicious appetizers. For the main entree, I recommend the pepper pot. The drinks are pricey but good. The Marqueta is refreshing, I recommend it if you're a tequila fan.

I returned 3 years later to find the pepper pot is no longer on the menu. Please bring it back! I had the oxtail mac & cheese, which was phenomenal. The drink service was slow, though and they were out of a number of items for the cocktails.“

“Firsy things first, This restaurant is now called Celias. We were looking for Biscayne Tavern and walked right past it twice lol. Went inside the hotel and they let us know we were in the right spot and that the name had changed. The food was very tasty and served hot. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the cilantro sauce was delicious. We had a few drinks that were also delicious. Overall its a nice place, decorated beautifully with tropical colors and accents.“

“Great dinner! Open table suggested I give this restaurant a try......they were right!! Each dish was amazing and came with a performance presentation! My husband had the sea bass and said it was the best he ever had. I had the filet and the pome puree. Bothe were great! The desert was a show we had 6 leches pearl cake it was great! The neighboring tables were fun to watch. Smokey drinks brought in a chest that glowed blue with smoke billowing out snd a seafood tower with sparklers and smoke from dry ice! All the drama! We ordered two chef’s suggestions, and it was a great choice. Both dishes were delicious, well prepared, and full of flavor, showing the quality of the ingredients and attention to detail. The presentation was also very nice, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

“This club made me feel so safe the bouncers do an amazing job. One of the bouncers even wear as far as to walk me to where my Uber was because it was late at night and people were being creepy. The atmosphere here is amazing and I had so much fun I ended up going back again. They are the only place that let me store my bag for not an outrageous price. “I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. “Stopped in for a light breakfast and some coffee on June 17, 2025. Had a great server by the name of Richie S. He was prompt, polite and professional. The three p's that denotes a great employee. He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling. “Everything about the restaurant was great. Our server Jaslyn was very attentive and ensured we got our meals exactly how we wanted them. The allowed us to change our sides with the bay back ribs which were really delicious. When we were leaving one of my friends accidentally dropped her passport and we were travelling early the next day. The restaurant called us and notified us and we were able to return and retrieve it. That saved us a lot of anxiety and stress. Overall a great experience and we will definitely return again.“

“Came here for happy hour and had a wonderful experience! We wanted a cool spot to watch some playoff hockey, and the staff was super helpful with getting us situated. Our server Radick/Reddick (sorry we didn’t fully catch it) was super sweet attentive. The oysters were phenomenal, and the parm truffle fries were some of the best we’ve had. Delicious drinks too, and the atmosphere was super inviting. We will definitely be back on our next trip“
