We got empanadas for appetizer, wife got some white fish chunk ceviche, other wife (her cousin) got thin sliced samon and I got filet mignon with fried rice plus we shared a plate of sushi. Everything was amazing. Full of flavor, well prepared, excellent service. Just the whole night was very pleasant. Highly recommend trying this place out.“

Everything I ordered was delicious - japanese eggplant, sake aburi roll, wagyu beef tartare roll, hamachi poblano. The food was also ready in less than 20 mins, fresh, and still warm when I got home. “Based on all of the extremely positive reviews I saw, I thought this place was going to be overhyped, but it was not! We had a incredible meal. We got 4 à la carte plates (crudo, waygu bao, wontons, rice) between 2 people, plus the Hong Kong French toast for dessert. Everything was incredible. Great suggestions from our waiter, but I’m sure we couldn’t have gone wrong with anything on the menu. The wine list was small, but clearly well curated!

From the moment we arrived, the hostess warmly greeted us and escorted us upstairs. The rooftop atmosphere was stunning — beautiful Miami skyline views, a perfect breeze, open-air vibes, and a live DJ playing smooth house music that set the perfect mood.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Valentino and Jorge take care of us. From the very first greeting until the end of the night, they were absolutely outstanding. Their service went far beyond expectations — they were attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary special. They guided us through the menu with excellent recommendations, checked on us constantly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Valentino and Jorge truly turned our evening into a memorable, unforgettable experience. Their exceptional care and attention to detail are the main reason we’ll be returning to Giselle on our next trip to Miami.
The food was fantastic as well. We enjoyed short rib skewers, wagyu dumplings, and salmon & caviar crispy rice to start. For mains, Valentino recommended the Flaming Lobster Thermidor and Skirt Steak — both were incredible. We also loved the truffle fries, broccolini, and pistachio baby carrots. My wife had the Porn Star Martini, I enjoyed the Mystic Jade and Timeless Old Fashioned, and we finished with the delicious Coming Up Roses and Giselle’s Pearls for dessert.
