The Tiradito appetizer was a revelation – the fresh salmon, tuna, and white fish, simply dressed in lime juice with a hint of salt and seeds, were melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The sushi pizza? An addictive fusion of Latin flavors that's impossible to resist. I also tried two new items: the Kiss Me Twice Roll with roasted bell peppers and the Dubai Crepe, both instant favorites. “We had an absolutely amazing dinner here. Unassuming, intimate restaurant that easily accommodated our party of five. I asked for the vegan box listed on the menu, but was told they did not have all the ingredients to make the usual dishes, so the chef Kevin created a menu just for me. He was so creative, inventive, and excited about every dish he brought out of the kitchen, and each one was more delicious than the last. I am technically pescatarian, so a few of the dishes had fish sauce, but he would have easily accommodated me with a vegan or vegetarian menu as well. It was honestly one of the most incredible dining experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Miami/ Coral Gables area.“

“We celebrated my Mother's 90th Birthday there tonite Feb 8..To start with Helen our server and event planner and Georgina the Chef and General Manager were amazing, thoughtful and took absolutely perfect care of us from planning to completion. The table, the appetizers, drinks, main course and lastly the heavenly Churros were all amazing,. All 26 guest at the table loved every little detail and the food was beyond our expectations. The rest of the staff that assisted Helen deserve applause too. Thank you for making a special night memorable. We will be back and often.“

“Visited this sushi restaurant while in Miami for a night before our cruise. I ordered crab wontons and a Maki roll to go. It took over 40 minutes for 1 roll and crab wontons which I considered to be a very long wait, so if you want take out, order for pickup so you don't have to wait in the restaurant. They seem to prioritize in restaurant guests which is a good thing in my opinion, we just weren't prepared for the wait and we famished and I wish I had placed the order before heading to the restaurant. The food was very good, so despite the wait I would DEFINITELY recommend trying them. I will be back and will probably try the dine in.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not too wheelchair accessible inside, I don't think a wheelchair would fit in most of the isles and it would be difficult to get a wheelchair inside. But there is an outdoor seating option, so it's still worth it to try.“

“Recently, I enjoyed a spectacular experience at the place called Suchi Sake UM. The variety of sushi they offer is exceptional, with fresh flavors and impeccable presentation that really highlights the quality of the ingredients.

What really elevated the experience was Yailen's exceptional service. His in-depth knowledge of different types of sushi and his ability to recommend the perfect pairing was impressive. Yailen suggested the ceviche rolls, and I must say it was one of the best recommendations I have ever received. The freshness of the ingredients and the combination of flavors perfectly complemented our experience.

“We were out for a walk in the Gables and decided to stop for sushi. We ordered 2 rolls—both were prepared decently and the fish tasted fresh. There was only one other table of guests at 12:30 but it looked like busy take out orders. Maybe that’s why the service was really lackadaisical—had to ask for drink refills, were handed a box for our remaining pieces without any service or ginger or sauce as would find in a take out order and we had the equivalent of a full roll left.“
