“🍩Thank you to our Dunkin' in DeBary for stepping up and making it right!! 🍩We received the first photo at the window and when I asked if there were no boxes I was met with a rude response. I got home and called the manager and politely (key word) explained that I had received my food in this condition and treated rudely at the window. She not only apologized but offered to make it right by delivering - yes, I said delivering - not just a replacement of the two, but a half dozen fresh donuts 🍩 and when they arrived asked me about my interaction with the person at the drive thru and assured me they would be addressing that situation! My mama always told me you get further with honey than vinegar! I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with how this situation was handled. We will definitely continue to patronize our Debary Dunkin’ ❤️“

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.“

“Just saw they need more reviews here! I'm in! More than just an eating establishment. It's one of the last hometown places that's not a chain where you can make new friends and eat in a welcoming atmosphere. I'm there several days a week. I can recommend the Eggs Benedict Florentine, The French Toast or Pancake Combo, Any of the build your own egg combos, and the Boss or Half Boss. Things are tough for everyone but ditch the chains and trade out with this place and keep this gem alive.... 💗“

“Disappointing to show up at opening and only just over half the menu be available. Not used to that with any other restaurant like say Mr Bills Donuts, you have to be there at opening otherwise they sell out not like this just haven’t made everything yet. “Cold brew was strong just how I like it! Very good coffee and the hashbrown sandwich was yummyyyy. My dog and I enjoyed a frozen pup cup out on their front patio. I can tell it’s a very nice place to study. It was full of customers but yet so quiet and chill. Cleanliness was great on the inside, I just wished they cleaned the outdoor tables too.“

“The team at this Starbucks are rock stars! I have a dairy allergy and because of cross contamination it can be very difficult to enjoy foods and drinks outside of my home. This location has been so accommodating and kind. The culture shift really started with Ashley. A few months ago she made my coffee and ensured that the shaker was washed etc. From there whenever I came in and ordered she would chime in stated that she knew me and knows how to handle my drink. From there it became the over all culture and as new staff members came in they continued this very conscientious handling of my drinks. Having an allergy adds a lot of stress to my life because you don't know if the person on the other side of your order will take it seriously or is educated on allergies but this team again has made it so easy to navigate. Thank you Ashley, Zac, Miles, Jordan and all the staff at this Starbucks.“

If you are wanting lunch definitely try the meatballs sandwich on sourdough, if they don't have meatballs then get a grilled turkey and Swiss on sourdough!!! The cafe has the best small town vibe and conversation anywhere. relax with a book on the porch ,they also have items from local vendors for purchase. “This location is outstanding, it’s always well kept, the drinks are 10/10 everytime so delicious, and the staff here are so friendly and very helpful; I’ve only been to this location about three times and im still getting used to the menu and how to order what I’m looking for and the employees are always kind enough to answer my questions, specifically an employee who I believe her name was crescent (so sorry if I’m mistaken) but she was so much help and treated me and my mom with such kindness; had welcomed us, constantly smiling, answered all my questions about the menu and she even went out of her way to make our drinks on the house which made the experience more heartfelt. We’ll definitely be returning to this location more often! Thank you so much!!“

“Got my food fast & was freshly made. They were very friendly, reasonable prices. Breakfast all day & it looked good. The empanadas are only 2.50 so you can try them all. I had the chicken meal w rice & red beans very filling. I enjoyed my dinner 5 out of 5 stars.“

“Today my daughter and I enjoyed Mother’s Day tea at this lovely tea room. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth and friendliness from the staff. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. Owning this tea room is her passion and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this charming tea room!“

“Great Starbucks with good service but HORRIBLE parking. It is very difficult to get in and out of this location with limited parking spots & only 2 mobile order spots. Overall the team seems AWESOME. I have also gone through the drive thru. I would not say this is an atmospheric location that I would want to hang out at. But fine to grab a coffee.
(You have to make U-turns to leave and head North just FYI)“

“I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The barista’s (Shalea) attitude was off-putting—condescending when taking my order and completely deceiving in the way they treated customers. It felt like I was being talked down to rather than served. I hope Starbucks addresses this behavior soon. This is what happens when you hire incompetent employees“

I had to leave and come right back seconds later and suddenly it was there. I asked why they said it wasn't there when I ordered it earlier. she said it just came in. i asked how when I got the order and card statement showing it and I can show her. she said, "i really don't care about it. pull up..." I dont who her parents are or if you guys allow that but that's not gonna fly with me. and playing with strangers can get you snatched over the counter all because you hate your job. broad acted like she did me a favor. I called the customer service and left an email. she needs to get in checked before someone checks her.“

Meant to take a pic of the GORGEOUS drink Chris made me, but I drank it too fast 😅😅 Get the Frozen Chai AND Hot Chocolate (yes, as one drink) and if it tastes bad, ask for Chris next time:) Came 5 mins before they closed for the day, and they still took care of me (I've been turned away from this location for more time, 10 before closing). I thanked them because I was having an awful day, and Elliana chatted me about it while I waited for my drink 🥰🥰 Talk about customer service! 💖 Minus one star from management because I couldn't tip them at the window, only on the mobile iPad - please fix that for these kids! They don't make as much as I'm sure they deserve, I should've at least been able to tip them appropriately for all they did. I asked her to ring up a dollar so I could tip and she politely declined.
