“Don’t place your order at the remote drive thru kiosk. This location is near a four lane road so very loud and the person taking the order cannot hear. I ordered a venti vanilla cappuccino (repeated twice) then proceeded to pay window. I received a cup of black coffee only half full topped with foam. No vanilla. Not what I ordered. They cannot hear with all the traffic noise. Next time I am ordering from the pay window.“

“Location of this Starbucks is inside of a Target store. When walking up, an employee was sweeping from under the counters trying to retrieve something. The bad thing was, there was so much garbage underneath and she pushed it back under. This was an area that obviously should have been swept and cleaned a LONG time ago. Bad impression. The staff appeared rushed and uneasy. I've been to a lot of Starbucks. Nothing like this one.“

“I frequent this Starbucks almost daily on my way to work & have for the past 2 years or so. I just wanted to say their employees in the drive through are absolutely amazing.Every single day they are in a great mood & it’s infectious! I had not been by for about a week & still upon pulling up, I was greeted & asked if I wanted my usual order. I was thrown off because normally my interactions are with Robyn & I know she recognizes me & my order but this time it was Bella at the window & she too now recognizes my face & order. I recently had a friend pass & was feeling so down & it really cheered me up that they noticed my absence & asked if all was well. They truly are special at this Starbucks & they make their patrons feel special too. Upon going into work, I saw they even left a kind note where my name would usually be on my cup & it brought another smile. If this review reaches them, I just want them to know their little acts of kindness truly are so appreciated & they really brightened my gloomy day. Starbucks clearly hires only all stars!“
“Love the coffee as always, ordered my usual croissant and hot caramel macchiato. On a Tuesday afternoon, I was able to use the wifi and have no issues with the Internet speed, considering how many other people were also working. The staff were nice and the customers were also very considerate. Very busy as expected for the afternoon, the barista's customer service was polite nonetheless. Great Starbucks, wish I could make it my regular stop!
Kid-friendliness: It's more of an environment for older kids and adults. You don't usually see kids in there for longer than it takes to get their order.“
“Long time visitor to this starbucks and always enjoy coming here due to the great baristas. I study here all day typically and see just how busy it can get. I'm impressed by how they keep their cool, work their butts off, and stay professional even when they get hit by all sides. They also do a great job remembering preferences and staying friendly. I enjoy studying here. Let me highlight the great customer experiences I've had from Lex, Ashley, Alexis, Chauncey, Sammy, Jadon, Veronica, Dan, Dakota and of course Store Manager Caitlin! They rock! One positive example is when Shift Lead Lex helped defuse a situation with a disruptive individual harassing people in the cafe and made a point to check with everyone afterwards to ensure they were ok and accommodate them. Very professional! I will say on the constructive end that I initially almost dismissed this Starbucks because of how prickly Chris can be. He either tries to incessantly upsell you or he can just be plain rude and dismissive. I think he's improved some with how often I'm here but definitely glad I had the others providing great service or I wouldn't have been back. Only other constructive criticism is that sometimes they play the music really loud to the point you can feel it in your seat and it starts to give you a headache. It's fun for a couple of minutes until it keeps going. That has only happened occassionally but I thought I'd mention it.
Overall, this is an incredibly busy location but they've got great baristas working hard to provide good service and will always look to make things right if you need it. They are friendly and I've enjoyed studying at this Starbucks.“
“Note: this is for the Starbucks which is across walkway from the bagel place and not for the location by the CNBC store--because for some reason, there needs to be 2 Starbucks 100 feet from each other. Great service and friendly staff. My matcha frap was made to perfection. Since matcha is relatively new for Starbucks, their matcha drinks are very inconsistent from store to store. The strength of the matcha varies widely and wildly. This one, at least this server, got it right“
“Early flight and the staff working here this morning held it together like a true team. All friendly, very helpful, they figured out process to keep the flow moving through the rush! “Everything is nice, the view is nice, the atmosphere is nice, but there is only one thing missing. There was a lady working inside. I told her I wanted a coffee with milk, she told me it had lactose in it, she didn't offer me a choice. Normally, Starbucks should offer me an option of Almond milk or Old Milk, she didn't tell me that.“
