“We stopped by before the airport, in a little rush. Needless to say the quickest Starbucks stop we’ve ever been to. I just wanted to pop on here and say Phil & Jacob were so polite and sweet! Their professionalism and service was top notch. Our drinks came out perfect and delicious. Thank you!!“

“Best experience. The employee Rain at the drive thru went above and beyond to make my little man be independent and order alone, and gave him his order thru the window. She did not have to do that, but did. Customer service was top tier. She took her time and had a huge smile although it was busy and drinks were taking time (understandable). Although it was probably rush hour she maintained happy and that's hard to find nowadays“

“Starbucks usually never disappoints. I enjoy their menu very much. I have tried several items off their menu and they are always tasteful. I enjoy their cheese danish, banana bread and chocolate croissants to name a few food items. Their drinks never lack. Would recommend them to anyone who enjoys coffee and breakfast items. Their lunch items are not bad either but I prefer the breakfast.“

“Although the price of Starbucks is pretty high, I still love their wide and creative selection of snacks and drinks. I especially love their refreshers. I enjoy them every time. Not only that, but the drinks are very customizable. You can swap out basically anything in a drink for anything else that they have in stock. The employees are usually also pretty good too!“

“This Starbucks was just what you want. I used the drive-thru and the young lady taking the order was sweet and fast. Went around to pick-up and my order was ready. The young people here are extremely polite and it makes for a good experience. And my peppermint mocha latte was excellent.“

“Location of this Starbucks is inside of a Target store. When walking up, an employee was sweeping from under the counters trying to retrieve something. The bad thing was, there was so much garbage underneath and she pushed it back under. This was an area that obviously should have been swept and cleaned a LONG time ago. Bad impression. The staff appeared rushed and uneasy. I've been to a lot of Starbucks. Nothing like this one.“

“Went there ON SUNDAY ordered 3 drinks Ty was very professional , had my order out in a timely manner, he had a line of customers yet he never lost he’s cool, he had a smile on the entire time I wish this young man well and a life full of success with that attitude he willDefinitely go places, (would make an extraordinary barista j/s). What ever he makes an hour is not enough I saw him do more by himself than other times when there’s 2/3 girls there. Did I mention the positive attitude ?“

“Wonderful service at the drive thru! I just pulled in a few minutes ago and I was helped by gentleman who was able to help me pick out a decaf coffee.
It is always nice when you go somewhere and are served with a genuine smile.

“Love the coffee as always, ordered my usual croissant and hot caramel macchiato. On a Tuesday afternoon, I was able to use the wifi and have no issues with the Internet speed, considering how many other people were also working. The staff were nice and the customers were also very considerate. Very busy as expected for the afternoon, the barista's customer service was polite nonetheless. Great Starbucks, wish I could make it my regular stop!

Kid-friendliness: It's more of an environment for older kids and adults. You don't usually see kids in there for longer than it takes to get their order.“

“One of the African American lady staff working on January 9th 2024 before 11am really showed superb customer service. I asked for a cup of warm water for my kid. Even though I did not buy anything on this visit due to airport security check, she offered and helped me steam the water to the right temperature so my kid can have warm water when he is not feeling well. This employee is the type of Starbucks employee who makes me want to come back to Starbucks.“

“Actually the best Starbucks we have been to as far as service. The gentleman that took our order this morning was very professional,kind and patient. When we got our order the gal was very pleasant. Drive-thru went fast as well. No corners were cut. Reminded me of the way Starbucks use to be. Wish I lived in this area as we would go back.“

“Long time visitor to this starbucks and always enjoy coming here due to the great baristas. I study here all day typically and see just how busy it can get. I'm impressed by how they keep their cool, work their butts off, and stay professional even when they get hit by all sides. They also do a great job remembering preferences and staying friendly. I enjoy studying here. Let me highlight the great customer experiences I've had from Lex, Ashley, Alexis, Chauncey, Sammy, Jadon, Veronica, Dan, Dakota and of course Store Manager Caitlin! They rock! One positive example is when Shift Lead Lex helped defuse a situation with a disruptive individual harassing people in the cafe and made a point to check with everyone afterwards to ensure they were ok and accommodate them. Very professional! I will say on the constructive end that I initially almost dismissed this Starbucks because of how prickly Chris can be. He either tries to incessantly upsell you or he can just be plain rude and dismissive. I think he's improved some with how often I'm here but definitely glad I had the others providing great service or I wouldn't have been back. Only other constructive criticism is that sometimes they play the music really loud to the point you can feel it in your seat and it starts to give you a headache. It's fun for a couple of minutes until it keeps going. That has only happened occassionally but I thought I'd mention it.
Overall, this is an incredibly busy location but they've got great baristas working hard to provide good service and will always look to make things right if you need it. They are friendly and I've enjoyed studying at this Starbucks.“

“I am surprised with such a low guest ratings for this store. I had nothing but fast and great service.

I ordered an item from the menu and it wasn’t available so the staff replaced with other item. On top of it, they didn’t charge me for that item. That is an awesome Customer service.

This store is inside terminal C at the airport. Keep up the good work.“
