“Ordered a drink and got it 30 minutes after, that might sound bad but when I confronted the barista he was really apologetic and gave me 2 4$ gift cards for the inconvenience. This is the only bad experience I've ever had here, this is the true standard of all Starbucks locations.“

“Since I moved to NSB last July, I’ve been adopted by this Starbucks even though there is technically one closer to where I live. I go here every work day for my break and I look forward to seeing the friendly faces of the regular employees who quickly learned and remembered my name and my favorite drink and food items. Even the temporary staff is friendly and helpful, but it’s nice to open the door (or drive up to the drive through menu) and be greeted with a happy “hi, Holly!” They always take the time to make my drinks with care, and they always express their appreciation with my patience during busy hours. I work at the beachside Publix, so I understand the genuine thanks to patient customers. I will go out of my way to get my coffee here, and I highly recommend this particular Starbucks to everyone else.“

“I’d be remiss if I didn’t send a BIG SHOUT OUT to Jordan ( congrats on your recent promotion) Riley ( Hope I spelled that correctly there’s a few different options) … these two gems made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door..after repeated visits n ordering the same beverage(Quad and skip the lid) if they saw me outside on my phone or in the line and weren’t too overwhelmed, they would have my drink ready as soon as I walked up to the counter. In my opinion, that’s exceptional customer service.
Not to leave out the rest of the SB team, they all greet you with a smile, welcome or welcome back.. Taylor and Austin thanks for remembering… I would recommend this location to all my friends, it’s not like it was under the former owner/mgr… cheers see you soon 🥂“

“It was hard to find. It's tucked in the corner inside a Target. Usually, it's very visual when inside a Target. They didn't have much out. The barista was friendly enough. Not as friendly as Starbuck baristas usually are. I LOVE the new strawberry cake pop. You should upsale it!“

“I never thought of myself as the kind of person that would take to Google to leave a five-star review for a Starbucks location but the employees here exceed my expectations of what customer service can be every single time I visit. They go beyond the homogenized politeness you find at Chick Fil A to add a friendly, personalized element to what they do that is exceedingly rare. As far as service is concerned, they run this location with an efficiency that Apple would likely envy but it’s the caliber of individuals behind the counter that truly makes it special.

We live in an area surrounded by independent coffee shops and I’m a tremendous proponent of supporting local businesses and yet I come to this Starbucks nearly every morning. It’s a testament to their team and their intuition, skill and at the risk of resorting to cliche, the joy that they project even when no sane person would be feeling joy at that time of day.

I think I’m writing this so they know they’re appreciated and that I am genuinely in awe of the effort, both seen and unseen, required to create such a positive customer experience on each visit.“

“Came to Starbucks for the first time in my life I've been a dunkin' donuts girl for years yesterday was my first time in Starbucks and I just want to say that the woman who made my coffee cuz I didn't know what I wanted but she did Miss Neptune at this Starbucks on Phillips highway she did me so right she did me so right I don't know how she knew but she has done it she has taken me away from Duncan and made me a loyal customer of Starbucks so I just wanted to give her a big thanks her name is Neptune and she will get you right when you get to this Starbucks“

“This is a great little barista inside of Target with friendly staff that seems to be always happy to be there and likes to engage their customers. The large selection of different lattes and frozen drinks makes this place way better than the other guys in my opinion.“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks. The customer service is out of this world. If you’re having a bad day you’ll be smiling once you leave here. The food is always fresh and they have them most caring employees. Caresha is my favorite barista she remembers your order every time. I love my neighborhood Starbucks!“

“Today, I received one of the best servings of a matcha latte I have ever gotten from this Starbucks. It was so beautiful, I just couldn’t keep this soul healing experience to myself. This is my go-to Starbucks and I get a matcha latte 95% of the time.

The matcha lattes are usually very milky though and I don’t really taste a lot of matcha, but today, the lovely lady who made my drink was generous with the matcha powder when making my drinks, and after just looking at it I knew my life was about to change. I took my first sip, and I had a symphonic flashback of all my memories I’ve witnessed so far like that scene from Ratatouille.

Starbucks San Jose, please keep making your matcha lattes like this. After I’ve had this one, I can’t go back. I called the store when I got home to praise them for crafting this therapeutic drink for my tastebuds.

The one who answered was coincidentally the one who made my drink as she asked if I had gotten the egg pesto sandwich, which I did, but lied that I didn't, and I am sorry for being untruthful. If she is seeing this, know that you are #goated. I am #thankful.

This matcha, the service, and the egg pesto is a 5/5, especially the service. 5/5 everyday, wonderful staff. I give it a 4 as I wish that your matcha lattes would have a little more matcha like the one today. All the time. Forever.

I sometimes have to drag myself to get through the week and dread my existence, but after having this delightful drink today, like Cordelia said in her song, I realised that I think I like this little life.

“I would literally live in this place if I could. I moved from Mandarin to the west side of Jacksonville but continue to exclusively shop at this Target. I happily make the 30+ minute drive across the bridge to do any of my shopping. Any trip to Target wouldn't be complete without stopping by Starbucks. I've seen an incredible turnaround in the best way since Chandler took over as manager. The cafe area is spotless and they've never gotten a drink wrong. All of the employees seem so happy and the service is incredible. I actually go out of my way when I'm in the area to go to that Starbucks instead of the stand alone across the street. T, Dom, Kevin, Chandler, Heather and everyone else are all amazing assets to this store. The excellent leadership really shows what a difference treating your employees with respect does. Myself and my two little girls are on a first name basis with most of the baristas. It's really rare to find people that take the time to get to know their customers. They have gone above and beyond for me more times than I can even count on all of my fingers and toes combined. It's really spectacular to see employees that actually enjoy their job and the people that they work with/for. I pass at least 4 Targets and probably 10 Starbucks stores to get to the Southside location, and it's worth it every time. 10/10, best Starbucks in the history of Starbucks.“

“Kris is a great manager! I had a little confusion this morning as well as a drive thru barista..so I called the store to see what was happening as for I’ve never had issues at this store before. Kris was so apologetic and helpful. She went above and beyond helping me and my daughter receive our red cups ❤️“

“Usually this place does a good job but i hate asking for extra matcha and it comes out like this like i pay the extra for it to be stronger and green not for sweet milk please actually add the extra matcha i hate wasting my money and coming home to add some more myself its highly upsetting“

“I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and have always left happy and jolly I truly do recommend caramel ribbon crunch with caramel it is delicious Im not a big fan of coffee but with that drink I adore and love as u see in the last photo it puts a ginormous smile on my face thank ya for reading i recommend“

“Usually love going here, but the kid in drive thru was rude, hurried us, and wasn't friendly like usual baristas at that, or any other, Starbucks. No straw, no napkins. We got to messy, but love, hot sandwiches, and one of the coffees were iced. No straw. Almost sent up off without my cake pop.“

“It’s so convenient to have a Starbucks inside Baptist South Hospital, so you don’t have to leave the building. I have used this location a couple of times, and they are always great! Just a note: there are two Starbucks near this hospital, so if you need a quieter place to study, work, chat with your friends, or a meeting, consider going to the other location.“

“This specific Starbucks has my heart, during the seasons they have a board with delicious custom alternatives to the normal lattes and frappes. My favorite so far being the Pumpkin King during Halloween '23 and the Strawberry Crumble I had January '24 for Valentine's day. Me and my mother pick up medication at the target, so we frequently stop here. The staff are always nice and are almost always familiar. If you're ever at this target, stop by and get a frappe and a grilled cheese!“

“I wish I could give this Starbucks a 1000 ⭐. My son had blood taken and we came to Starbucks to get him something to eat. While waiting, he fainted. The nurses and doctors in line jumped into action and helped us. The employees, one in particular (wish I had her name) was very helpful and asking us if we need anything. Food and coffee was delicious but the service was top notch.“

“This is a fairly new facility and WOW... By far the nicest Starbucks I've ever visited. I have been to a Starbucks in almost every state to include Hawaii and Alaska and to date this should be what the other stores should be modeled after.“

“Cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have lived in most military bases in California but this branch is a top-notch. Staff is always friendly when I come and my orders always go out on time. Although on my first visit, they accidentally gave me the wrong drink on drive-thru but the manager, Nikki, was super nice and professional when I called the store. She immediately made sure that I get the remake of my drink right away. This branch definitely set up the standards for me and this is why I won't be coming to any other Starbucks. “The Starbucks is located on the Jacksonville University campus. It’s a very cozy place to meet with friends or to study. Looks like students are working behind the counter. Nice to see a youth vibe here. The food was good. The cappuccino espresso could’ve been stronger but oh well, my dog had her pup cup. Nice break and some friendly vibes.“

“Overall, the two Starbucks that I visit do a really good at being friendly, clean and in getting the orders right. The Starbucks on Hodges recently started to not have the stir sticks out available for the customer to grab one. It's the only store that does that. For me, I'm in a hurry to get in and out quickly, yet I have to stand there and wait for one of if the busy employees to be available to get one for me. Weird might I say. Convenience is important to the customer.“

“Even though the Beach Blvd location was very slammed in the place, it was full to almost 75% capacity or more.
The manager was

“There are more than 12,000 Starbucks stores in America. This one, on Beach Blvd is an excellent example of a nicely designed store staffed by courteous Baristas who know how to brew, pour, and smile.

On any given day, you will find individuals working on their laptops, and friends in conversation. Oftentimes, you will hear European accents (people who have a fondness of coffee shops in their DNA).“

“I had a great experience the coffee and food was fresh my service was provided by a beautifully spirited young lady named michelle her energy was infectious from the moment I walked in the door was greeted with a smile and a well welcome the service was topnotch as long as she's working there I'll be back 😀“

“Nice location. I love the outdoor seating, it’s clean, workers are fast and do their job well. I hope these workers get some form of Christmas or end of year bonus because I sat there to study for a few hours and observed how busy this place is during off peak hours, I can’t imagine what an early morning rush would look like. Or at least pay them better than minimum wage because the work I saw during the 3 hrs I was there are worth more than minimum wage.“

“I know we're this new location is I pass by it ever day when riding down Phillips highway when going to the Walmart, dollar store, & picking up my grandson from work so gave 5 stars because it is really in a good place for those who use them but I have never used this or any Starbucks just not me, but give them their props good location for business between dollar store & car wash.“

“Oh gosh, I would be SO lost without THIS Starbucks location in particular !! I cannot count the number of times, where I desperately needed caffeine, and they are somehow ALWAYS there when I need them.
I have ordered some complicated drinks, bc I don’t care for cold- foam, etc., and they ALWAYS accommodate! They adjust whatever drink I order, and tweak it to MY taste, and they do this so quickly!!
Shout out to HAZEL and WEST! I know I’ll get a wonderful drink every time I go to this location. I like my coffee sweet, but I always add extra shots of Blonde Espresso, and they make it taste wonderfully EVERY TIME, no matter what I order. I was absolutely lost while they remodeled last year. No location I’ve visited comes close to this location.
The entire staff remembers me, and that I like sweet coffee, and they always get it right—Plus they have that awesome nugget ice! I LOVE this Starbucks! Everyone treats me so well, I leave with fuel for the morning, and a smile on my face. The Staff there are so friendly, you can't help but leave feeling “perked up”, and ready to face the morning, it feels like I’m visiting friends! I can’t say it enough, they’re the BEST, and I’m so
glad I live close by!“

“My experience with Terralin In the drive-through was awesome. If I was a secret shopper, she would’ve gotten 100% from me.
She repeated my order back to me in the drive-through window and when I came to receive my items. She also asked if I needed a straw or wanted my receipt printed. She asked all the right questions and made my drive-through experience a breeze“
