Had a long layover at the Miami Airport and decided to stop by Corona Beach House and wow, what a great choice! We ordered the chorizo queso and chicken sandwiches, and both were incredible. The chorizo queso, in particular, was hands-down the best I’ve ever had in my life… so good that we actually ordered another one to go and packed it in our backpack for the flight!

A huge shout-out to Joanna, our amazing server, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even checked on our flight time to ensure we wouldn’t miss our connection. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our experience exceptional.

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition.
