“I stopped in today around brunch time! I got a steak & egg sandwich and large iced latte with caramel and vanilla. My boyfriend got a bacon & cheese croissant! Which were both amazing. The server Dolly was super helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend to others! 🤍“

“I’ve been coming down to south Florida for about 15 years and this spot is hands down the best sandwich’s and rice balls I’ve found down here. I 100% recommend trying this spot out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
I ordered The Bologna sandwich, the bread was warm with a nice crunch. The combination of mortadella with the fresh mozzarella and pesto it’s a fantastic combination. The Rice ball reminded me of the rice balls my grandmother would make when I was a child. My kids ordered the New York style pizza, and they loved it. I couldn’t get a picture of it. They dove right in.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
My family and I will definitely be back next time we’re down in Florida.

They have an excellent wine list to make purchases by the bottle and wines by the glass with many choices. The homemade house rolls with two spreads, one cilantro and the other with a kick of spice. We tried the following: Tuna Ceviche: Fresh tuna, mango, toasted peanuts, onions, cucumbers, olive oil, topped with lime juice, cilantro and aji limo Quinoa Tabule $28 Tricolor quinoa, onions, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, served with four breaded jumbo shrimp Grilled New York Steak 10 oz Grilled steak marinated with an aromatic and charcoal-flavored oil. Deconstructed Key Lime Pie We ordered dessert because of all the reviews that complimented the key lime pie that we split. Thank you for a wonderful meal! “This was my first time at this cafe and the employee at the front explained that they opened in November. The atmosphere was pleasant (there were a few tables that needed to be cleared of plates and trash, but otherwise, cute decor). I ordered the toasted coffee with marshmallow - delicious! They explained they are thinking of changing the toasted marshmallow foam on top to a cold foam for a thinner consistency (agreed). I ordered the El Carne crepe and the meat was a little tough, but very savory. I liked the vegetables and the thicker crepe it was served in. Service was EXCELLENT. All in all, a great cafe to try out and support as they build this new business.“

When we entered we were greated immediately by the cashier, she was great at customer service and she had an amazing energy.

“We landed early afternoon & headed straight to Café Bastille-Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale for brunch. I'd heard rave reviews about this spot & it exceeded expectations. We kicked off with a passionfruit margarita & a bacon bloody mary, both bursting with flavor. For our meal, we opted to share the truffle croque madame with a side salad & breakfast potatoes. The toast was wonderfully light & fluffy, & the potatoes had the perfect crunch. We couldn't leave without getting a NY pistachio croissant. The entire experience was enchanting. “Got the “Famous Cubano” and was excited to try this one in the side of a gas station. Since my last experience in FL at an expensive restaurant yielded the worst Cubano I’ve ever had, I figured this would be a good place to try next.

From the pictures it looked awesome and from the experience, it’s was equal! The bread was on point, buttered, crispy and chewy, the roast pork was juicy and tender. The ham was also good and there was a perfect amount of pickles and mustard with melty Swiss! All of the textures and flavors were balanced which was exactly what you want in a good Cubano! And you could taste the individual components as well! Fantastic sandwich!!“

After my first visit in, I have been greeted by first name every single time. The breakfast burrito is amazing, the pitas are all so great, the portions are plenty, everything is just great. My only advice, when going for lunch, try to order online because they can get super busy and lunch takes a bit longer to come out, but that is because everyone keeps coming back for more!
