“We come to this Portillo’s very couple months and drive over a hour just to eat here after loving it when we moved up to the chicago area and were so excited to see one come to Springfield IL after we moved back home. it’s always such a great experience for the kids but today we were very disappointed the food was not very good at all and the place was so dirty, nothing was filled, straws or ketchup and every table in the place was dirty, there were a lot of workers but no one cleaning up. I had to ask a worker for something to clean one of the tables with just so we had a clean table to eat at. what looked to be a manager was at a table on the phone.“

“The food and and service is amazing I got my on time , it came out fresh and delicious and I have no complaints about the staff , they’re putting in good work , the only downside about walking into this place is unfortunately the air conditioning, I’d recommend coming in a tank top and some shorts because it’s like walking into a sauna and that’s the last thing I’d want with this summer time heat already doing the same“

I would love to see fries on the menu and maybe a slight increase to the portion size of the sides. They seemed a little small, even though the price was good for the amount of meat.

Overall it was tasty:) Mac and cheese has a slight onion flavor, but not in a bad way! It went well togther. Just a good thing to know Incase you don't like onions. And the Carolina BBQ sauce was very pleasant. It was tangy and sweet! And the meat was lightly smoked. Which is nice if you can't take too make smokey flavor.

I would suggest getting the food to go due to lack of seating, but the antiques were really cute.

“Today was a brand new experience. They open at 6am which generally is the time we are passing through. However, we were delayed about 30-40 minutes and what a difference that made. We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.“

The burgers are delicious and fresh (nothing here has been frozen) and you can order any extras you want without paying anything extra for it.

The fries are equally delicious (and fresh) and they serve an absurd amount of them. There is a standard portion size, but they throw practically double the portion into the bag of food.

Don't forget to eat some peanuts while you wait for your order!“

“I've been to this Chick-fil-A restaurant several handful of times. The food is always good. My favorites are the deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese, chicken tenders and nuggets with honey mustard sauce, cherry coke, and peach milkshake. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
I went with my wife earlier in the week to get a peach shake. And horror of horrors, it's no longer on the menu. So I got my usual cherry coke.. I got chicken tenders, and I ate the blueberries from my wife's fruit salad.
I wonder sometimes if my wife doesn't live in this place. I like it, but not two or three times a week.“

“It's a small Blaza Pizza. So if you want to dine in, just something to be aware of. The parking itself is horrible, very limited, and traffic in and out is bad.

Service would have been 5 star, but they forgot to give part of my order. ( brownie was old it was even date made 5 days before)

“My family of six….here on vacation… was stranded in the parking lot of this Arby’s for over five hours while my husband replaced the alternator in our van. The employees at this Arby’s were absolutely some of the best humans on earth. Nancy came and passed out cold waters to my four children and us. The manager on duty, Tony, came to check on us and offered for the children to stay inside in the cool, offered us drinks, and food. After over five hours, we came in to wash up and Tony gave us food and drinks for the long drive home. This type of hospitality is hard to find, and I am so thankful my children could witness such caring humans. These folks will always be remembered by my family. Thank you, Arbys @Winter Garden, for making us Arby’s fans for life. God bless -The Bracketts“

“First time coming into this store front. Visually it's got that overall Tijuana Flats feel. The service was okay, our server was very soft spoken but wasn't bad. We waited a bit for our food, but to be fair someone before us had a big order. Once we got our food though, portion size we were highly disappointed. We've been going to Tijuana for over 10 years and never had such a small portion of food, not to mention it was in a to-go box even though we said we would be dining in. So that was very disappointing. Like you use to be able to get nachos and share generously with 2-3 people and this portion barely could feed 1 person. Little chips, little toppings so that was a let down. The food taste though was fantastic as usual. Would I order here again? Maybe. I just don't think it's worth the price anymore. But to each their own!“

“Pastelitos Abuelo Juan is a food truck at Showcase of Citrus in Clermont. I have bought chicken as well as cheese empanadas at this food truck on two occasions and they were delicious! My favorite empanadas place in Orlando. They have different sauces that go with the empanadas. The staff is very nice, the food is ready in a timely manner and the order was accurate both times. If they were closer to my home, I would buy their empanadas weekly.“

I was super excited to see cherry Pepsi on fountain. Kassidy was super friendly chatting with us while making our sandwich. All the staff were friendly, working hard and smiling. “In all honesty, not bad! I was craving some chicken and after having Popeye’s and Chick-fil-A a billion times, I wanted something different. I saw this place on Google Maps and stopped inside Walmart - I got a 4-piece tender combo with red beans and rice, and a biscuit. The red beans and rice were almost identical to Popeye’s…and I really like Popeye’s. No complaints there! The biscuit wasn’t very good - it was soaked in what definitely tasted like margarine, not even real butter. It just tasted way too fake and even though you’re not getting fried chicken to be “healthy”, you could just tell how terrible the biscuit was for you with every bite.

However, the chicken was great. Not quite as good as Popeye’s (which I think is the best in terms of fast food chicken), but better than almost anywhere else. It was warm, juicy, and they gave quite a big portion for the price! I went at 4 pm on a weekday - maybe that was right around the time they made a fresh batch. They do put the chicken out under heaters so if you come at the wrong time, I can understand how some reviews say the chicken might not taste as fresh. I didn’t really like the original sauce that came with it, so I’d probably get something else like honey mustard next time. And I hope in the future they introduce a spicy chicken option! All in all, I wouldn’t drive far out of the way to get to this place, but if you’re already in the area, why not?“
