“I stopped in for the first time after my morning run to grab a coffee and decided to dine in as well. There was a slight mix-up with my order, but Luis (possibly the manager) went out of his way to make it right. He even kept my extra iced coffee in the fridge for me to take to go. And checked on me personally while I was eating. The Rise & Shine meal was perfect—I enjoyed it and even had some leftovers to take home. The fruit cup was fresh, and the regular hot black coffee that comes with the meal was surprisingly good. Overall, a great experience despite a bit pricey.“

“Good latte, priced similar to other place. They added a self serve water station, which is a welcome addition. I like the atmosphere and that they open early (7 am). When I walked in about 5 minutes after submitting my order via the app they seemed unaware of my order, until I told them In ordered on the app. They had one other customer, who already had his drink. And I did not care for their chocolate chip cookie. I took one bite and threw it away. I cannot recall ever not liking a chocolate chip cookie, but this one had almost an oatmeal cookie consistency, I could not taste the chocolate, and it had a sort of artificial taste to it. Maybe it was made with wheat flower? Not sure what made it so unappealing.“

I really enjoyed my time and Hunter's intellectual conversation that educated me on all the awesome different options they offer! He also greated everyone by name and treated them as if they were family :) The atmosphere was very inviting and even the customers were super friendly! I loved the attached room where people were training/working out!! Oh I almost forgot the Caramel Dream & blueberry muffin that was recommended were both amazing!! I definitely will be back!!“

“We found Cozy Coffee Cafe in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. They welcomed in the community to charge electronics and use their wi-fi for free. We took this opportunity to enjoy breakfast and coffee. The food and service was fantastic. The owner and staff was so friendly. You can tell it's a very welcoming environment where people get to know each other. We stayed for a long while and will absolutely be going back. This is a local establishment that deserves the community's support. Please give them a try.“

“Wandered into this boba spot the day I moved back. It's in a large plaza next to cicis pizza. They have a giant menu board. I asked to make sure they had Thai tea, and they did. They do offer dairy alternatives. But if you're like me and carry lactaid, you can just have the regular version. They do offer other various teas there as well. I was talking to the cashier about cosplay because I saw a flyer on the counter for an event they were hosting. They said that if anyone wanted to host a cosplay event there, it would be free. So it's definitely something to keep in mind in the future. They were super nice. I hope to go back soon since they have a loyalty club and for so many, you get a free boba.“

I have never received such amazing, friendly, timely, and perfect service from any Starbucks. The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! They are always on point, never missing a beat with orders. Every customer is greeted with such enthusiasm and after just one or two visits I was greeted by my first name as soon as I walked in the door. I typically use mobile ordering and after one week in Brandon my order was waiting for me and regardless of who was there to make sure I received the order I was met with a smile behind the masks. I spent almost six months in Brandon for work and this Starbucks location made it bearable for me to be away from home each and every week. ☺️😊 To each and every employee here, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for what you do each and every day, for your kindness, and for just being nothing short of AWESOME!!!!“

“I literally have to leave this review as i’m driving. This was the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. Frozen coffee was perfect temperature, not too cold not too warm. Grilled Cheese was made perfectly, with so much cheese. The hashbrowns were a perfect crispy golden brown. Hats off to the GM, Managers, and Team Members. This has to be the most well ran Dunkin out of all their stores. I never leave reviews, but I was so blown away by the quality and hospitality. I will definitely be making this my new Dunkin spot, even if it’s 30 min away.“
