“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“Restaurant lived up to the hype! Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Excellent service and fun, lively atmosphere. Food and cocktails were 10/10. The southern chicken dish was some of the best fried chicken I've had. The flavor was deeper, more complex than your typical fried chicken. House-made pickles and pimento biscuits were the perfect compliment. Collard greens were definitely top 3 all time. Pork chop was slightly overcooked but still delicious. Mashed potatoes and crispy onions with the chop were fantastic. High booze content in the cocktails - got your money's worth. The DJ was just getting going outside as we were leaving. Wish we could've stayed and partied all night. Really appreciated the complimentary ice cream for my wife's birthday. Will definitely be back!“

“The freshness really stands out with every bite. The food was delicious, and you can genuinely taste the quality in what they serve. I really enjoyed how carefully everything seemed to come together, making the meal feel special without being complicated. It’s obvious there’s real attention given to the food, and that care shows in the final result. When fresh ingredients and great taste come together like this, it makes the whole meal more enjoyable. “The food was lovely, the ambience excellent, however one huge issue was the service. One of our party has a nut allergy which we immediately alerted the server to. We ordered a shared starter which arrived with numerous peanuts on the plate. The server had clearly paid no attention to the fact that one of our party had a nut allergy. “Talk about a superior and extraordinary dining experience. I can't believe how's just tucked away and you'd literally miss it. I guess it makes it a hidden gem and those never ever disappoint. Needless to say, the service is unmatched here from the moment you walk in. Started with a white wine, these are the dishes I opted for...summer salad, scallop crudo, koshihikari rice, black grouper and parfait. Need I say, everything single dish was a 10/10. Summer salad was perfectly balanced between the plums, nectarines and avocado and a little spice from the agua diablo. An explosion of flavors in every bite. The scallop crudo was like nothing I've ever tasted...perfectly cooked scallop with a little kick. The grouper was the star of the show...just perfection. The rice was a pleasant surprise of flavors that took shocked my palate a little but in the best way. Ended the meal with a very delicious rich parfait that wasn't overly sweet. I see why they're Michelin starred and it didn't disappoint, NOT ONE BIT. Space is underwhelming though. Not really romantic or cozy or aesthetically pleasing and very small but the food was without a doubt...PHENOMENAL, and that's all that really matters at the end.“

“Firsy things first, This restaurant is now called Celias. We were looking for Biscayne Tavern and walked right past it twice lol. Went inside the hotel and they let us know we were in the right spot and that the name had changed. The food was very tasty and served hot. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the cilantro sauce was delicious. We had a few drinks that were also delicious. Overall its a nice place, decorated beautifully with tropical colors and accents.“

The service and drinks are great; I love the giant jenga and the space as a whole. I've worked in the horse industry my whole life, and after 16 years of toeing the line between saying what needs to be said and saying what will get me asked to leave without pay, it was fantastic to be in a room that invited me to say whatever I wanted. “Fabulous restaurant with great tasting food and wonderful service. Only complaint is that Elcielo doesn't allow you take home any food you don't finish. I know that Elcielo is a Michelin starred restaurant and can get away enforcing this policy but I've never had a worse feeling at a restaurant than when my request to take my unfinished portion home was denied. Talk about feeling small and unappreciated! Ruined what would have otherwise been a 5-star dining experience and ended up walking out with a bad taste in my mouth which is shocking considering how good the food was. They need to rethink this policy because it became the top thing my wife and I remembered about our meal and even talked about it the next day.“

She brought such a positive energy every time she came to check on our table, and had great referrals for us between the drinks and menus too. We LOVED all the appetizers: the chicharrones are SO good/addictive but the egg custard/onion soup fusion was a delightful surprise favorite for all of us.
