“The staff was wonderful! Our wedge salad, beef tips were wonderful. Our shrimp and grits were too salty and very disappointing. We shared that with the waiter and she said she would let them know. If you are a professional chef, little salt is better than too much. Salt can be added but not taken away. We return but will not order the shrimp and grits. Other than that, it was a great evening celebrating 54 years of marriage.“

The server looked at his ID and gave him a hard time. He finally allowed him to order his drink, after he looked at me and before I could order my drink, he said and your good with water? I was in shock he was assuming my age without asking me what I wanted to drink. Very rude. He was not personable. Later when going to pay I gave my card to my boyfriend (it was his birthday so I wanted to treat him) when the server came back he put the card in front of me (notating that he knew it wasn't my boyfriends) which I think is so rude. Also when ordering he looked at my boyfriend and said ladys first in a rude way. It was just so condescending and I did not appreciate the service. I hate it so much as this was supposed to be a fun time for my boyfriend. Other than that I enjoyed the food, the steak was cooked to perfection!“

“I come to Tallahassee frequently, maybe every 4-6 weeks. When I do, I stay in Hotel Indigo and eat here for breakfast and most dinners. I've never had a bad meal. The parfait and omelette are excellent choices for breakfast and the ribeye is an excellent choice for dinner. The servers and bartenders are always friendly, even if they are sometimes understaffed and a little slow on the rare occasion.“

“This past Sunday, my mom and I chose Cracker Barrel as our after church dinner choice. One of the hostess taking names to text you when your tables were ready was very rude at first. However she got better. The other hostess allowed someone to break the line in front of us. When the lady at the register had asked the line to move closer to the wall in order to check out other guests. That's when a lady and her son came in after my mom and I and broke the line. Although they were busy, the way time wasn't bad. But upon being seated, our waitress apologized right upfront for yawning which she did a lot as well as digging in her eyes while taking our order. My mom ordered Greens. and they were out of cornbread. I ordered the grandma sampler and I didn't receive one of my meats. The side of lemons that we requested twice was very soggy thin and simply not fresh. Needless to say out of the many times that we have visited Cracker Barrel over the years. This was probably one of the worst times unfortunately I did not have the energy to deal with it on Sunday. Getting this email to ask for a review allowed me to share my truth.“

“Stayed at the hotel and wanted to come for dinner but they closed early so we decided to try them for breakfast. It was a great variety but tasted standard.. nothing was out of the ordinary or impressive. However it was good for what you got, an all you can eat continental buffet and basic hot breakfast bar. The server/manager was great, she was very attentive and polite. If we return it would be for her service cause the food didn't hold a candle to her.“

“I recently visited Canopy Road Cafe for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed by the entire team’s efficiency.

My server Kristen was very personable, and the general manager, Charlotte, who was helping in the kitchen as an expediter, showed excellent leadership by working alongside the staff during busy hours.

Despite arriving during the peak Sunday morning rush, I was served promptly. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. My only minor disappointment was the lack of a cappuccino machine, but that didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent visit.

I’ll definitely be returning based on what I experienced today.“
