“I can’t believe it’s been over 3 years since Noble Rice opened and this was our very first visit! It absolutely blew us away. The service was impeccable. Hostess Angel greeted us warmly, and our server Allison A. was simply outstanding ~ easily one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere in Tampa. We started with drinks, and every single one was perfect. The Lychee Martini was smooth and floral, the Espresso Martini had just the right kick, and the Haku ~ their version of a Moscow Mule ~ was phenomenal. My husband is a self-proclaimed Moscow Mule connoisseur, and he gave it high praise. The food? Next-level. The Tuna Carpaccio was the star of the show ~ literally melted in our mouths. We also loved the Classic Poké, Tempura Poké Rolls, and the Tekka Roll ~ all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented with different types of soy causes for each. The only item that didn’t quite hit the mark for us was the Hanabi Maki ~ still very fresh, just not our personal favorite. I’m sure many others enjoy it! What really stood out was the service ~ something that has unfortunately been on the decline across Tampa in recent years. But at Noble Rice, everyone went above and beyond. Allison didn’t just take our order, she asked thoughtful questions about our taste preferences, made drink and dessert recommendations (the Panna Cotta dessert was heavenly), and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our only wish? Larger portions ~ because everything was so good, we didn’t want it to end. An amazing 18th anniversary dinner!! We’ll absolutely be back. “My husband and I are frequent diners at Rice and Spice, pretty much regulars, we have been visiting this restaurant for over 2 years and every time we are 100% happy and satisfied with the food, the service, the ambience. They never cease to amaze us with their menu. Tonight we ordered a new dish that is not in the menu yet and it was absolutely delicious. If you like curry, which i do not care for curry - but this was exceptional. The name is Ka-Mu-Panang. I also had a new dessert - made of coconut, bananas. and mango. Because it was a new item it hasn't been named yet - so we called it CoBango, the owners were also naming it different things and still no name when we left. Typical visit as part of the fun going there is feeling like going to family- the owners are very we;coming and family oriented. Love the place!“

Every time we go eat here no matter the time of day we are in awe of the great service and the delicious food. We most recently went to celebrate my birthday and our server was Megan she was seriously amazing and made it feel like such a special experience! All of the servers are attentive and we’ve never had a bad experience which is why we continue to come back! It did not come out all together on a boat style plate like you see at many sushi restaurants but on individual plates because each roll had it's own accent sauce to it. Very delicious. “If you're looking for casual dining with an innovative Asian-style menu and hand-rolled sushi then you must give Rock 'N Raw Sushi Joint a try! Our first time dinning there, we tried a little bit of everything - from the Crab Rangoon, to the Lo Mein and some sushi rolls. My personal favorite was the Beautiful Girl sushi roll. It's a fried roll with all the yumminess of a regular sushi roll! Malee was our server, and she was very nice and prompt with all of our requests. I'm looking forward to returning and trying some more menu items in the future.“

“I finally was able to make it to Kosen for a special birthday dinner at the omakase counter. Hands down the best Japanese food I’ve had so far. Being within downtown Tampa makes it so easy to get to the restaurant and it’s in a great location.

The service throughout the 2 hour experience was incredible. Everyone was so knowledgeable and attentive. The wagyu was one of the first dishes and it was hard for anything to beat that, the meat was so tender I didn’t even know it was in my mouth. The flavor of the duck breast was out of this world, I wish I had more bites of both.

The nigiri experience was amazing, all the bites were great and the fresh wasabi and everything being made to order was a joy to watch. The akami tuna was the best and the quality of fish was pristine.

The brown butter ice cream with apple and parsnip was my favorite dish and ended the meal perfectly. This experience was definitely worth the price of admission and something you should try at least once. Thank you chef!“
