“I can’t believe it’s been over 3 years since Noble Rice opened and this was our very first visit! It absolutely blew us away. The service was impeccable. Hostess Angel greeted us warmly, and our server Allison A. was simply outstanding ~ easily one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere in Tampa. We started with drinks, and every single one was perfect. The Lychee Martini was smooth and floral, the Espresso Martini had just the right kick, and the Haku ~ their version of a Moscow Mule ~ was phenomenal. My husband is a self-proclaimed Moscow Mule connoisseur, and he gave it high praise. The food? Next-level. The Tuna Carpaccio was the star of the show ~ literally melted in our mouths. We also loved the Classic Poké, Tempura Poké Rolls, and the Tekka Roll ~ all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented with different types of soy causes for each. The only item that didn’t quite hit the mark for us was the Hanabi Maki ~ still very fresh, just not our personal favorite. I’m sure many others enjoy it! What really stood out was the service ~ something that has unfortunately been on the decline across Tampa in recent years. But at Noble Rice, everyone went above and beyond. Allison didn’t just take our order, she asked thoughtful questions about our taste preferences, made drink and dessert recommendations (the Panna Cotta dessert was heavenly), and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our only wish? Larger portions ~ because everything was so good, we didn’t want it to end. An amazing 18th anniversary dinner!! We’ll absolutely be back. “My husband and I are frequent diners at Rice and Spice, pretty much regulars, we have been visiting this restaurant for over 2 years and every time we are 100% happy and satisfied with the food, the service, the ambience. They never cease to amaze us with their menu. Tonight we ordered a new dish that is not in the menu yet and it was absolutely delicious. If you like curry, which i do not care for curry - but this was exceptional. The name is Ka-Mu-Panang. I also had a new dessert - made of coconut, bananas. and mango. Because it was a new item it hasn't been named yet - so we called it CoBango, the owners were also naming it different things and still no name when we left. Typical visit as part of the fun going there is feeling like going to family- the owners are very we;coming and family oriented. Love the place!“

“This is one of my favorite sushi spots. The food is great and comes out relatively quickly, sometimes there is a bit of a wait depending on what day you go but that is usual. Their all you can eat option is the best in my opinion. They have a variety of other options if you do not enjoy sushi as well. -JL“

“Very nice place, seems very popular. Many appetizers both hot and cold to choose from. There was also many entrees and a large sushi menu. We ordered 5 rolls that was more than plenty to eat. It did not come out all together on a boat style plate like you see at many sushi restaurants but on individual plates because each roll had it's own accent sauce to it. Very delicious. Our server Heather was very attentive as well as the rest of the staff. We will be back.“

“My wife and I have been going here for a year as a frequent date spot. The ambiance and atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous. The most idyllic date you could dream of. The staff is always so kind and talks with us about whatever feels fun that day. The food is also just incredible- I’ve had food all around the world and this is just so thoughtful and well put together it makes me so happy every time. I only really review places when i feel like they really deserve it, and the food is just so creative and the menu is so incredible i really cannot recommend this place enough. They had like 14 people in the restaurant working which is amazing considering Walmart has like 5 people working nowadays. Their staff was super attentive and food came out in like 5 minutes. “I’ve been eyeing this spot for takeout for a while and finally ordered from this local food truck. I’m so glad I did.

The karaage (popcorn) chicken was both my partner’s and my favorite! It was really juicy and had great flavor. You can choose from several different sauces (at least when ordering online), and we went with the garlic aioli, which paired really well with it.

We also ordered the crab “goonies” (so cute!), a Philly roll, and a tuna hand roll. The portions were generous, and we felt like we got a lot of food for what we ordered.

It’s always nice to support a local business, especially when the food is this good. We’ll definitely be back, and I have to say the karaage chicken gives Guthrie’s a run for its money!“

“The food was delicious and was made really well. I came on a busy weekend because they had an event going outside but even with the high customer volume I got my food fast. The staff was really friendly the guy there named Dom, was professional and friendly, it made for a pleasant atmosphere. And as I mentioned the food taste great. I definitely recommend giving it a try. I only got hand rolls when I went but I plan on going back to try the other items, so keep and eye out for an update.“
