“The food has been consistently good (specifically the rice, beans and salmon and guava and cheese) and if you sit in the restaurant the music is always good and the staff is nice, especially Marilyn! We’ve gotten her a few times and she’s the best! Thank you!!“
“This little place is simple, food delicious, staff/owners friendly and amazing cooks! Found it while out exploring and it’s at least a weekly spot for me. Food is always fresh and consistent and they treat me like family. Catering offered too, worth a stop for sure!!“
“I was looking for a good food truck nearby my place! And let me tell you! This place hit the spot! The food was so good i din’t even take a picture of it because that’s how quick i ate it! Jessica if you see this! Keep up the good job! Your food is bomb’!“
“Excellence has another meaning. It has a woman's name: Arlenis. Kindness, courtesy and treatment goes much more than expected and she has a spectacular smile. Ask her to serve you and don't forget to ask her for a smile for the journey that will make your day.the best are in Taino on the Golden road.“
“The food was amazing! We arrived earlier than the rest of our party, but they sat us anyway, it's small things like this that prove they want your business! The server was great, checked in several times before the rest of our party arrived and didn't rush us through the meal. Just a great place, highly recommend trying it out.“
“So glad we stopped by for lunch today. We loved our trifongo with carne frita! Everything was super flavorful and juicy. The alcapurrias were nice and crisp on the outside, with a good amount of beef. They serve them with mayuketchu but I wish they had salsita de pique like my mom makes =)FYI, everything is made to order so call ahead if you're in a rush!“
“I stop by here at least once a month for to-go Cuban sandwiches and they are the bomb -- generous portions of meat piled on great Cuban bread. It's beyond a bargain for the price--I always take an extra home to save for later! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Love this hidden gem just off the 408.“
“Small place but quaint and reminds us of our island. It's a bit pricey for just pinchos. Overall, it is a good place if the roadside guys that are amazing are not available. Sadly, they were also out of many items on what seemed not a busy night.“
“First time visitors from Boston with the whole family. We found this little hidden jewel . Defiantly the best mofongo we have had, great portions and great prices . The staff is amazing and we had great experience. We will definitely be back next time in FL“

“Stopped by for lunch today, and I'm very happy I did! I got the carne frita and it was delicious. I've had alot of puerto rican food, and Lucy's is definitely at the top of my list. They're located in a food truck, next to a tea spot. Don't hesitate to give this spot a try! I'll be returning!“
“I came in with my friend who raves that this is one of his favorite food spots in Orlando and I can see why! Good food where you can taste the love and great service! I had the pork sandwich and I love the contrast of the savory pork and sweetness of the plantains! YUM I also have a big sweet tooth so the tres leches cake was super moist and nice hints of cinnamon. Very homey vibes from the food to the decor!“
“Josue and Michelle where a dynamic duo and for a first experience I must say this by sitting at the bar and making same day reservations, that still had a great time to bloom was done quickly and considerably, and tasted great. The drinks are amazing and perfect and a freestyle was on point. I hope they do more branches of freestyle music and I will definitely be back at this place, so enjoy more of the menu items!Vegetarian options: Plenty optionsDietary restrictions: PlentyParking: EasyKid-friendliness: Kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Space available“
“Not Overly impressed wasn't terrible wasn't great went there for breakfast but it's kind of like having dinner they have a pastry section too and they sell bread. It's pretty much rice potatoes lettuce beef chicken pork beef.Wasn't a very classy place just a lot of people sitting at tables that could use some new upholstery play smoke the little run down to be honest but that was just my impression“
“So sad to find out this placed closed. Haven't been to this place in a while so thought to pop on google and check out the hours. I've been going to this place every couple months with my wife since we moved down to the Orlando area 2 years ago. My first time trying arepas was in Miami. Since then, I've tried several other places and this little gem had the most chill and genuine vibe with the most delicious and beautifully prepared arepas dishes I've ever seen. The ingredient quality was high, the price was low, and the staff always treated us nice -- even though Spanish isn't our native language -- always felt welcomed there. What made this place shine on top of those other qualities mentioned was that they had two styles: Colombian and Venezuelan arepas -- and depending on which style you ordered -- it was very distinct and all VERY good. Why is it when I find a place I really like it closes down?? I saw the most recent reviews about the service going downhill and that's a shame -- seems like something internal happened. My experience was nothing like that, though. I'm really heartbroken this place closed and hope whoever was making those amazing dishes will someday resurface back onto the food scene.“
“This is like a slow version of a NY Bodega. Shop is tight and claustrophobic, but they have all the good similarities. We got cubanos on that fresh Cuban bread. The portions were perfect, but the temperature was off. The bread was toasted, cheese melted, but the first bite barely had any warmth. The pork was salty, and the ham was cold. It was still enjoyable, but nothing to write home about.“
“My friends and I have been meaning to come to this food truck ever since I moved to FL. Sadly, it took way too long for us to finally give this place a chance. I am SOOOO HAPPY to have finally done so! We have ordered multiple times now their mofongo, tostones, pinchos, and quintupleta. Everything has tasted extremely delicious! I plan on eating here multiple times every month! ❤️??“
“Excellent food, SUPER friendly employee willing to go over the menu and options, she offered various substitution options and fresh agua fresca tastings. The chef/owner came out of the kitchen to ask what we thought of his food. Highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!! 10/10 excelente trabajo Piñones en Orlando!!“

“I've been several times, and overall, they sell very good food—a convenient spot to find affordable local cuisine. The staff is friendly, and it's usually the same team working. They primarily serve Pepsi, which isn't my preference. The food, in general, is fresh as they keep things moving and restock based on demand. I highly recommend the potato salad.“
“This is the best Puerto Rican food I’ve had in Orlando. Especially for the price. I’ve been consistently going here once a month since I’ve moved to Orlando, and my plate averages around $12-15 at most. For all this food, you get like two meals out of it. Definitely worth stopping by and trying for yourself!!! Food is always seasoned to perfection, and consistency good quality. I’ve been to this location and their second location a little further down East colonial and this is better than the 2nd one.“
“OMG La comida es riquísima The food is delicious bvery typical authentic puerto rican food Compliments to the chef she is good I recommend everything especially alcapurias, empanadas everything everything is tastefully 5 starts pleasant enviroment“
“A hidden gem! I lived in South Florida for a number of years and loved the accessibility to great coffee and pastries. I have struggled finding a place in the Orlando area. But here it is! My coffee is delicious and the pastries are incredible. I am going to recommend all of my family and friends go here. So good!“
