“I had the beef brisket with Mac and cheese, collard greens and corn bread. This was probably one of the top 5 best Mac and cheese I had. The collard greens were a bit salty but I liked them. The corn bread was good but a bit dry. The bbq sauce was great I got hot and it wasn’t too spicy it was just right. I would definitely go here again. The prices are a bit pricey but it definitely was a good meal I can’t complain. I had a couple of shots at the bar while I waited for my food. They had a DJ in there it was really nice atmosphere.“

“We love the food from Pig 'n chicken Briarcliff.. especially the fried catfish coleslaw and collard greens.. but it seems like each time we order the price keeps going up.. unfortunately we can't continue to eat there too often because it's just gotten way too expensive for us but the food is excellent“

“Our first visit, we will be back! Great food. fast, friendly service! Weather was perfect so we sat outside on the deck. Very clean. The food is fresh, they smoke all their meat daily and they use locally sourced produce. They have a full bar. We shared the OG Salmon Chips - house smoked salmon, chipotle cream cheese, red onion & capers on house made potato chips (piucured) they are a little pricey at $16 for 5 servings but are piled high with fresh salmon so we weren't disappointed (they were great). We also had a Garden Chopped Bowl - (thick cut) house bacon, hard boiled egg, corn, red onion, tomato, avocado, bleu cheese and added Pulled Pork (pictured). Very good, highly recommend!“

Having done so, we continue to return to our favorite BQ restaurant Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ. Rodney Scott’s barbeque set the standard for not only Atlanta, but world-wide restaurants. R.S.W.H.B.B.Q is more than “exceptional”. The portion sizes are huge, the vegetables are well seasoned, the potato salad is kick your shoes off good. However, the pork ribs, boned in chicken, and brisket exceed the norm on taste and desirability. The BBQ meats are so delicious that you will find yourself eating first, second, third... Their BBQ three-meat combo rice is really good. It comes with roast duck, crispy roast pork, and BBQ spare ribs, along with some Shanghai bok choy and rice. The portion is generous and very satisfying—finishing it by myself left me really full.“

The orders are detailed allowing you to do thing like put sauces that normally come on food on the side. The negative reviews are just because it’s not a “restaurant”. The food is too good to describe. I had brisket (how a bbq place is judged) and a smoked chicken quarter. I was greeted right away and ordered steak and eggs took one bite of the eggs and knew they were either liquid or powdered…yuck however I asked Michelle and she was honest and I asked her to bring me a plate to remove the eggs from my plate. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

“I come here at LEAST 3x a week. The wings are ALWAYS FRESH & FIRE ? ALWAYS!! I will say that I personally never order anything besides the wings only. I may someday try the fried rice. The reason for the 4stars is because my very very very 1st x coming here I tried a gyro ? & wings. The gyro was DISGUSTING & COLD!! However, the wings were GOODT. Which is why i continued to come back for the wings. Now, every time i go i get wings only & they are literally ALWAYS fresh & fire !!! I can’t recommend variety from them at the time but i DO recommend the wings & i recommend u give them a try ??“
