McDonald's in Atlanta

“I eat here at least once a week but come in to grab a large sweet tea and possibly charge my phone for a minute if needed. Staff is always respectful and gets to know and rember you by name. Almost zero wait time. Especially if you use the kiosks. Thanks to all my friends who still find the time to greet a treat you like it's a sit down and order type of restaurant even though they work so hard. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

“I drove down to Atlanta to run errands since I'm living in North Georgia. I stopped at this Mc Donald's on my way since I was driving for an hour and I found the place clean, full of light and nice lounge music, but not just that, cashiers and the staff is very nice and welcoming, they also took my order with a smile and kindness. After that my food was ready in just couple of minutes!!! Mrs Christina Acosta and her team are doing a fantastic job!!! Please offer Christina an additional day off, a free meal and promote her when possible, also please give the staff an incentive as well since they are rocking too. Other restaurants should learn from Christina and her team because they cater food with hospitality and care. Thank you Mc Donald's! I'm definitely loving it! i will definitely come back! :)“

“very low expectations for mcd's generally especially at night - know how unpredictable it can be. but i visited to pick up a mobile order at 3am on a weekday after work and staff were very courteous, DT was open and the person at the pick-up window even apologized for the couple minute wait for fresh fries, which was not needed but appreciated. food was hot & they got everything right. again low expectations but i felt like it deserved 5 stars for a mcd's.“

“Good fast and fresh. I'm only giving 4 stars because they forgot my daughters salsa for her breakfast burrito. So we had to turn back, and I went inside to get it. No biggie, but it does waste time when things are forgotten. However, I know mistakes happen. I would go back, but I suggest checking your bags before leaving this drive thur.“

“To be honest... This McDonald's is always fresh when I go at night and the customer service is great. The older woman at the widow the takes the orders and the money is very nice and has great customer service. I never have a problem with my food or the freshness with this location even if I go at 11 PM at night.“

“The young lady that was working the drive thru was doing a great job handling the long line. I think her name was Shakira, I’m not sure, but she handled the stressful situation well! Great customer service, she definitely cares about giving good customer service!“

“This is my favorite location. I will drive from Stockbridge to this location. Kasandra and Anna are we personable people . They make sure your order is accurate and that you leave happy. 🩷 customer service is always on point for me . I let the manager know that her store was superb and the staff was always great!“

“I love this McDonald’s. Even though the line can get long the demand is expected because of the area that it is in. The staff is always respectful and kind. My food is always fresh. Today I came across both staff members named Aaliyah at the drive thru and was instantly reminded that I needed to leave a review. Their customer service is amazing! “Came in today one lady named Sierra or muffy had great customer service and was doing front counter service and packing food so kudos to her most definitely need a raise or promotion the food I had was 2 big mac meals n x2 quarter pounder with cheese and it was the freshest I've had at McDonald's beef was not still mooing and bleeding no complaints!!!“

“This Mcdonalds was EXTREMELY busy and although they were very fast I am not sure if I will return. They were messing up 😞 on orders while I was there. They also messed my order up but corrected it quickly. I felt rushed. If you don't mind chaos this is your place🤣“

“Usually don’t rate fast food restaurants, but I had the best service last night. My girlfriend and I had our cat in the car and the man at the drive thru asked what his name was and then asked if he can handle dairy, when we said yes he gave him some whipped cream in a cup to match the McFlurrys we ordered. Great team there.“

“Customer service is usually a hit or miss depending on what employees they have on staff. Both the property itself and the inside of the building is usually well-kept and free of trash. As a negative, it can often take a while for an employee to come to the register to complete my kiosk order. Since they rely on people making their own orders and paying themselves at the kiosk or going through the drive-thru, no one is ever at the front register ready to assist customers if need be and they end up falling behind on addressing the live, in-person orders in a timely manner as a consequence. This can really mess up the experience of the customers who need to pay in cash at the counter, have questions, or need anything that relies on employees having to facilitate. With all that said, the food is usually pretty good even though they don't always follow the custom requests placed on some orders.

Parking: It's a rather small lot, but it usually doesn't get packed.“

“McDonald’s is always a reliable choice for a quick bite. The food came out fresh, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the burger was just the way I like it. Service was fast and efficient, even during the lunch rush, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. “Great this new decoration, taking advantage of the spaces, so it gives a new face to Goodwill, using the furniture and decorative elements, also the guys who are stocking and receiving payments to the customers, very good idea!!, I really congratulate you!!“

“I’ve traveled all over the States, and lived in multiple different locations and this is absolutely the best tasting McDonald’s. We get it at least once a month, sometimes twice. Every time the quarter pounder is juicy, well constructed, the nuggets are perfect crispy and tender. Fry’s 90% of the time always are perfect. Staff is great. I will actively avoid other McDonald’s around Atlanta to make it closer to our home one.

“In a world where we are quick to point out the negative and break our necks to leave bad reviews. I wanted to take a brief moment to point out the good that people still do. This morning I went to McDonald's and placed a big order for a meeting we were having this morning. I'm talking about like 20 to 40 biscuits and hashbrowns. The person taking my order was Alisha (sorry if spelled wrong). She didn't look disappointed or upset as I thought she might, given my pervious encounters with so many less caring associates at McDonald's. She took my order and proceeded to get everything together, remaining extremely pleasant the entire time (again not use to that from this place). I didn't even realize she was the manager but given how she preformed, I now understand why she is. It's professional, pleasant and accommodating individuals like her that will keep me coming back. If you're reading this review and you shop here. Take a moment and tell her she is doing an amazing job.“

“Miss Kelly was serving here and she essentially had this largest smile on her face while she was serving hot food with efficient speed. She was running in the lobby, making sure all the seats and tables, everything was clean. She maybe gave us an extra medium fry. She was awesome. She deserves a raise!“

“I go to this location several times a week ONLY TO GET COOKIES!! I am shook hooked on them. Although I could easily access other locations, this McDonald's is like no other I've ever experienced. The atmosphere is next level. Every staff member I've ever encountered has ALWAYS been pleasant and professional. If you go inside, expect a gospel concert cause the music playing is always gospel! Salute to management because I would not change a single thing. Oh, and it's always clean, even the ladies restroom. Never been inside the men's room but I'd bet it's clean too.“
