“just had the most perfect mcdonalds experience ever. roll up decently late (i have to be up by 7:30 haha) and had a mobile order, i was helped quick and even given a nice thumbs up past the first window. i get to the second window and I receive my drink very quickly. i say thank you and the customer service was impeccable. it wasnt flat out rude like cook out or zaxbys, but not overly fake friendly like chick fil a, it was the perfect mix of genuine and human. i got my food shortly after and when i tell you, fresh warm fries. crispy, hot, salty. it was perfect. changed my entire life perspective.

“We come to the area for the Chastain Arts fest yearly and every time I visit this location it is just incredible, the way they work as a team to make sure every guest leaves with a smile and satisfaction they come for. “I stopped for a cup or two(2) coffee. The staff was proficient in handling their duties. They acknowledged me as we moved in each other's space. This does not happen at most places as often as it should! That is greatly appreciated and expected. Keep up the work.“

Received the bag and it only included the drinks. No worries, I called Uber eats guy (tipped extra cash) and he went back. He put me on the phone with the manager/man behind the register, and he didn’t question me at all. He asked me what I was missing, was very polite and understand, and included a freebie for our trouble. Everything recooked fresh. Happy with my experience and the management here!“

“Great fresh meals. Fries were really hot. We ordered off the app and took advantage of the $5 meal deal. We hit three of them. Double cheese burger, 4 chicken nuggets, small fries, and small drink. We found it to be a lot of food we couldn’t eat all of. You can get a chicken sandwich instead of the double cheeseburger. Fast service with a smile.

“First off this is the first McDonald’s I’ve been to where everything was on point the food was freshly made everything was amazing if I could give a 10 star I would the best experience I have ever experienced at McDonald’s and I eat a lot of McDonald’s but this one is one of the best I’ve ever had. People sleep on this place and location!.“

“Customer service is usually a hit or miss depending on what employees they have on staff. Both the property itself and the inside of the building is usually well-kept and free of trash. As a negative, it can often take a while for an employee to come to the register to complete my kiosk order. Since they rely on people making their own orders and paying themselves at the kiosk or going through the drive-thru, no one is ever at the front register ready to assist customers if need be and they end up falling behind on addressing the live, in-person orders in a timely manner as a consequence. This can really mess up the experience of the customers who need to pay in cash at the counter, have questions, or need anything that relies on employees having to facilitate. With all that said, the food is usually pretty good even though they don't always follow the custom requests placed on some orders.

“I read a lot of the reviews before placing an order and I decided to take a chance and I’m glad I did. I did wait a little longer than normal but I’m sure it’s not many employees on the late night shift at any McDonald’s. I was greeted by such a welcoming voice and told me it would be a moment next she apologized for the wait and patiently took my order I never felt rushed. There was three cars ahead of me. Cashier (Briana) repeated my order took payment and I moved to the pick up window. There was a lady working alone at that window and she also was friendly and asked if I needed anything else. Not sure what to say to the reviews but I’d say be patient because my food was piping hot and service was great.“

“I was behind 40 people in line but the staff was on point. I’m not sure the name of these two ladies in the picture, but they were awesome. By the time I got in line and I just finished eating it was about 35 minutes. That’s very fast with 50 people behind me in line as well. I know it’s tough to give McDonald’s a good review but this place, this morning at 6 AM is running better than a Chick-fil-A. Kudos to this location at Hartsfield Jackson international airport, College Park, Georgia location inside gate B terminal. Store number 31491.“

“I work in the neighborhood and the morning crew rocks. They are fast and friendly which is all I can truly ask for in this situation. The store has a funky lot, if people were able to drive better, they could navigate it better but that has nothing to do with the service. I usually come for breakfast items so I have to highlight the morning staff. I’m not a morning person but their energy is contagious. Keep up the good work!“
