“My first time here in months. And the experience was top tier as always. The GM Ms.Michelle ended up taking my order and her customer service was amazing along with the other 2 employees. I unfortunately didn’t catch their names. But i will definitely come back !!!!!“

“My fiancé heard about this place from a friend, and we happened to be in the area today and decided to give it a try! Parking wasn't bad as the parking deck was free to park in and easy to navigate. He had the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, and I had the Buffalo Chicken Chessesteak. We ordered the giant sub's and they are GIANT! They're longer than 1ft. (Subway goes up to 1ft.) but not quite 2ft. Maybe, 16in. or so? Anywho, the food was amazing. Very fresh, and the BEST sub's we've had in a very long time! It can get kind of pricey depending on what you order but in my opinion the amount of food and the quality of the food is SO worth it. We would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for something new to try, and we will be back again as soon as possible! Tl;dr: 5 out of 5 stars for the food, 4-4.5 stars for the location. It's easy to find and get to, but the building is very small, so be prepared in case you have to sit outside to eat (thankfully when we went it wasn't super crowded). Other than that, it was awesome.“

His personality is amazing and will definitely take him far beyond he can imagine. Chris deserves his own store with the service he provides. And I really appreciate him and all he does. “I often times order here for lunch sandwiches always taste fresh and I will put together. This particular time I went to the location to order my sandwich because no one was picking up the phone and the online order system was not working. The ordering process was went smooth. However my sandwich was handed to me not in a bag but just the sandwich wrapped in paper no napkins or anything so I had to request napkins, a bag, and my chips. Perhaps they were busy and she was just in a rush I'm not sure. Other than that my service is almost normally pretty good with delivery.“

“I order lunch from this Subway often. I always have a great experience. I use their online ordering service, today I mistakenly ordered 2 sandwiches. Mrs. Ayanna was very helpful, she displayed awesome customer service. The food is always ready, with no wait. Thanks Mrs.Ayanna and Subway, for the great food!“

“Came in on a cold and rainy day to warm up with some pho. I got the brisket and it was SO DELICIOUS!!!! Very generous portion of everything. Every possible condiment you’d want to add to your pho including homemade chili oil. Complimentary lemon water available when dining in. It was so filling I didn’t need dinner that night. I loved it and have been daydreaming about it since! I’ll definitely be back soon. (I’d love to take my young kids also, though I’m unsure what they might try. TBD on kid involvement.) Thank you!!“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

“WOW! Not only did this Firehouse have delicious food, but it had the best service! The manager, Joe, was the one helping me and helped me find the best choice for me and my 2 kids. He was kind and gave great and speedy service. We will definitely be back to this location!“
