“This Korean restaurant was an all around great place to eat. The free appetizers were all delicious and vegetarian, the soup and dumplings we ordered were good, and the people were very sweet. Ben, our server, made the dinner and even greater experience with his infectious personality!“

“Every time I travel to Duluth, Georgia, this is one of the places I always come back to. The food here is made with so much care, and the customer service is truly exceptional.
This time, I had the grilled eel, and it was outstanding. Eel is a difficult dish to prepare well, and since I love eel, I’ve tried it in many places. It’s rare to find one that is this thick, clean, and perfectly grilled. You can really tell the kitchen knows what they’re doing.
The service was just as impressive. Our server was warm, attentive, and polished in a way that honestly felt hard to find anywhere, even in Korea.
One of the reasons I enjoy coming to Duluth is that it has so many great Korean spots, and this is one I genuinely recommend. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, the service is gentle and professional, and the pricing is very fair for the quality.
If you’re in the area and want a place that serves Korean food with real care and excellent hospitality, this place is absolutely worth visiting.“

“I dropped in for dinner. My first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the pork cutlet and Soondubu with tofu and dumplings. I asked for extra spicy and was not disappointed. The meal came with rice and some pickled cucumber and radish, kimchi, and bean sprouts. Added some hot tea and it was a superb meal at a very reasonable price. This could have easily fed 2 people. All in all a very wonderful dinner with awesome friendly service.“

“The tofu in the soft tofu stew here is different from other places – it’s incredibly fresh and delicious. They offer many kinds of soondubu jjigae, and the nutritious stone pot rice dishes are amazing as well. Everything is clean, well prepared, and full of flavor. Even the crispy pancakes were fantastic. This is actually my parents’ favorite restaurant, and it’s easy to see why!“

“Dinners with dad, episode 874, later edition…from dinner the other night while visiting my parents…had already had an amazing breakfast…then an equally amazing lunch…but this pork belly and trotters weren’t going to eat themselves! This place gets more and more crowded each time we come…dad loves to talk about how much his youngest granddaughter loves this place…then says, ‘She might be the most Korean of the 3 grandkids…’ The pic of him laughing is after the server asked what type of soju he wanted…he said none but he could use one! I told him to order a bottle but he said no 🤪 If you like pork and spicy acorn noodles, this is your go to in Atlanta!“

“We were looking for an easy dinner spot and, based on Google results, decided to give this place a try with little expectation. We’re glad we did. It’s a small restaurant with dark decor and simple tables, but the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered wings, skewers, a seafood pancake, and a seafood clear broth stew, and really enjoyed the meal. The seafood pancake was the best, crispy without being hard and full of flavor.“

“Literally all the chicken flavors are good, with sauce, no sauce, bone-in, boneless, everything is fantastic, I honestly can't just pick one flavor to recommend, try them all! The staff is super friendly, this is my go to place whenever we want fried chicken.“

“I recently had the chance to visit BBMyun in Duluth, GA, and I’m so glad I did—it was an amazing experience from start to finish!
I had the tempura fried shrimp, fried dumplings, and the spicy beef ramen, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ramen had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, and the appetizers were crispy and fresh. My guest ordered the don katsu plate, which came with white rice, a corn side dish, coleslaw, and crunchy cubed daikon on the side—such a well-rounded and satisfying meal.
I also tried a Korean coffee, and wow—it was incredibly flavorful and potent. I’m not even a coffee drinker, but I would definitely order it again!
There are so many restaurants in that plaza, but I’m so happy I chose this one. I was so impressed that I even asked to speak with the owner to personally compliment her. She was very appreciative, which made the experience even more special.
I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!“

“Sorimmara in Duluth is a total hidden gem! ✨ The food is an absolute flavor explosion—every bite is authentic, fresh, and seriously addictive. 🍜 The staff are such gems, too; they’re incredibly welcoming, attentive, and make the whole experience seamless.
The environment is chic, spotless, and has the perfect vibe for a fun meal out. 💖 You seriously need to come experience this for yourself! If you haven't been yet, this is your sign to go. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“Located at food court inside Mega Mart . We ordered at the counter and were given a beeper to wait at the table. The wait was about 10 minutes. They don’t take cash so the payment had to be made by card. There is a water dispenser for you to help yourself with either cold or hot water. Both Jajangmyeon and Jjamppong were good. The price of jiamppong seems a bit high.“

“I ordered the Sundaeguk (순대국) for $17, and it was absolutely delicious. The soup was incredibly hearty, rich, and comforting — exactly what you want from a good bowl of sundae soup. The portion was generous, and everything tasted fresh. The kimchi and kkakdugi sides were also crunchy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the soup.
The restaurant operates self-serve style. You order at the kiosk in the front, they call your number when the food is ready, and you pick it up at the front corner. Water, utensils, and seasonings like salt and pepper are all available for you to grab yourself, which makes everything quick and efficient.
The only downside is the space — it’s quite small inside. When I went, there was still plenty of seating at tables and booths available, but I’ve heard it can get really packed during peak hours. Overall, if you’re craving a comforting, authentic bowl of Sundaeguk, this place absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back!“

“First time trying KBBQ and it was amazing. This place does have an all you can eat option but we went with a platter at the staff recommendedation. My only complaint was I expected to cook my food my self but they did it for me. No stars off for that because they did an excellent job doing that and we did not have to wait for the next set of meat to be cooked. Definitely would go again.“

“Hands down the best pork stone bowl bibimbap I’ve had in the U.S. So flavorful and perfectly seasoned.👏👏
They offer a great variety of side dishes like kimchi, fish cake, pickled cucumbers, and bean sprouts, and the fried fish was an awesome surprise.
The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Super recommend👍👍👍👍👍“

“A staple in my diet. I take all my friends here for casual Korean dining. Everything is fairly priced and the portions are big. They’re always quick with their service and the food always hits the spot. I crave their spicy pork all the time. And their fried combo is the bomb.“

“I honestly have nothing remotely bad to say about this spot. I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to try this place. The food is amazing, prices are fair (lunch specials are SO cheap), and service is great! It gets busy for lunch, so plan accordingly! My personal favorites are tofu soup, yi si signature soup, spicy squid bibimbap, but lets be real, everything I've tried so far has been delicious here.“

“The ahjumma Becky is awesome and friendly! The Korean Steak pizza is DELICIOUS! All I'll say is to season & cook the original chicken a little bit better. The batter was really light and lacking crunch. But other than that, I'd definitely come back. 👍🏾“

“This is one of the best Korean catering companies that we have used at the office! We've had a lot of hit or misses catering companies in the past. The Korean Thanksgiving food was delicious! We have a multicultural office environment and some of the employees are picky. The picky employees hands down loved it! The owner spoke both Korean and English so it made my order so easy. Mrs. Kim was very sweet and threw in some extra goodies in the order. We will definitely order from The Banchan again for future catered orders. Everyone was hungry so we didn't take any pictures of the bulgogi, jjun, songpyeon rice cakes, chicken ggan jeon (these went fast and there were no leftovers of this chicken), japchae, odeng noodle salad, young radish kimchi, and melons. You can taste the TLC in each dish! Thank you!!!!“

“K-Mom’s Kitchen feels less like eating out and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. The flavors instantly reminded me of my mom’s cooking and even more so, my grandmother’s. The main dishes are comforting and well done, but what truly makes this place special are the side dishes. That generous spread of banchan, paired with a small bowl of warm seaweed soup, is what gives the meal its soul.
It’s a true hole-in-the-wall spot, cozy, humble, and full of heart with limited seating inside, but that just adds to the authenticity. This is the kind of food that carries history and care in every bite. If you’re looking for Korean food that tastes like it was made for family, this is the place. Highly recommend.“

“Amazing Korean Food in a simple location but packs a huge punch. I came here solely based on the recommendation of this soup I have been craving. Gamjatang is a spicy pork bone soup. This item at Daebal House was a massive tower of amazing flavor! The menu has a fairly small but simple listing of typical Korean dishes from soup to meats ——while I was there 99% of the patrons are eating this dish. This place is open after 5pm and is similar to a late night bar with fine dining food… Highly recommend if you are in the area and want authentic quality tasting korean food and experience with friends. Oh and the kimchi is the BoMB!!!!!!! So yummmmmmmmmmy! First pic is when it came out!! Second pic is after we all ate to our hearts desire and there were still leftovers!!!!!“

“What a fantastic find!
On the surface, this place looks like a casual Korean pub, but it's a hidden gem serving up some seriously authentic and high-quality dishes.
My friend and I came for a casual dinner and were blown away by the food. We started with the assorted jeon (모둠전), and it was phenomenal. You get a variety of savory, pan-fried pancakes, each with a beautifully crispy texture and packed with fresh ingredients. It's a must-order.
The main event was the Bossam with oysters (굴보쌈). The pork belly was cooked to perfection and served with incredibly fresh, plump oysters. The combination of the melt-in-your-mouth pork, the briny oyster, and the crisp kimchi was just great.
If you're looking for a low-key spot with genuinely delicious Korean food that tastes like a great Korean meal, you have to check this place out. I'm already planning my next visit!“

“Best quality and taste!
Everything from the ingredients to the side dishes was excellent. The texture of the Jokbal is perfectly chewy and the flavor is spot on. Whether you eat in or order to-go, the quality remains top-tier. It’s definitely the best in GA. You can tell why this place has been a local favorite for years. A must-visit!“

“I first visited Hana catering for lunch and loved the food so much that we decided to use them for a church event. Everyone was extremely satisfied and asked to order from them again for the next event!
The portions are generous, the food is absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the quality and care in every dish. I’ve also ordered for our sports team party and received so many compliments.
Highly recommend, thank you for the amazing food!“
“As someone who’s been to Malaysia many times, I’d say this is pretty legit, compare to some other so called Malaysia cuisine places around here. And the owner is Malaysian, she knows her stuff. Highly recommend this place in Jusgo supermarket!“

“Great customer service. Mandoo and their kimchi were top tier. Most of Korean restaurants taste either same or generic, but their food actually made me feel like I was in Korea. I would say their Bimbim nengmyeon was the best around that area. Huge portions. It's not on the menu, but they do half and half mandoo so just gotta let them know. I would definitely go back there and recommend to others.“

“I went with 2 of my friends and we had a blast. The service was amazing and super vigilant with cooking the meat and letting us know it was ready to eat. The food was amazing and they offer a perfect amount of side dishes. Some places give u so much that the table is full, but here is enough to go perfectly with the meat and offer enough table space.
I will definitely come back with my friends.“

“We just visited this restaurant again after a while and the food is really good and fresh—one of my favorite Korean traditional restaurants with decent price and portions.
The last couple of times I've come here, the soup has been really good. However, this time, the beef hangover soup had overcooked or overly ripe cabbage, which I didn’t like. In my opinion, they have the best seafood hot stone rice compared to anywhere else; the aroma is a perfect balance of meat, rice, and vegetables. They also serve really tender, flavorful, and juicy neckbone soup. It feels like homemade food—comforting and balanced with deep flavors.“

“I'm aware there are some negative reviews regarding service and tipping, but I personally found the atmosphere more comfortable than the cramped main location. The service was quite satisfactory for a Korean-American restaurant, and the food quality was comparable to the main location. I'll likely return to this location next time.“

“Having not had Korean food for over a month due to being out of town, we were dying to eat some comfort food. @jangdokdae.atl sure delivered. Tucker away in a corner in the same complex as Hmart, don’t be fooled by the unassuming appearance of the restaurant at the front door. Inside you will find a cozy space where food is cooked and served with love. It is a self serve concept with kiosk ordering. Food comes out very fast. We loved the two dishes that we tried. Oyster bibimbap had such bold seaweed and seafood flavor. Beef rib soup was extremely tender and flavorful. Price is very reasonable (we paid <$40 for 2 dishes). The owners are lovely. Please come support them!“

“I liked the atmosphere of the place. Every table has a place to have bbq if you want. We ordered from the lunch menu. I had the sirloin and tonkasu. It was awesome. My wife spicy pork with vegetables and seafood tofu soup. It was okay. The pork was a bit fatty, and the soup was over salty. The service was really good, and we will definitely be back to try the bbq.“

“If you want to eat healthy, this is the place to go. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle, come here too.
It’s a self-service restaurant, and everything is conveniently located at the checkout counter. There’s always hot soup and cold water available. The free soup here is even tastier than the soup you can order.
Their cold noodles are second best—there’s no place that does them better. The grilled ribs are absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere is quiet and makes conversation easy. They are super spacy here as well.
The food is cheaper than a cup of bubble tea.
They don’t ask for tips, and you place your own orders.“

Very happy they have more than soju on their drink menu as well. Overall a very satisfied customer for which I give 5 stars “
“Yall don't be sleeping on this place. They make some good good food. They catered for my wedding in June and I am very happy with this decision. The quality of the food was excellent, flavors were on point, and there was an abundant amount of food. Evenmy mom was happy with the food. If you have a Korean mother, you know this is speaking volumes about the place. The owner is a woman of very few words, but listens your requests, and makes sure you are satisfied. Not only do they cater big parties, but they also sell everyday korean side dishes, rice cakes, and soups. I would recommend hands down. Stop by and give them a try, won't regret.“

“I’ve been wanting to try Korean corn dogs for the longest. It took me a lot of circling around the area to realize it was in the super market. Anyways even though I couldn’t really understand what the lady said she was very helpful. I got my order in under 5 minutes and it’s really cheap. When I bit into the corn dog the cheese pull was outstanding, and also no matter what corn dog you get say YES to sugar coating because the sugar just made it 10x better it tasted like a fried donut coated in sugar and when you bite into it you get a cheese pull plus some crunch. Definitely recommend!!“
