“My husband and I came here for the first time on New Year’s Eve. Parking was easy and from the moment we walked in we were greeted. We were seated immediately at a nice table and were given time to soak in the atmosphere and look over the menu. I ordered the Rockefeller oysters and a Long Island, both were delicious and did not disappoint! My husband had a jack and coke. For our entree I had the salmon sliders( which were recommended by our waitress) they were filling and oh sooo good! My husband had wings and truffle fries which were nice and crispy. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves 10/10 I recommend.“

“I ordered Flying Biscuit catering for an event I had for my interns and when I tell you blown away! The communication and timeliness of the staff. The lady (I'm mad I didn't get her name) she was so sweet. I told her I could set up and she said nope she's got it. They came prepared with everything! I ordered stuff and I didn't even need it because the came with plates, utensils, water, etc they were truly amazing! Will continue to use Flying Biscuit!“

“I’ve been eating here for years and it’s like home! The food and service is great and I always look forward to visit every week! My favorite waitress is Mrs. Vilma. She’s a hard worker and she display great customer service! I rate Her a A++ rating!“

“Where to start? What a delightful evening and meal. The waiter, to start with, was amazingly attentive and kept up with us the entire evening. Also the owner came over and filled us in on the recent history. Liquor license is in now but I don't drink so that was not important. Let me segue to the food. OMG, the mushroom and goat cheese fondue with tomato jam was to die for. It was served in a cast iron skillet with plenty of toast. The sauce was so rich and creamy. To keep this under an hour and a half reading let me say my bride's steak was perfect along with the brussel sprouts and kale. Let me tell you about the pork chop. I like my pork chops to be medium rare if possible and it was perfectly pink inside. I try my best to get that look and I always overcome them. The sweet potato puree asking with the brussel sprouts was outstanding. The portions were very generous and couldn't ask anything better for a Monday night meal. OK, then there was the bread pudding. Oh, Lord, when I tasted the whiskey I almost fell in the floor. So, let me say to the people who has a bad time at the restaurant that they are hitting on all cylinders. I can understand a Karen or two that have nothing better to do than be haters, especially after the opening of the restaurants after COVID. I get it. Why not try to come back and give it another chance. They deserve it and you could use a good meal to chill out.“

“I visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening and the restaurant had a brisk clientele. The waitress came to our table immediately and asked for our drink orders and brought them back very quickly. I ordered the above items and in less than 15minutes i had my order and it was hot and seasoned to perfection. “The Fickle Pickle has a really cozy, hometown feel and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries, and both tasted like they were homemade. The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients, and the sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. You can tell they put care into their food instead of serving something mass-produced. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great lunch spot in Roswell.“

“Venue is lovely. Food is excellent. Breakfast of eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked and sauced. Coffee was wonderful. Breakfast service only had one wait staff and service was very leisurely. Surprised management doesn’t staff better for this type of facility, especially for business guest on a schedule. I look forward to coming here again.“
