“This store always makes sure that my drink is right I go to them all over the state and there is no one like this with the customer service. I ALWAYS TELL Them there’s NO Starbucks like y’all. The best store in the state of GA . Mattea always makes sure my drink is right . I can’t remember all their names I know Gage and the girl that moved to Holly Springs. I can’t remember her name she went to that store. She’s the best too, but they’re all great. One more thing it’s the only store in the state that does not run out of cold brew, no matter what time of day you go there they always have cold brew so whoever does that needs a big raise cause all these other stores run out all the time“

“The iced chai is delicious! I am trying to support more local coffee shops and this has had best chai! Lacking just a little bit on customer service. I walked in and the staff just stared at me for a moment. I think they were training. One person took my order but I needed a moment as it was my first visit. I told her it was my first time here and she rubbed her eyebrow and stated to take my time ?. You might not come here for the service but come here for the coffee!“

“Decided to stop by this cafe and we are SO glad we did!

We tried an Iced Vanilla Latte and one of their fall seasonal iced drinks The Spooky Robert. Both were delicious and the coffee was so smooth and rich!

We also tried some of the Brazilian baked goods as well--A Beef Pastelito and the Brazilian Cheese Bread. Both tasted AMAZING! the pastelito was definitely our favorite and we will be back to try more.

While their coffees and food often never disappoint, I am tired of having to deal with their customer service when it comes to mobile orders. I’m not usually one to complain, however almost every single time I order online I’m waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5-15 mins for someone to turn their back and give me the opportunity to ask for my coffee (that I can see behind the counter?????). Totally understandable y’all have other things to do but the energy and service when it comes to mobile orders needs some work!“

“There is no drive thru and the curbside parking spots are still out front. I’m disabled and wish they would bring back curbside or at least for mobile pickup.

Also, they’ve always been super friendly & helpful. I’m assuming holiday hiring is why the last couple of times I had to wait and get someone’s attention to ask for a straw with my drink or remind them that I had a bakery item with it. I wish they would just put the straws back out in the store. I also wish they had more seating - the new layout is nice and a great spot for a few people to gather, but there aren’t enough tables/chairs inside for 1 person to sit and enjoy their order.“
