“First time here and everything was great! The Korean fried chicken was crispy, flavorful, and a good portion. We got the Jeonju and loaded fries and had plenty left over. The staff was really friendly and made sure everything was good. Definitely coming back to try the buldak chicken next time!“

“Ponko alway has the best chicken. The spicy is my favorite and I love the salads. You can also get chicken wings, tacos, tofu and they also have vegan sandwiches and hot dogs. I love their specialty teas and desserts. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a great restaurant for families too!!!!“

“That morning staff is on point. The hispanic lady at the drive through and her daughter on the microphone when ordering are two of my favorite people ...they make me feel like FAMLIY ....on the other hand I get so aggravated on Friday when the lady on the microphone always asked my name for the order... For what.... just take my order please....It really gets on my nerves“

“It was busy and the staff was working hard and working together. The seating area was clean, drink station well-maintained and atmosphere made me comfortable as I dined solo.
I ordered my favorite, Jalepen̈o Holly on a croissant with a side of fruit. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was on of the best fruit cups I've had.“

“I absolutely love this location! The staff is so sweet and helpful. It is always very clean amd staffed. I usually eat the Olivia's Old South chicken salad sandwich on the croissant but today I tried the Jill Pickle and it os my favorite so far. I was so sad to learn it is only seasonal. The soups are always great and the Broccoli salad is my absolute favorite!“

“We stopped by Craft Burger for lunch and had a great meal. The chicken sandwiches were generously sized, with plenty of juicy chicken and flavorful, savory sauces that really made them stand out. The fries were also crispy and delicious.
The menu offers a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, and other options, so there’s something for everyone. While our first visit was a good experience, we’re looking forward to coming back to try some of the other menu items. A solid choice if you’re looking for a casual meal with plenty of variety.“

“We stopped at this Chick-fil-A on our way out of town, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. Our order was absolutely perfect—everything was correct, and they made sure we had all of our sauces, straws, napkins, and even a fork without us having to ask. The food was incredibly fresh, and the fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked. It’s the little details that make a difference, and this team definitely pays attention to them. We’ll definitely make a point to stop here again whenever we’re passing through!“

“We absolutely love CFA-Duluth (#00821). We dine-in as a treat to slow down and enjoy our food. The staff is always amazing. Yet, I must give a special thanks to Andy. “The chicken fingers were fresh, hot, and had a nice crispy coating without being too heavy. I liked the dipping sauce and the fries were seasoned pretty well too. The portion was decent for the price, and everything came out quickly. The staff was friendly when I ordered, which made the experience even better. Nothing overly fancy, but it was a solid meal and tasted good. I’d probably come back again when I’m craving chicken fingers.“

“Tristan was absolutely amazing!!! He is very quick and efficient, he has great customer service and is very kind when taking orders, asks if we want extras, etc. He is running around cleaning the lobby, pulling out booths, thoroughly sweeping and cleaning the areas. I love to see this as I was a manager myself. He definitely deserves recognition, if not a raise. He is absolutely working his butt off.“

“had an absolutely fantastic experience here, all thanks to Isa! She was already providing incredible service when she served me, but she truly went above and beyond when I accidentally spilled my drink all over myself. Before I could even process what happened, Isa rushed over with a handful of napkins and immediately helped me clean up. Her quick thinking, genuine kindness, and proactive care completely turned my day around. Isa is a massive asset to the team!“
