“First time to visit Noble Fare and it was exceptional! Our server was Ben, and we knew from the first moment we met, he loved his job and was very accomplished at it!We loved the atmosphere and the decor. Our salads were fresh and delicious, the entrees (scallops for me, filet for my handsome fella’) were prepared perfectly and the dessert was a warm chocolate topping to a lovely experience! We will return and request Ben to be our server again!“

“This is a place that you order at the counter and get your own drinks, so not much to grade service on. It’s also a bit small and cramped with nothing really setting any atmosphere, but the food is very good and the prices are impossible to beat.“

“Stopped into Charlie's after a 5 mile walk around Savannah. Dodged the 30 minute wait by sitting at the Oyster Bar. Quickly greeted by Sabrina who was friendly and helpfully attentive throughout our time. Loved the Baked Oyster Sampler (so much we ordered a 2nd one!) and the Jonnycake. The Fried Green Tomatoes were good but not worth the price for a mere 3. Disappointed that the draft beer system was out of service and Purple Haze was out, too. Good thing they still had Corona.“

“I wrote a review on the website, but had to do so here as well!My fiancee, my daughter and I had a FANTASTIC meal here today! We sat outside and it was beautiful! We watched the boats in the river, and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We each had a cocktail(Bloody Mary and some strawberry gin beverage), and both were lovely. We chose the fried green tomato appetizer, and I almost ordered a second plate! I'm glad I didn't, because next we had Shea crab soup and a strawberry and goat cheese salad with a sherry vinaigrette that were both delicious! Next, he chose the catfish and grits, and I went with the special(salmon with crab, hollandaise, asparagus, and potatoes). We would have cleaned our plates if we weren't 100% stuffed. My daughter is 2, and we all know toddlers are the toughest critics. She liked everything! The service was great too! Our waitress was polite and knowledgeable. She helped us choose a great lunch, and timed everything perfectly! The chef even brought our entrées and spoke to us for a few minutes! If we didn't live in Richmond, VA, we would be regulars for sure!“

“Our group chose Vic's River Grill for a birthday celebration and it was definitely over the top! Starting with the organizer, Nicole, making everything absolutely perfect upon our arrival to our Kate, otherwise known as our most superb server, and finally to the appearance by the precious co-owner/chef, Wheaton, who visited to make certain all were pleased! The food, the cocktails, the champagne, and the ambiance were absolutely awesome! Among our group of 12, I believe we taste-tested almost the entire menu and the food was amazing! The delivery was impressive for a group of our size and the presentations were spectacularly done! Whether dinner for a couple, brunch for friends, or hosting a larger event, Vic's River Grill is a top choice!“

“I went with my sisters and my mom to this restaurant on our girls trip. It was amazing!! First, they remembered my name from when I made a reservation in person and greeted me right when I walked in. The staff was so incredibly sweet. They went above and beyond to make our experience great. They had a wonderful mock-tail menu and the bartender made sure to tell us all about them. Get all the veggies! They were amazing! My sister is gluten free, and they were very accommodating for her. The staff was very involved with serving us, always making sure we were well attended to. They were also great at conversation. I thought I lost my camera, so I went back and every server tried to help me find it. I could not say enough about how kind they were to us. Friendly staff, great drinks, very clean, and amazing food! We will definitely be coming back!“

“My partner and I went there for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The environment really shines after sunset with its candle lighting. The food was amazing, my favorite part of the dinner was the appetizer. We had the mussels which were savory and salty with a hit of spice at the end. Afterwards I had the curry while they had the ribeye. Both were delicious, the ribeye was tender and juicy while the curry was complex and warm. For desert we had the house made ice cream as well as a chocolate bark. The bark was not to my liking personally (I’m not a fan of bitter chocolates). The house made banana ice cream though was exquisite. Smooth, creamy ice cream with a strong taste of real banana.“

“Stopped into Chive for a quick Sunday afternoon bite and left impressed looking forward to coming back. The decor is eye catching in a nice pleasing way. It is bright aluminum chrome mirrors and brass with deep blue velvet curtains and gold and silver accents. 1920 art Deco lite I'd say but really unique for the area. The bar is beautiful and the bartenders were great very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. They have a host of classic cocktails and some new signature drinks. I'd recommend the Banana Boat, Clover Club and especially the Espresso Martini. I know every bar has one but they really do well capturing a light sweet coffee essence without being too cloying or dairy based. For food we only had the jumbo stuffed chicken wing appetizer but that has to be on your list to try. Crab and chicken really captures the Savannah food scene on a plate we loved it.Parking: As with most of downtown there is paid street parking and parking garages but no lots.“

“I loved the dishes and the atmosphere. I had the Plato Mixto. It was more than enough for two meals. I loved that they have some parking behind the building, which is hard to find in downtown. My only complaint would be that I had to ask for a refill twice before getting it. I still left a nice tip since she was extremely patient with my friend and I,0 who were too busy catching up to look at the menu.“

“Food was wonderful and the service perfect. The standouts were the brisket, fried shrimp and oysters, brussel sprouts, Cole slaw, gumbo and crab stew. So, basically everything we ordered! I actually ordered the slaw but once my husband tasted it and liked it so much he took it from me.Also shout out to Jamal our waiter. Great recommendations from him.“

“This restaurant was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about it! The staff was informative and attentive and made sure we always had whatever we wanted. The atmosphere is great and restaurant was clean and fun to be in from start to finish. I loved the overall atmosphere because they have made it so you have privacy with your group but there is still a larger experience of the restaurant. The drinks and bartender was fantastic and efficient! The food was also amazing! I had a series of oysters as an appetizer and then a scallop risotto that was perfectly cooked. I am Italian and super picky when it comes to risotto and this was great risotto. The scallops were perfectly cooked. My husband got a chicken Caprese which is a somewhat lighter version of chicken parm and it was flavorful and light and tender. Dessert was also fantastic. I cannot wait to come back here!“

“Visiting Tybee Island and had a recommendation to visit Desposito’s and we were not disappointed! The portions were large. I had lobster Mac N cheese and the She crab soup! My husband had fried shrimp basket. We ordered hush puppies as an appetizer and we took several containers home. Hubby topped the night off with their famous (peach) cobbler. When in the area again, we will be back! Highly recommend this restaurant“

“The atmosphere is very dark and sexy located at the bottom of the Alida Hotel. The service was friendly, but sometimes could lack attention. But the food quality surpasses everything, and it is definitely worth a visit. The prices are not that high you would spend just as much money as going to a P.F. Chang's or a Cheesecake Factory. This was a little bit too salty for me but for the appetizer we got CRISPY CALAMARI BANANA PEPPERS, CALABRIAN CHILIS, PARSLEY, CILANTRO, ROSEMARY AIOLI. My main entree was the best burger I have ever had. It was the first time I could eat a burger without it sliding off the bun. From the bun to the sauce to the cheese and pickles everything was perfection. RHETT SMASH BURGER TWO BEEF PATTIES, AMERICAN CHEESE, RED ONION, PICKLES, NORFOLK SAUCE, OLD BAY FRIES. And dessert was just okay for me to much cream not enough banana. BANANA PUDDING WAFERS, VANILLA PUDDING, CREAM“

“EGG-SULL-LINT!!! Excellent!! We had grilled shrimp, scallops, snapper, boiled crawdads (that had garlic butter on them), salad (colorful, crisp, awesome), garlic mashed potatoes (you could taste the real garlic), fried okra (tender), and hush puppies. A lucky find on our visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary!! Not a fancy restaurant by any means but adequate and extremely clean! Service was on point!“

“We had a lot of fun at the ordinary pub and really enjoyed our dinner. We couldn’t get in at the chive so we called an audible and came to the Ordinary Pub instead. Everyone in our group was pleasantly surprised by their food and drinks. I would definitely eat here again. The mushroom pasta was unique and something different, we really liked it. The salmon Felix was really good, as well as the fried green tomatoes. The low key star of the show was the pork belly sliders though - the slider buns were soooo good!“

“We called to order food from here and the owner asked me if we had been there. Being from out of town I told him. I and he suggested we come in and do a taste testing before we order…So we did and it was awesome!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It was the right decision. Hands down, the best food we had while being in Savannah. I recommend David’s to everyone. All I can say is WOW!!!“

“This was our 1st time trying boil and we will be back. We ordered the boiled seafood in a bag and the seasoning was perfect. Only thing I would have to say I didn't like was the cocktail sauce. It was pre packaged. I didn't like it at all. Other than that it was amazing. I highly recommend trying boil if you haven't already.Kid-friendliness: They did have a kids menu with fried shrimp, chicken fingers and Ramen. Also on the appetizers there were cheese sticks and other options for kids“

“The only thing I asked for, for my birthday was for my husband to bring me here for a dinner date night! We came years ago with family and our experience was so amazing I had to go back! This time we sat upstairs and it was absolutely amazing! Our server was wonderful and she was sweet enough to snap our photo! It’s a stunning dining room and I can’t wait to go back! I ordered the seafood Alfredo and it was chefs kiss!“

“Cool spot on the water. Burgers were good, but my crab sandwich special was nearly inedible due to heavy salt. The ordering and drink pickup is a little confusing: could use some signage for busy times. Very limited indoor seats. Don't visit on a cold, windy day. Geta busy quick, get there early.“

“What a fantastic meal! Had the Wings (extra crispy accompanied by almost every flavor profile) and the Steak + Stew was indescribably toothsome. I mean, just wow - I could eat it once a week. Server John was friendly, personable, and attentive. Looking forward to return on my next visit.“

“"Looks can be deceiving!" We had no clue what to eat and decided to try this location. Oh my goodness! By the looks of the restaurant, we were completely surprised at the quality of the food. We ordered the brisket sandwich with a side of dirty rice. It was so delicious, we had to order another to go! The sandwich was juicy, and the dirty rice was well seasoned. The homemade sauce was good (sweet vinegar taste). It was freaking amazing! ?“

“I enjoyed the catfish. It had a great flavor, unlike some i had in NOLA, which made me stay away from the fish for years. However, the shrimp seemed a bit odd and slightly overcooked, with a hint of burnt taste. Unfortunately, our fries were disappointingly soggy, although our baby surprisingly got a batch of good ones. The hush puppies were tasty but on the smaller side. While the portions were decent, the prices felt a bit high, I mean, it's sea food, so maybe that's why, but it still feels like the shrimp portion was kind of small . The view was fantastic, but it might get obstructed during crowded times like summer. Overall, it was a good experience that could be improved.“

“The 5oz lemon pepper salmon with veggies, and fried rice was delicious. the salmon was perfectly cooked and flakey. Veggies consisted of onions, zucchini, and squash with a subtle sweet and almost smokey sauce. Would definitely come here again to try more of the menu. Very affordable. The server Amber, was very attentive, friendly, and had a calm, warm energy about her.“

“The food was amazing! I went to Venson Cafe for the first time on 7/5 and ended up going back on 7/6 because the food was that good! We literally had to stop before we traveled back to DC for more wet lemon pepper wings! I had both the dry and wet lemon pepper wings, fries, some fresh juice they sell, and desserts were FYE!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop by! They’ll get you right at Venson Cafe!“

“I've reduced a star because it is *not* the type of seafood I wanted, but it is in NO way bad! If you like low country boil style with minimal heat, you may love it! Has nice flavor and seasoning, but just not what I personally was looking for.For *me* I wanted a very spicy boil smothered in garlic, the Viet-Cajun style of New Orleans & Houston. The pictures looked like it might be it, but sadly this ain't that, and that's ok. I still enjoyed it.I got the spicy shrimp with cajun & garlic seasoning but I did not see a single piece of minced garlic, and I was hoping it would be smothered. It is not! I did not feel any spice to the "hot" and that was the most disappointing part. I am used to being a snotty, buttery mess but I was ok. Bummer, tbh.Overall, this place is tasty and enjoyable and I would recommend this place to those who have not experienced the Viet-Cajun crawfish boils.Oh yeah, you can't get crawfish rn because of global warming/droughts, so that is not their fault.“

“Ok so looking into the eyes of dead seafood is not a great atmosphere, the fresh seafood will make up for it. They will fry the shrimp and oysters while you wait. Any quantity. They also sell all types of seafood by the pound. No seating so take it home or to Daffin Park for a pick-nick!! Call ahead to get order started.Parking: Parking is wide open. Never a problem.“

“The restaurant was clean and inviting when we entered. Service was quick and exceptional. We started off with a dozen of the raw oysters. They were absolutely enormous. We also got the crab stuffed mushrooms, which were good. Dad ordered the shrimp scampi. My husband and I had the fried pork chops and Mom got a cup of the clam chowder. All of the entrées were very good. But the pork chop could’ve used more seasoning in the batter. Let me just say the portions are absolutely enormous my husband and I could’ve definitely shared the fried pork chop dinner and the cup of soup. My mom got was larger than bowls that I’ve seen at other restaurants.“
