“While it is a smaller location, the staff is always friendly, the food is prepared quick but delicately, and if I'm in a hurry I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. It is also kept very clean. It is also a coupon participating location, which is good if I need a place to redeem any deals. I've gone several times in the past month and haven't been disappointed yet.“

“Great customer service. Had breakfast and silly me didn't realize that they didn't have ketchup for their hash browns. And a nice gentleman behind the counter said he had some in his lunch box. I told him it was ok. But he saw that we had kids with us and he knew how it was to eat hash browns without ketchup and gave us plenty to eat with the good taco bell food. Such a blessing. It's the simple things when people go above customer service they actual are what we all are supposed to be. Just plain nice and caring! Amazing job guys!“

My LORD what an EXQUISITE fast food restaurant. I come from the United Kingdom on a trip to the Fruity Men international convention in Atlanta, GA. I stopped by because I was hungry around 6PM. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and some fries with a "frosty" from the kind young gentleman in the front. Dear me oh my the food was all fresh, the people working there were so nice and the dining room didn't look like a pig pen for once! A rather exquisite dining EXPERIENCE! 10\10. Will gladly come back after the next convention next June! God save the king! 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈

That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! “A typical Hardee's. Everything is what you would expect. The drive thru is crowded in the morning and service can be a little slow at times but the workers are always friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place for a quick breakfast on the way to work.“

I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.“

Just found out tonight he has logged in more than 1.4 million miles since beginning his career in 2002 and estimates added $7 million dollars revenue to the company. I wish i knew his name. He’s always been considerate and polite. I feel Pizza Hut corporate should recognize an employee that been so dedicated & loyal over so many years. “As soon as I walked in the door you could feel the immediate Southern hospitality! The staff was very welcoming, very polite even and stopped at my table to make sure I had everything I needed the biscuits and gravy were so far superior to McDonald's or Burger King or even Hardee's! “We get dinner from here a couple times a month. The food is so much better than they get credit for! I always get hot ham and cheese, but there chicken fingers are also delicious! I've gotten the Frisco that was really good too. Employees in the evening are super friendly and helpful and my order so far has always been correct.“

“Shared to Google The Chickamauga Pizza Hut is the best. Their service is always great, but with today being Memorial Day they were busier than normal. When we pulled up there was a line of cars at the window. I noticed someone pulling up behind me and they got out and walked in. I was thinking of asking my husband to go in when I noticed it was a Pizza Hut employee back from a delivery. I felt bad she couldn’t get to where they normally park and had to walk so far. To my surprise she walked in, and then quickly back out and began going up to cars asking for their names, and taking their payments and bringing orders out. We had to wait a little longer than normal but we did not mind. Everyone we saw inside was working so hard to get orders out quickly, but Cecily really impressed me with how she didn’t seem upset she had to walk further, and didn’t miss a beat coming out to help all of us that were waiting. Oh, and the pizza was so good. :0)“

I'm a waitress/ restaurant manager so I've seen some things: but I've never seen anyone work through a line so fast, probably averaged about 90 seconds per customer and still did everything perfectly.“

Unfortunately, due to supply chain and food cost issues these days, this location and the others in the Rossville/ft Oglethorpe area are not able to accept coupons for BOGO or similar deals.

We still ended up eating Subway that day because the bread smelled wonderful, and the staff was so nice, but.... It's just something to bear in mind.

“These people work their tail off. I’m a dasher and get to see these workers daily. They’re constantly communicating and multitasking. They move a drive thru line like no other. They make sure everything in the bag is accounted for before handing it to anyone. Customer service is always great as well. I appreciate y’all 💜“
