“Best service as I’ve become a regular. The chicken fried rider is sooooo crispy and with the lettuce creates a one of one flavor! The hummus with pita is otherworldly. The flavor depth is what keeps me coming back truly. If you crave something sweet try their original baklava as it’ll have you scrambling back for more. I love that they are inclusive and each time I dine whether to go or eat in I feel like I’m apart of their family. If you get onion rings ask for them extra crispy it’ll blow your socks off so make sure to wear two pairs! I’d go as far to say this is a Chattanooga must visit! This is Chattanooga’s hidden gem hands down!“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

I shared with her I had recently lost one of my favorite rings and she said I would probably find it when I least expected to. Well, guess what? “From the time we got in line to getting our food, the experience was pleasant. Although there were several cars ahead of us, the wait wasn’t as long as I’d expected it to be. The lady that took our order was precise and made sure it was correct. When we got to the window, the young lady greeted us, took our payment, gave us our order, and thanked us for coming. Overall, the whole visit lasted about 10 mins, which I was very pleased with. Our food was hot and just the way we’d ordered it.“

Came with a side of okra and a piece of that Black Cajun catfish that tasted like it was baptized in flavor and raised by aunties who don’t play in the kitchen. The fish? Seasoned to perfection, not crispy-crunchy disrespectful. The okra? Tender, not slimy. And them wings? So wet they might need a towel. Just how I like it. Don’t talk to me.. I’m in a committed relationship with this plate.“

“Great customer service. Had breakfast and silly me didn't realize that they didn't have ketchup for their hash browns. And a nice gentleman behind the counter said he had some in his lunch box. I told him it was ok. But he saw that we had kids with us and he knew how it was to eat hash browns without ketchup and gave us plenty to eat with the good taco bell food. Such a blessing. It's the simple things when people go above customer service they actual are what we all are supposed to be. Just plain nice and caring! Amazing job guys!“

They stand in line for counter service. On Saturday morning every fast food place gets plenty of customers. But if you want Hardee's, the line is around the block, inside and outside!! That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! They would get the business, that's for sure! Instead, the parking lot is empty all afternoon and night! Do they not want to make a load of money? Services for breakfast all day is what people want. “Ordered Mac and cheese bites that were prepared fresh (worth the wait) the cashier was friendly and even gave our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches to us so we could eat while we waited for the Mac and cheese bites which was thoughtful. Not likely to happen most of the time but she provided a good service for Arby's. She should get a raise most places would just ask you to pull up and you end up getting hot cheese bites and a cold Beef and Cheddar.

Parking: I wouldn't say that they lack parking spots but the parking is sorta awkward like.“

“I usually only stop here on a work commute. So I am usually in a rush. And food is always made quickly. People are really nice. It's always clean inside. And the food is good if you like Taco Bell. One of the best Taco Bells I've been.“

The issue is he was behind the tall counter and I couldn't see or hear him. I appreciate that they were trying to keep the line moving but I had to repeat myself several times because of the physical barrier of the counter.“

“This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

I have to personally speak on certain people who really brighten up my day! Arielle is a motivated hard worker - she goes above and beyond whether it's meal delivery or being inside at the register, doing drinks or at the window. Her warm smile and eagerness to serve is top tier! Daneriya is another favorite who I enjoy seeing each time I come to dine in! She has such a lovely and beautiful spirit! Very positive and focused when it comes to the early morning rush she goes above and beyond, more than what I expect!!! Jamie is such a hard worker as well! Making sure that everything is in order while also having a true genuine heart and utmost compassion when she speaks to the employees. She has even personally prayed for me when I was going through a hard time. I thank her for that! She really takes the time to talk even if it's just for a second which I admire so very much! I absolutely love seeing Ashton in the mornings, he always has one of the biggest and brightest smiles that you can't help but to smile back even if you aren't a morning person. Lol. Valeria is indeed professional, hardworking and keeps everything in alignment along side with Katherine! They both are excellent with their customer service! I can't forget about David! One of the most important leaders that doesn't just tell people what they need to do but he actually puts in the work and goes out the way to serve the customers with whatever they need. There are other employees I have spoken to that really make this establishment feel like home. They know exactly who they are and their hearts are so beautiful and pure! The atmosphere is pleasant and I definitely feel God whenever I am dining in. Don't hesitate to work here or even sit down to eat with family and friends early mornings on your day off! 10/10 one of the best places to visit or work!!!“

“Our Sonic on Battlefield Pkwy in Ft. Oglethorpe is always great. The drive thru is usually quick and the person working the window always has a smile. This is definitely our favorite place to get a milkshake or onion rings and if you have the Sonic app it's even better because you get great deals!“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“
