“This is my go-to spot after I get my hair cut at nearby Major League barber shop. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I've had the pollo asada and the chorizo & egg tacos, both with rice and beans. 🤤 This is a Veteran/family owned business that takes their food creations and customer relations seriously. It is also SoCal Mex based flavor-wise and takes me back to the neighborhood taco shops in L.A. and San Diego. I look forward to eventually trying everything on the menu.“

“I got the pho with rare steak and beef balls and it was amazing. It was just what I was craving and needed. It was light, flavorful and filling. Service was great and quick, and the aunties were attentive. It’s a small restaurant but worth the wait if you come at a busy time.“

Everything was delicious and flavourful, it reminded me of home. If you like five alarm spicy this is not the place, unless of course it’s labeled spicy, then it delivers! The gentleman that served us was very sweet and it was a simple and clean space, perfect spot for lunch. I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu! “It was great! Went here after seeing the Pearl Harbor memorial, and was excited to see a variety of intriguing menu options. The service here was amazing - everyone was very respectful and friendly, and nice to interact with. Overall, I would definitely recommend this lovely restaurant. I got the Bruschetta and Caesar salad, you should try them!“

“One of the best meals I’ve had while traveling in the States! Reminded me of the pho I used to have as a child.

The pho itself was loaded with beef and tendon, the soup was flavourful and sweet and you could taste there was no MSG added. I also ordered the chicken banh mi; the bun was crispy and loaded with chicken and condiments.

“I randomly decided to try out this place and I got the Garlic Chicken plate. The chicken was cooked very well and the service was super fast (I was there at 9 PM). From walking in the ambiance was honestly not there. I feel like if this place had a good feel when you walked in, it could be top tier. I would've given it 4.5 stars if it was possible because it was missing just a little bit of flavor, but I understand that it is primarily a ramen restaurant. I will definitely try it again!“

“My husband and I spent 24 hours in Honolulu and discovered this wonderful Thai Bistro! The service was very friendly and attentive to our preferences. We ordered spring rolls, brown rice, Penang chicken curry, and green curried chicken. Oh, the flavors were perfectly blended! It’s the best Thai food we’ve had outside of Thailand. “There was a wonderful koi pond in this restaurant. It was not that busy. However, they seemed shorthanded because I kept looking for the waitress for a take out box. Finally, I had to stand up and ask for one from a man in a red shirt who appeared to be helping another table. The food was good. I especially liked the tempura of pumpkin, and string beans, the shrimp tempura was perfect. I ordered miso Butterfish. My husband liked it, but I did not like that it had a lot of black char on it. I read somewhere that the black Char is carcinogenic.“

“Tonight we went to Uncle figuring on having a couple of cocktails . When we heard that they had changed some of the items on the menu we decided to have dinner.
We started out with their Caesar Salad which was huge and so fresh . Followed by their Seafood Chowder. I got to tell you I’ve had the chowder before but this time it was so much better. Lots of flavor and so generous with the clams and fish. I told Melissa ( our waitress ) what did they do to it ? She said they make the soup to order. That’s when we looked around the room and every table was having soup. Can’t wait to go back to have it again.
I’m a French Fries fanatic so had to try their Truffle Fries .oh man! I had to eat it slow cause I wanted to savor each bite.
Now if your a Fish person I say you got to try their Blackened Fish tonight it was Opakapaka. Man that fish just melted in my mouth. I had such a big smile on my face. Told my friend “ man, you got to try this. I was sorry to do that cause she had to have more. Being such a good friend as I am I said help yourself( ( mistake one became two , then three times) But, it was ok cause the portion was so big I had plenty more even had to take home for my lunch tomorrow.
Hey, I got to tell you the staff over there was just like family. Melissa our server was one riot . She had us rolling all night. She was the best! You like laugh look for her. You not going stop laughing.
The only disappointment was that we were so full that we couldn’t have dessert. Next time I’m going to start with dessert.
I suggest that you treat yourself and go check them out . They are under new management. I have to say from a point of view of a person that have worked in the food industry for over 20 years that Uncles has tipped the scales. From the chef to the front house crew they now have the passion and it shows, in their food So you guys out there give them a try!

“Just when I was figuring what I was going to have for lunch, (since I skipped breakfast) my neighbor knocked on my door bringing food from Mamaya in Pearl Kai Aiea. I am blessed to have awesome neighbors that always share good eats with us and this is a spot I have yet to try. I was super excited because I’m originally from Aiea and anything from my hometown makes me super happy! They gave me a Bento Combo that had: Teri Beef, Fried Chicken, a slice of SPAM dipped in a teriyaki glaze, & a piece of fried panko fish with small container tartar sauce on a bed of multi grain rice. There was also a container with noodles with an assortment of toppings as well. Delicious! Very tasty and full of flavor. Noodles were firm and just right, not salty. The Beef Teriyaki was especially yummy!! I highly recommend this tasty local spot 😁👍“

“Food was all right. Service was top notch for a small family-owned restaurant. Ordered the chicken satay which was quite savory. An interesting way of doing the peanut sauce. Not as sweet as other places back it on the mainland. Ordered the the drunken noodle Thai spicy, but couldn't get the spiciness I wanted. But the seafood in it was well done and tasty“

“We went for lunch on Good Friday and it was not so crowded. Service is great. Food is nice. The setting was not formal and it may pass as a casual setting but not as a casual diner setting thing.

We ordered mozarella in carroza, linguine chicken anchovy olio and chicken portobello. The mozarella and its dip is perfect. The linguine chicken anchovy oil is not salty. The chicken portobello is somewhat on the oily side. But all in all, it was a great food and experience.

I would love to try the other dishes.

Ohh and btw, they did not inform the last call to order. We were planning to order a take out but the kitchen was already closed.“

The restaurant is fun and you order from your mobile device and the food is delivered via a train system that runs along the tables. I feel the prices are fair and they have the best French fries! Only complaint would be that this location is always very busy and we usually have to wait 15-30 minutes for a table.“

“My recent visit to Teddy's Burgers was an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely delicious. I went with my family, and we were all impressed. My little ones ordered the grilled cheese, which was fantastic, and my wife had the Volcano Burger—it was so good, she finished it all! I enjoyed the Kilauea Burger, and it was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were incredible, and everything was cooked to perfection. I had to get my napkins and spoon by myself. Good thing I didn't tip ahead and it's the reason I won't tip ahead on my next visit.“
