“I like the food here. We always stop here when I visit. The kids love gyoza's here but something changed and now they don't like it. I like the funness of ordering and the variety. The other day ordered a bento box it never came, so we cancelled it. But, we loved the cups they gave the kids. I liked the tempura, the corn dish, the tuna was rich this time, I also like the egg seaweed. But I did get up twice to get help, and also it could be cleaner, we were there at lunch.“

“Hands down the best pho I’ve ever had! I’ve tried multiple spots on the island, but I always find myself coming back here. The flavors are unmatched, fresh, and comforting every single time. The seating inside is a little limited, so there can be a wait, but it’s always 100% worth it. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they do their best to get you seated quickly. “This is my go-to spot after I get my hair cut at nearby Major League barber shop. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I've had the pollo asada and the chorizo & egg tacos, both with rice and beans. 🤤 This is a Veteran/family owned business that takes their food creations and customer relations seriously. It is also SoCal Mex based flavor-wise and takes me back to the neighborhood taco shops in L.A. and San Diego. I look forward to eventually trying everything on the menu.“

The restaurant has converted to an AYCE menu wich is reasonably priced and they kept their more famous appetizers on the menu as well.

“There's not enough space to right the good things about this place. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and acknowledged by everyone, including the sushi chefs. Water and drink order is perfectly timed. Whether you order teishoku complete meals or sushi, the flavor and and portions are spot on. If you choose to sit at the sushi counter, the spread is just amazing. From white fish, tuna, to shellfish and sometimes even a fruit or plant to cleanse the pallet. I would recommend reservations as this place is always busy. Takeout is also very good!“

“With this being my first time in Koa Pancake House, it's bustling and very busy, especially in the morning, like it's just about nearly a full House in here with how many people were seated.
Waited a bit to take pictures inside, but I was also very hangry (hungry and angry) because I didn't eat first thing in the morning and that was my fault. So my fiance suggested we go Koa Pancake house since it's near my parents place and we were staying over to help them out.
I love the food here, cuz obviously you get to choose from breakfast styled plates, and like most foods, it's delicious, it's just a hawaiian styled resturaunt. :)
But I would definitely come here again for breakfast. Oh yes! And they have outdoor seating as well! Along with A/C in the building.
My only gripe, is that I don't like the paper plates. Even though, I understand that saves on washing plates and creates more trash to just easily throw out for in and out service of a quick bite to eat and leave.
But that's minor comparatively. The service here is also nice and quick and I do suggest this as a place to stop by and eat.
Especially if you were like me and craving for a breakfast meal. :3

Atmosphere could use some work, only because for us Polynesian people, especially are bigger than Asians so its an adjustment when you need to walk up and in the way of ppl who phone order + the workers. The walkways are really petite.

“Stopped by the other evening to give Tanaka Saimin a try. I called in my order and it was packed up and ready when I arrived. The young lady that assisted me at the counter was super sweet. We got Tuna Cheese Melts with Miso Soup, a cup of Corn Chowder Soup and a scoop of their Macaroni Potato Salad.

We thought the sandwiches were delicious but would've loved a more crisp exterior. It came with a choice of Miso Soup, Fries, Mac Salad or Toss Green Salad. The Miso Soup was full of tofu and had a good flavor. The Corn Chowder was full of Potatoes and Corn and was delicious as well. The Macaroni Potato Salad had a great flavor and paired well with the sandwiches. I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area. If I get the opportunity to return I plan to try the Won Ton Min... that looks good!“

“By far one of the best meals my family and I ever had. The canoe appetizer was off the charts and the meals were even better. The ahi tuna and both the 16 is cab steak and the wagyu A-5 6oz was incredible and the desserts were even better. Highly recommend“

“My first time trying this Vietnamese restaurant. I went during off hours, so plenty of parking and I was the only customer.

The menu is extensive typical of a Vietnamese restaurant, but I am here to try the Pho. The broth is very light, but beefy. Not too sweet. But its missing the essence of the spices, like the cinnamon, star anise, cloves, coriander seeds, cardamom and fennel. Also the smokiness of the onions and ginger. I just prefer my pho broth to be heavier on the spices. But I still enjoyed it. The rice noodles was perfect, and the meat toppings is a little on the stingy side. Also only one size bowl.

I also tried the Summer Rolls with BBQ Pork. It was just average to me. Service was good, attentive and refilled my water when needed. Came to check on me a couple of time. My Mom called me while eating and I ended up ordering the Chicken Pho for take out for my Mom.

They did get busier after I sat down with mostly take out orders.

I will definitely come back again. I like the convenience of satisfying my Pho cravings and I don't have to drive to downtown/Chinatown.“

“Large and delicious, but on the pricey side. Just be sure to leave a little time before ordering from a Domino's. Remembering the taste of Boston will strongly remind you of how bad Domino's taste (to be fair, Domino's has gluten free, so we did get those when our daughter was living with us.)“

“Haven’t been here in a while. Food is still delicious. Hubby got the ice Thai coffee, yellow chicken curry and chicken satay. I got the Thai pho and the spiciest papaya salad. Normally,we get our own because I like it spicy and hubby does like spicy food. This time the papaya salad was super spicy so I took it home and mix it with other stuff I had at home to balance out the spicy flavor. Server was nice and quick. Nice quiet place to dine in for dinner. It gets crowded around dinner time.“

The staff is super friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about the food. The food is superb. My favorite is the hen. We brought a vegetarian friend one night and because they make everything to order they are extremely accommodating. They'll serve any dish as you like it. Try to save room for dessert - their pastries are crazy good. Really wonderful experience!“
