“Very yummy. I have the beef curry with the side of goyza and miso soup. The curry was amazing. The sauce of rich and not to thick. The beef was perfectly cooked, so tender! The veggies cooked really well and easy to eat. The miso soup was light and a perfect compliment to the curry's rich flavor. The goyza were cooked perfectly and had a great crunch.

“Roy's continues to amaze us. They built a great reputation and continue to live up to it rather than resting on it. Their chef is continuing to improve on the traditional Roy's dishes that everyone loves, bringing newer tastes to the zucchini bao buns, the hibachi salmon, the butterfish. And he is bringing new dishes to the table that continue to make dining there interesting. We were a party of five last night and every dish hit the mark. Butterfish and salmon were high quality and perfectly prepared. The ribs were the best we've had. the bao buns are better than ever. And our guests loved the desserts. The service matches the high standards of the food perfectly. Great attentive waiters who know the menu and are helpful without overdoing it. Excellent service through the meal. And wines that match the food perfectly without being overpriced. Thank you Roy's for another outstanding evening.“

“My first time here after seeing them on tv. So glad the worker tied the bag of my 3 plates tightly and that they use strong plastic containers. I took a sharp turn and my bag flipped to the side. My food shifted a little in the container, but at least it didn’t spill out or leak out of the containers. Love the hamburger steak with crispy onions! Omg, the special parmesan chicken was huge!! This was ono too. Will definitely go back there again. ❤️“

“Food was authentic tasting Japanese food. Greeted when I got there. Tables were clean. The parking lot is good sized and I found an open stall right away. Most customers seemed like they lived close by since they arrived by foot and not by car. Price was reasonable. The reason for the 5 stars is that my elderly parents loved the food. My mom is a picky eater.“

“Like the other reviewer said, you know it’s good when you see the owners’ kids sitting in the front doing their homework (hopefully).Coming from LA, this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Flavoring, spice level, juiciness, and crispiness were all top notch.

“A good place to eat on special occasions, as it’s a bit too pricy to eat at regularly. To be fair, their offerings are good overall. The kalbi bao were outstanding and their cocktails are creative and flavorful. The menchikatsu was fried too long and hard to cut/bite into, but the gravy was flavorful and the onsen egg was cooked perfectly. The mochi churros were cooked unevenly (some were mushy, almost wet) but the flavor was good. Service is on the slower side. The room is echoey and gets really loud when it’s full, so don’t expect to be able to hold a conversation if dining with a group on one of the bigger tables.“

You can find a lot of places that have one or two of the three but it's a rare restaurant that hosts all three in a convenient location. I've not had a single thing on the menu that I wouldn't order again and I've eaten the entire menu except for two entrées, many of them two or three times.“

“We celebrated a big anniversary at Pai and WOW - they made it extra special. We did the four course menu with wine pairings. The service was top notch. The food was inspired, creative, delicious, and locally sourced. Though the portions of each dish looked small, it was more than enough food and so delicious you wanted to eat every bite! The wine pairings were spot on, absolutely perfect with our chosen courses. The space has such a lovely vibe - clean and modern, but comfortable and well appointed. There really isn't another dining experience quite like this on the island. Justine and Kevin have created such a beautiful place with incredible food and service. Pai is definitely a must-try restaurant. We will definitely be back.“

“Marugame Udon is one of my favorite spots whenever I’m craving fresh, affordable comfort food. The food is always made fresh, the line moves quickly, and everything tastes consistently great.

My go-to order is the Nikutama Udon with shrimp tempura and chicken tempura. It’s the perfect combo every time. The portions are generous, the prices are hard to beat, and it’s easy to see why this place is always busy.

The only downside is the parking—it can definitely be a challenge. But honestly, the food is worth it. If you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and budget-friendly meal, Marugame Udon never disappoints.“

“Had a celebration of life at 3660 on the Rise. Coordinator was so easy to work with and gave so much information and was in constant communication. The staff were all so helpful with set up, service, tending to guests and clean up. The food was really good too! Had a heavy appetizer "lunch" and everyone went home filled. The crab and cream cheese won tons, garlic chicken and meatballs were standouts of the line up. Construction was going on on the outside of the building so the view was a little obstructed, but inside the building was well maintained, great temperature, simple A/V set up. Dedicated parking structure with validation made it easy for guests.“

I found Topped and ordered three meals - shoyu chicken, kalbi, and bulgogi meals. We brought them back to our hotel to devour them. The food was very delicious and flavorful. That's good because other Pho restaurants have you drinking 5 cups of water afterwards. portion size is mid with a few slices of meat and couple meatballs. “A MUST VISIT! I'm writing this review as a repeat customer. I've tried Fumi's when they were in the North Shore and I've tried their food twice now at the Ala Moana location and it's delicious!

I came this time because I really wanted to check out their Garlic Basil Chicken. If anyone has ever had TapEx Taiwanese style popcorn chicken in San Diego, then you will be very pleased with this dish. I love the balance of spice, texture, and smothering their delicious spicy garlic butter shrimp sauce on my rice.

“This review is for the oxtail soup and the oxtail soup only. It hits so hard I don't know what kind of magic they put in there. Ever since I had it for the first time this year I haven't stopped coming back for more.

Honestly, I don't know why I waited so long to try it, especially when Asahi Grill is the home of the original oxtail soup. The combination of the salty, savory richness with that bright citrusy kick is unlike anything I've had before. I've tried to figure out what makes it so good, but it's a flavor I can't replicate and haven't found anywhere.

Asahi Grill is the definition of a hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop shop that I love and adore. No frills, just fast service and incredible food that keeps you thinking about your next bowl before you've even finished the first one. I'll definitely be back again and again for that oxtail soup!“

I got the beef lo mein and my husband got the Mongolian beef. I’ve never seen my husband eat his entire plate at a restaurant. The desserts were so good too!
