“Busy parking lot for a busy plaza. Had to loop several times until we could get a parking spot.

Cash only place. Was in between two items and they recommended the chicken katsu. It came with rice and Mac. It was really good and the portion was generous. Their Mac is on the simpler side a little more bland but one can appreciate that. Especially eating something fried and flavorful.“

“We made a reservation in advance for the omakase experience. We've tried a couple of omakase dinners before but the one at Takumi felt intimate and personal. For omakase diners only, we were seated inside a room together all facing the chef, save for a table of four on the other wall. We tried their flight of sake that was chosen with chef specialty and had the best service offered by the waitressed who refilled our glasses plenty and attended to all our questions during dinner. It was an experience worthwhile and we celebrated our one year anniversary here! Definitely would recommend to those looking to try something new and wanting to taste unique sushi dishes. “decent service, slight above average American style teppan yaki place, do. Do not upgrade your rice to it's garlic fried rice, they simply put too much garlic and lack of other flavours, it's not taste fried rice and not worth it's 11 dollars upgrade price“
