“Stopped in right at opening on Friday, got the teriyaki steak and Korean BBQ. Both meals were cooked to order and fantastic. My steak was cooked to order perfectly. I also ordered an egg roll which was very tasty! The restaurant has bar seating and tables outside as well. I haven't been in several years and am so happy they are still here serving great food. It's affordable, filling and good!“

“Wowza!! The food was sooo good. We did the tasting with sake pairing and loved just about every bite. It's a very seafood heavy menu with the Crown Jewels being the nigiri - so fresh and sliced right in front of us. This was a 5 star experience from the chef and his wife who seem to still be somewhat in startup mode. My suggestions: printed menu of the courses (we didn't full hear/understand the chef); tell us what you're serving with each round (he did this in the beginning but then we had to ask). Despite those suggestions, best meal experience we've had on Maui - and we've been coming for 15+ years. Mahalo!“

“The food and experience was very good and we were very lucky to get a last minute reservation. Although the chef knew of my husband‘s food allergy and cooked someone else's scallops on a different grill away from his food, the chef used the same utensil on all of the food. When someone has a food allergy, cross contamination is a very real thing!“
