“Really loved it. I usually have low standards when ordering food in general but they blew my expectations. It was clean; the person who answered our phone call and greeted us was really friendly. The packaging was well done and the food itself was amazing. It wasn't overly oily and we got dumplings they were stuffed really enjoyed the food. I fell in love with the food when I just smelled it fell in love more when I eat it. 100/10 would recommend. The entire experience was wonderful.“

“Lao Sichuan has the most authentic and consistently amazing Chinese food to be found anywhere in the U.S. Having spent some time living in China while I was in undergrad, there are certain flavors that I crave, which your run of the mill American style Chinese restaurant will not have. My wife and I live in St Charles and make the 1 hour 20 minute round trip at least once a week to get our fix. The food is that good. The owner is seemingly always there, and obviously genuinely cares about ensuring quality in what is served every time. Our favorites are Chengdu Style King Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Beef in Pure Cumin Powder, Toothpicks Lamb, and the Xiao Long Bao. I cannot for the life of me fathom how this restaurant does not have a higher rating. It is the best. Try it. You won't regret it.“

“This place is located at a Chinese supermarket food court yet they offer great Taiwan food. I brought my Taiwanese friend here once, now she is willing to drive back just to have meal here. We ordered the stinky tofu, tofu is very flavorful. The veggie pot is so delicious that I saw from someone else sitting there and I could not help but to ask the name of the dish.“

“Very Good! Went here with my family for a family dinner and it was the best first experience. Firstly, the area is very quiet and nice with lots of parking space. Secondly, the food was great; we ordered combination fried rice, Sesame Chicken, Wonton Soup, Chowmein and crab rangoon. All of the food we ordered was delicious but my favorite was the combination fried rice. The staff/worker were very nice and friendly as well as recommending us what was good to try as a first customer which was very helpful. The atmosphere was quite and very clean. It was a great first experience and would definitely go back. I recommend everyone to go try it!“

“The incense in the restaurant is very nice. I ordered shrimp egg roll (crispy) and potstickers. I can tell the egg rolls are homemade, and you'd be surprised how.manu places don't make them from scratch. The pot stickers are delicious and homemade as well. I was a tiny bit unhappy that my order wasn't ready when I got there, but the online ordering platform scheduled it for their exact opening time, so I'm going to give them a pass on that. Hope to try other things sometime.“

“We visit every time we are in town. A family tradition. Whether we eat there or bring it home, we always stop by and they are always happy to see us. Bbq Pork egg bowl makes me dance in my chair. <3“

I really appreciate each one of the workers for their outstanding service! Specially JESUS!! I hope I spelled his name correctly. I thank you for thinking of other while they wait for their orders to be picked up. Today I witnessed how one of “uber drivers” was waiting for his customer order and Jesus apologized and offered a drinking while he is waiting. Thank you for being a good human being! “The “bug” in Lo Rose’s review was actually a canned anchovy fillet, most likely due to cross contamination from another dish (which is common in a kitchen setting). Another genius in her comment section used AI to scan the image and concluded it was a house centipede, which isn’t the case. It is time to think critically instead of lambasting small businesses over lies. I strong encourage people to do their due diligence before writing false claims on the internet as businesses can sue for libel. If you are writing defamatory reviews on behalf of Lo Rose (without having eaten here) just know you are not helping, but setting her up for failure. This woman most likely does not have the financial resources to enter a legal battle.“
