The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice dinner out. We have been coming here with our family the last few years and it is an amazing gem in Joliet.”

“We have eaten at The Reserve many times and they do not disappoint. Our go to is the filet which is outstanding, so tender and delicious. While the sundried risotto is offered as an entree, it made a wonderful side dish that everyone at the table shared and enjoyed. Lori is a wonderful server and keeps the pace of the courses on a relaxed but timely schedule. Her excellent service and friendly personality greatly enhances the dining experience. We will return.”

There are no hidden, upnocious, reoccurring woofing odors that hinder nor gives one pause whether they may be chancing food-borne illnesses or not. In fact, most toppings are so freshly, separately identifiable, until it's simply a pleasure to take your time ordering your food... but beware of the other customers who don't have the heightened sensories or don't take the time to slow down and notice simple pleasures as such.”

I had the steak sandwich, which was excellent. The bread was soft and fresh, but still a bit crusty like a quality bread will have.

I ordered the chicken nuggets just to try them! They were good, did not disappoint.

Didn't order shakes or Mozzarella sticks, but will definitely be back to try

Leading up I knew one of our wedding party members has Celiac so when I saw the GF pizza i knew there was a chance! I called in and spoke to a team member in the catering side and the minute I mentioned Celiac she answered all of the prepared questions without me having to ask. We ordered Cemeno's to be delivered to my parents house for the rehearsal dinner. Not only was it right on time but the pizzas were hot and the GF one was in its own box. Obviously, the regular pizzas were amazing as usual but it was so good to hear from my friend that not only was the GF pizza delicious but she was not "glutened". Very happy to say I can highly recommend Cemeno's to all including those with celiac disease.”

The food is so tasty and done well but the main reason I comeback is because of the waitress Suzanne! She is so personable and attentive. She lives in the area so you can converse with her about local issues and know she is feeling the pain about things going on in our town right now. She's gentle and funny and really knows her stuff. “I placed an order for a jumbo cheese dog and fries and had to wait in the drive thru line over 30 minutes. They said they had a system issue but after reading the reviews I doubt that's the case. I got in line at 6:59 and placed my order it's now 7:33 and I just got the bag. I can't move anywhere because nobody else has their food so I have to sit here and wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a jumbo cheese dog with tomato and pickle only and a large fry. I open the bag there's a cup in there with a tomato and pickle in it and a cup of cheese missing my hot dog and my fries. It's now 7:37 and I'm still waiting and my order is incorrect. Who just orders a cup of cheese and a pickle and a tomato. I left there at 8:03 finally with my hot dog and fries”

“This place has been around forever. We quit going years ago because it was consistently poor quality, food, less than friendly customer service, and generally kind of dirty. My youngest loves to go with his grandpa and has been begging us to take him to our local establishment on route 30. gave it a chance a few weeks ago, and we have been back twice since then. The employees are friendly and seem to care about the quality of the food They serve to the customers. I know a lot of people are frustrated by the kiosks, but they’re pretty easy to use. They seem to free up the employees Time to focus on the quality of the food and maintaining the dining area. They have a good crew in there. Keep up the good work!”
