“I met former coworkers for dinner here and was my first time dining at this location. Our waitress Alane was fantastic and the manager Rob even stopped by to check on everything. We had appetizers, main courses and desserts. It was all fantastic! Alane made sure waters were filled regularly and other drinks were refilled promptly. The restaurant was busy, but felt cozy at the same time. We were seated in a booth and was absolutely perfect.”

“We just finished celebrating our daughter's college graduation at the Cooper's Hawk in Algonquin. I cannot say enough about the awesome experience we had. Starting with Angelina handling all the details to the planning of the event, to the room being set up just perfect; to Joel and Natalie who were the absolute best servers we could have had; to the delicious food (OMG the salmon) and dessert that was served; and of course, not to mention the wonderful wine tasting bar. All our guests were so impressed! Thank you, Cooper's Hawk, for taking such good care of us. You made our celebration one we will remember.”

“The service here is top notch, and the menu has so many delicious choices. The Caramelized Jumbo Maine Sea Scallops Plate were absolutely outstanding! It can get a little cozy during busy evenings, but the food and experience make it completely worth it.”

It was my birthday and I wanted to get a free cookie from crumbl, not knowing that you need the app, I asked the lady working and she said you need the app to get a free cookie, so I told her oh I don't have the app, she gave me a free cookie anyway! Service is amazing at this crumbl and always has been!”

“I've eaten at many good sushi spots and this is one of my absolute favorites for so many reasons. Everything is sooo fresh, portions are large, and the staff is great(ask for Liam, he's the best)! Liam is especially great to making sure kiddos have a great dining experience too and is very attentive.”

“Got catering for a recent party and can’t say enough good things. Initial communication from Erin was excellent, pickup time was spot-on (they were finishing everything up as I walked in), Erin packaged everything up really well and helped bring it out to the car, and the food… it was a total knock-out (we ordered Chicken Francese, Cavatelli, Eggplant Parmesan, House salad, and Sausage & Peppers). Every single person raved about how good it was. People were coming up for seconds, thirds, and almost everything was completely wiped out (and I always way over order so food never runs out). This is actually the second time we ordered catering and had excellent results both times, so I just needed to give credit where credit was very due. Thanks for making our party a hit and the experience as seamless and stress free as possible.”

“This place looks amazing, colorful and beautifully decorated, definitely worth taking pictures. The food was also fantastic, everyone raved about it. Their drinks were beautifully presented, for example, garnished with a flower. There was also a mariachi band playing; they played "Happy Birthday" for me and even dedicated a song I really love to me ❤️”

“We celebrated our 27th Anniversary tonight at Port Edward with dinner on the boat. I grew up going here as a kid and had not been there for 30 years. It was as amazing as it has always been and exceeded my expectations with the fantastic service from April and the kindness of a sweet woman who had worked there for 50 years named Cynthia. They went above and beyond to make sure our night was one to never forget and all of the food was delicious. I highly recommend to everyone to come and enjoy this experience for yourself! Thank you to April and Cynthia for a perfect night!”

“The food was good, ribs was tasty, truffle parm fries was ok. I only tasted the truffle on a couple pieces which was not worth the upcharge. Their hot honey pizza was also very good. I enjoyed their fruit wines and would try more next time. Overall, food is good. Little extras would be nice like giving us an extra plate and wet wipes for the ribs.... The price is a little more expensive compared to other places. Overall, it's worth a try. And another visit”

“I just got Dave’s from the drive-thru. I can’t express how much I absolutely adored Morgan who was taking my order and was as sweet as can be! She’s such a hard worker for a young girl. I wish there were more people like her not only in the service industry, but also I wish there were more people like her in this world. Dave’s, if you have an employee of the month, a plaque of some kind, a raise, or a scholarship, Morgan deserves that and more! I work in the service industry myself and it’s not easy, you definitely come across people who are hard to get along with. Even though most of the time people are trying their best. If anyone ever has something negative to say about this store or Morgan, it will be the guests' who is in the wrong, not Morgan’s! “We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.”

“We have been going to this amazing spot since they opened. Last night just solidified how awesome this place is. We rented out the upstairs area for a party and it was an epic time up there! My husband likes lots of cheese, I prefer light cheese - this was the perfect compromise. Pickles appetizer and chicken soup were also good. Can’t wait to try the Chicken Parm. Great service, you can tell they take pride in what they do. We prefer to support local family places, we will be back!”

He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). “This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.”

“Took my four kids (ages 5-11) for the first time and they loved it! The portion for the kids meal is great and they all really enjoyed the chicken. The only downside is the kids meal does not come with any Texas toast. Besides that, the whole family was fed, full and happy 😁”
