“I met former coworkers for dinner here and was my first time dining at this location. Our waitress Alane was fantastic and the manager Rob even stopped by to check on everything. We had appetizers, main courses and desserts. It was all fantastic! Alane made sure waters were filled regularly and other drinks were refilled promptly. The restaurant was busy, but felt cozy at the same time. We were seated in a booth and was absolutely perfect.”

“Best special occasion spot in the area by far. Pricey, but once or twice a year, treat yourself. Food is very good, service is excellent, and the ambiance is upscale especially for this area. We enjoy it every time we go, never a bad meal or experience.”

“We just finished celebrating our daughter's college graduation at the Cooper's Hawk in Algonquin. I cannot say enough about the awesome experience we had. Starting with Angelina handling all the details to the planning of the event, to the room being set up just perfect; to Joel and Natalie who were the absolute best servers we could have had; to the delicious food (OMG the salmon) and dessert that was served; and of course, not to mention the wonderful wine tasting bar. All our guests were so impressed! Thank you, Cooper's Hawk, for taking such good care of us. You made our celebration one we will remember.”

“Came in Saturday night and was the only customer, not one hello nothing. All 4 employees didn’t acknowledge me. I asked if my order was done and no response. Finally one lady said my name just put the box on the counter and walked away. Sorry my 6 pack order was an inconvenience. Don’t think I’ll ever come back. You lost a monthly customer.

Edit, the owner called me directly and had some kind words and reassurance it’s not how they run things. I will definitely come back for another try.”

“I've eaten at many good sushi spots and this is one of my absolute favorites for so many reasons. Everything is sooo fresh, portions are large, and the staff is great(ask for Liam, he's the best)! Liam is especially great to making sure kiddos have a great dining experience too and is very attentive.”

“I hosted a co-ed baby sprinkle at Brewhaus31. It was such a fun atmosphere for a casual event. We rented a few dart lanes which added to the entertainment. Everyone raved about the food, particularly the Sicilian and Chicken Tikka Masala (SO good!). The beer selection is great and it’s fun to taste different, unique things. Jimmi and his staff were so kind and extremely accommodating (even with our group of rowdy kids!) for the entire duration of the party. We’re very happy we found this place and would definitely recommend whether it’s for a party or just lunch/dinner. Thanks, Jimmi, for a wonderful time! 🍻”

“This place looks amazing, colorful and beautifully decorated, definitely worth taking pictures. The food was also fantastic, everyone raved about it. Their drinks were beautifully presented, for example, garnished with a flower. There was also a mariachi band playing; they played "Happy Birthday" for me and even dedicated a song I really love to me ❤️”

“Our experience at LongHorn Steakhouse was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was our incredible waitress. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing exceptional service. From the moment we sat down until the moment we left, she made us feel welcome and appreciated.

She kept a close eye on our table without ever being intrusive, making sure our drinks were filled, our food arrived exactly as ordered, and that we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.

Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. LongHorn Steakhouse should be proud to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee on their team. We will definitely be returning and hope to have her as our server again. Highly recommended!”

“Bella Cucina was such a great find! I went there after work with my bosses, and everything was delicious. The pasta was amazing, and the portion was so generous that I had enough to take home for the next day, it tasted just as good reheated!

I also ordered the espresso martini, and it was fantastic. Great food, great drinks, and a wonderful experience overall. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!”

“The food was good, ribs was tasty, truffle parm fries was ok. I only tasted the truffle on a couple pieces which was not worth the upcharge. Their hot honey pizza was also very good. I enjoyed their fruit wines and would try more next time. Overall, food is good. Little extras would be nice like giving us an extra plate and wet wipes for the ribs.... The price is a little more expensive compared to other places. Overall, it's worth a try. And another visit”

Dave’s, if you have an employee of the month, a plaque of some kind, a raise, or a scholarship, Morgan deserves that and more! I work in the service industry myself and it’s not easy, you definitely come across people who are hard to get along with. Even though most of the time people are trying their best. If anyone ever has something negative to say about this store or Morgan, it will be the guests' who is in the wrong, not Morgan’s! “We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.”

My husband and I always share an omelette or a skillet - the portions are always big - and today we had the Fiesta skillet with a short stack of pancakes. The skillet was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Allison was our waitress, and she was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!”

“We have started coming to McAlister's Deli more frequently. We are seniors and usually order the Choose 2 off the menu which is just enough for a good lunch choice...a half sandwich and a cup of soup. The ladies who work there are very kind, helpful and respectful. We enjoy the variety of sandwiches offered and the food is great!”

“Went to Chick and Pig for our first dinner last night. The atmosphere reminded me of one of our favorite BBQ restaurants in another state. You can order your selections online, at the counter or at the bar. The menu has a wide variety of BBQ meats and side dishes. We ordered the smoked pulled chicken, loaded fries and mac and cheese. All were outstanding. Incredibly flavorful, excellent portion sizes and prices that are the best in the area. The self service style is a plus for our dining experience. I enjoy spending my money on the food and drinks versus supplementing underpaid servers at full service restaurants.”

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.”

“I’ve been to this Cane’s a couple of times after trying it the first time somewhere else. The staff are friendly and the food is very consistent. It somehow tastes exactly like the first time I’ve tried it and it still remains like that. Dine-In area is very clean. Would definitely be coming here again.”
