“I met former coworkers for dinner here and was my first time dining at this location. Our waitress Alane was fantastic and the manager Rob even stopped by to check on everything. We had appetizers, main courses and desserts. It was all fantastic! Alane made sure waters were filled regularly and other drinks were refilled promptly. The restaurant was busy, but felt cozy at the same time. We were seated in a booth and was absolutely perfect.”

“All I can say is, if you enjoy top of the line service along with food that knocks your socks off, EAT HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!!!! I'm in this area 1x a year and already plan on making reservations for next year. Plan ahead and make a reservation. It's obvious it is very popular and our reservation was 4:30pm. Packed. Go! “We just finished celebrating our daughter's college graduation at the Cooper's Hawk in Algonquin. I cannot say enough about the awesome experience we had. Starting with Angelina handling all the details to the planning of the event, to the room being set up just perfect; to Joel and Natalie who were the absolute best servers we could have had; to the delicious food (OMG the salmon) and dessert that was served; and of course, not to mention the wonderful wine tasting bar. All our guests were so impressed! Thank you, Cooper's Hawk, for taking such good care of us. You made our celebration one we will remember.”

“I've eaten at many good sushi spots and this is one of my absolute favorites for so many reasons. Everything is sooo fresh, portions are large, and the staff is great(ask for Liam, he's the best)! Liam is especially great to making sure kiddos have a great dining experience too and is very attentive.”

“Mya M was my server and I must say her attention to detail, overall knowledge of the restaurant and menu, along with an inviting smile is what made my experience wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a jubilant smile, I was waiting for a coworker to arrive. During that time she began describing when the restaurant opened and some of the upcoming promotional dates. Nowadays, many miss the point of customer service, which is to serve the customer, however, Mya did not. The service was stupendous and very prompt. She epitomizes the overall company culture as a pleasant individual and even better team member to Twin Peaks.”

“What a great place with wonderful cocktails, a large and varied menu and a happy vibe. Christian, our server answered our many questions about the food and emboldened us to try selections we’d never had before! I loved the charbroiled skirt steak, ceviche, those pork appetizers I’ve never heard of, and my frozen strawberry margaritas. Others at the table had enchiladas, tamales, sangria and beer. Christian kept it all coming. He made sure to tell us about upcoming events such as taco Tuesdays and live music, including mariachi bands. Oh, sign me up! It also appeared to be family friendly. It’s a large space with plenty so we could have a conversation with our friends. The outdoor seating area looked nice, too, but we dined in the bar. A fantastic experience.”

“My friend and I really enjoyed the Mexican Pappardelle. We had some issues with food our last 3 times there, but Montana, our waiter, remembered us and make sure the food arrived hot. I enjoyed the Petite Syrah, which won an award at the Illinois Fair.. Service from Montana was great, too.”

“Went there on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly busy. We had a party of 8 people, we called ahead of time, but they said that we didn’t need to make a reservation. I like that the online option to make a reservation. There was not wait upon arrival, just time to set up table. Food was excellent, I didn’t really know what to expect since it was our first time dining there but I loved the bread and oil with Parmesan sauce. We ordered calamari and my kids loved it. I ended up getting an egg pant parmesan and it was super good! I will say that the portion sizes are huge! The only reason why I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because our server was very nice, but he kept on forgetting about us. The rest of the staff was treat really friendly, we will definitely go back.”

“We celebrated our 27th Anniversary tonight at Port Edward with dinner on the boat. I grew up going here as a kid and had not been there for 30 years. It was as amazing as it has always been and exceeded my expectations with the fantastic service from April and the kindness of a sweet woman who had worked there for 50 years named Cynthia. They went above and beyond to make sure our night was one to never forget and all of the food was delicious. I highly recommend to everyone to come and enjoy this experience for yourself! “I just got Dave’s from the drive-thru. I can’t express how much I absolutely adored Morgan who was taking my order and was as sweet as can be! She’s such a hard worker for a young girl. I wish there were more people like her not only in the service industry, but also I wish there were more people like her in this world. Dave’s, if you have an employee of the month, a plaque of some kind, a raise, or a scholarship, Morgan deserves that and more! I work in the service industry myself and it’s not easy, you definitely come across people who are hard to get along with. Even though most of the time people are trying their best. If anyone ever has something negative to say about this store or Morgan, it will be the guests' who is in the wrong, not Morgan’s! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully see her again the next time I order here!”

“We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.”

“First time here and Cameron was bartending! I came in and ordered a drink that isn’t the normal for most bartenders, wine spritzer! Cameron was super patient and let me talk to him about how to make it and the second round he was like “let me do this to see if it tastes better, and it sure did! His first time he made a better drink than bartenders who’s been at it for 20+ years!! Super sweet, conversation with him was fun, Cameron alone made the experience amazing! The pizza was really good as well!”

“09/2024 update, was having a rushed day so i online ordered....so distracted that i ordered it wrong!! By the time I realized my husband was already on hisway to get it. I called and said have you already made it? They said yes, why did i ask. So i explained what happened, but told them i wasn't upset as i like what i accidentally ordered! They said "ok". You guessed it, it was remade by the time my husband got there. How nice is that???
Everything is amazing . First off they are so excellent with the covid situation. We got the egg foo young there because because our no longer favorite restaurant was closed. Thank heavens they did. I have NEVER had such a light and delicious egg food young in my entire life. It's do good you're afraid to try anything else!Then I find out they have curry?? Holy crap. Fresh veggies and the mushrooms, the chicken incredibly moist and delicious. My son had the kimchi, husband the sweet and sour chicken. We got the dinner specials, which, of course was a huge amount of food...egg rolls perfect, egg drop soup amazing, the chicken fried rice so yummy ?. All of it under $30. Great food great service.”

He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink).
