“One of my favorite chinese places in the west suburbs. These are my favorite foods from here.

Appetizers: crab ragoon and egg rolls.

Soup: Wonton soup is super tasty. Highly recommend.

Fried rice: Beef and shrimp fried rice are the best.

Entrees: Mongolian beef is always on point. Orange chicken is always flavorful. I've had other menu items and they are hit and miss.“

“From the minute we walked in everything was wonderful. Our server was friendly and beyond accommodating. As was the chef when we requested a dish not on the menu. The food was exceptional. The best Chinese food we’ve ever had in the suburbs. Definitely compares to Chinatown.“

“Food was great. Our waitress was pleasant but our appetizer and entree came out almost together. We didn't even get to eat the appetizer and had to box it up to take home. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Garbage cans were overflowing. We enjoy the food but they need to pay attention to detail.“

“This is my fav Chinese food spot around town. Their tofu is cooked well and everything always tastes great. Service is pretty quick too. I think most people order takeout but dining in is pretty chill too. Also, their prices are pretty reasonable. A lot of food that I usually end up taking home.“

“I grew up eating at Hunan Spring almost 15 years ago, so I stopped by hoping to relive an old memory with a friend after coming from Bensenville. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady who works there was nice, but the man was very rude. He gave me the wrong items, and when I called, he hung up on me. That kind of customer service is unacceptable. Be careful with your order and double-check it. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was a horrible experience especially compared to the good memories I had here years ago.all because I wanted so order lunch specials.?“

“This place reminds me of the old Chinatown before COVID and the reason I used to go to Chinatown. It's, affordable with good portions, it has that older Chinese restaurant feel to it, yet clean, and the service is good with a fast waitress who has a good memory and doesn't need a notepad. Service is fast and the food is fresh and hot served with tea. Free parking close by. Highly recommend you check it out and if you like your food a bit spicy, ask for it and it will make a huge difference.“

“Food was pretty good in you're in a pinch, plus they open early. The interior is cozy and neat and their service was quick and amicable. Ordered chicken curry, chicken fried rice, and a couple of eggrolls. The eggrolls were pretty standard and the fried rice was tasty, albeit just a bit too oily, and the chicken curry was fragrant and scrumptious but not as spicy as I would have preferred. “We ordered the dinner special last night. This includes an entree, fried rice and an egg roll. I got the shrimp kow, and my husband got mushroom egg foo young. The shrimp kow contained a generous amount of large shrimp and an assortment of veggies in a white sauce, which was highly seasoned. Bok choy, mushrooms,broccoli, peapods, water chestnuts,celery and adorably thinly sliced carrots. I loved it! My husband must have enjoyed the egg foo young...it's all gone! The dinner came in a black takeout container that was divided into two sections.Very nice. The shrimp egg rolls were huge and rolled very fancy! All the food was piping hot and ready for pick up in 15 minutes! The service when ordering and picking up was very courteous and accommodating. Prices were very reasonable!

“I find some of the low reviews here baffling. I think some people may be confusing this restaurant with other Chinese restaurants due to its rather non descript name. Make no mistake, the food here is excellent and punches way above its price point.Coming in the first time I was pessimistic. It seemed your standard pre prepared food menu ready to dish out quickly to the lunch crowd panda express style. I quickly became a huge fan after eating large well prepared portions I would expect from a normal sit down restaurant. “Just got back from having dinner there with my wife and Totally enjoyed it! Service was excellent, received our orders with no problems. The food was Delicious, better than I expected. “This Chinese restaurant is primarily a take out place. We stopped here because we found it on our way. Not knowing it was take out, they only have one small table if you decide to eat in. We ate at the table and the food came fast, piping hot and super tasty! We had Mongolian beef and Kung Paulo Chicken. The meats were soft and well seasoned, and the veggies were hot and crisp. Use to go to N-Joy, it closed permanently! Wok N Roll does fill their shoes & more! Their Wings are even better! Egg Foo Young too! Their veggies are so fresh, exceptionally nice, Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon also very good.. They're clean, very helpful / friendly, fast service...
They got coupons for free food, cash or credit, there's some seating for a small space so it's mostly take out, which is convenient... Definitely Express & a delightful surprise... Xie xie
