“Cream of mushroom soup is good. Home made soups are good. The breaded tenderloin sandwich with mashed potatoes was good. Showed up a bit weird though. The breaded tenderloin was on top of the bread with mashed potatoes and gravy to the side. The entire dish was then covered in brown gravy. There was no way possible to make a sandwich, but I cut it all up together and ate it as a mix. It was still good.“

We recently encounter an issue with a different restaurant where our lunches wouldn't be fulfilled. We were in a major panic. I called Linda immediately and she was able to take our order. “I’ve been to plenty of local coffee shops around Chicago and Sputnik is the absolute best. I stumbled upon this hidden gem a few years ago on my commute to work when they were on 51st. It’s been my almost daily stop since then. I’ve switched jobs a few months ago and a Sputnik pit stop adds an extra 20 min to my commute but it’s absolutely worth it.

I highly recommend a hot oat milk vanilla latte but anything you order will be amazing. They roast their own coffee, make their own flavored syrups, and they’ve done both right. The fresh pastries and growing food options have made Sputnik the best all around coffee shop. If you’re a coffee lover, DO NOT sleep on Sputnik.“

“We had Cafe 53 cater our entire wedding and the food was phenomenal! Our guests can’t stop talking about the smoked brisket to this day. Jess and her team are amazing to work with and their communication through out the entire process was great. While they have a standard catering menu, they are willing to make whatever you want and cater to your dietary needs. We had a bbq/comfort food style menu and it was a hit. The staff was on time with their services and were on top of it the entire time. The cost was a great price as well which is always a bonus. “I love this place so much!! I drive 15 min. from my office just to eat lunch here. The Lavazza crepe is so so so good. Really nice chewy texture.

The avocado crepe with turkey is supreme!

Their goulash is also good.

I order here regularly at least a few times a month.

“Great place for boba, dessert, and a drink. They had lots of choices and cakes, and got the mango drink which was a summer deal for $11-$12 including a donut. The mango was very good and had some jelly at the bottom, but way too much ice, so the drink lasted only a little bit. This is a super expensive boba shop in my opinion, which small crepe slices over $10 each. They asked for a tip like most places do but the person working there didnt call my name, which was annoying. But a worthwhile stop after a fancy meal and great atmosphere“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“
