“We got the special "217 Burger Week" pb&j burgers for dinner last night. We agreed that these were some of the MOST DELICIOUS burgers we'd ever eaten!!! Just amazing. We are really hoping you continue to serve these even after burger-week has come and gone. Highly recommend to anyone!“

“My kids and I stopped in here Tuesday after my son’s diabetic appointment. There was no carb information so I asked the waitress if there was any chance I could get that since my son is Type 1 diabetic. Without hesitation, she went back and spoke with the cook and manager. We had the carb information we needed and had 0 issues ordering. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. The manager even came and went over the carb information with us. Thank you for helping ease this mommas mind. Something as simple as ordering a meal can be tricky for a child with type 1. And you didn’t snub us or treat us any differntly. Sadly, that does tend to happen a lot when asking that simple of a question. Our food was amazing and so was the service. We will most definitely be back!“

“I normally work door dash from here but tonight im a dine in customer and I must say. The customer service is out of this world. If able to I'd give 100 stars!! Employees are amazing and have a very amazing trainer and boss. Ive been to multiple steak and shakes before and NOTHING and NOWHERE tops the springfield Wabash location!!! “I generally get there double cheeseburger and fry special. The breakfast is very good also. Mondays is chicken noodle which is very good. Wednesday is meatloaf. That’s good also. Staff’s always friendly and can’t forget to get the milkshakes.“

“So many fast food places in the Springfield area blow me away with their disrespectful, crappy practices, (mcD on Chatham rd for example) this Sonic is one of the few places in the Springfield area where the crew has some sense, they are kind, they have good customer service and they do their job well, thank you guys“

“Highly recommend this place. We had about an hour wait because of course they are short staffed, who isnt... They had a party of 12 walk in right before us, with only 1 cook. they done their best to make it fast to seat us, and others. Usally we wouldn't wait that long, but all the staff was extremely friendly and working hard to please all customers. 1 young waitress cause she didn't have a sitter and had to bring her little boy to work with her... But SHE WAS THERE! working her butt off. we told her to put him with us, we played with him until the grandma cane to pick him up. The whole team worked together great. they were all young. my husband and I sat there and enjoyed our meal, while watching this young crew admiring them all for their dedication to try their best to do what they had to do to please their customers and provide for their families. kudos to this IHOP, for a job well done today. September 5th, 2022..“

I ordered from the quioak, expecting to change my drink order. As has happened multiple times, order wasn't received at register, but instead of a frozen sprite and lemonade, I asked for the caramel apple 🥧 pie frappacino. And a medium fry for in store dining, as I was waiting for mad Transit connections...
Wow! I was served at my table promptly, almost IMMEDIATELY, by Jamaica. That frappacino was typed with while cream and crunchy caramel apple heath-like candy crumbles...I enjoyed my treat too THE. MAX....
Thank you northerns McDonald's for an extraordinary break from my routine!!

“Not much I can say that folk don’t know about the most popular fast food restaurant in the world. Locally, they employ a lot of teens and it’s typically their first job. Remember this when you want to complain. They’re largely doing their best. The food… it’s McDonald’s so again you all know what it is.“
