“This location is quick with your order. The staff is nice and efficient. I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with Green Tea and it was the best looking beverage I’ve seen since ordering. Shoutout to the barista that made it cause it looked awesome and lived up to its name.“
“This is overall critique of all stores in the chain. In general I love Dunkin Donuts especially the coffee and bagels. Most of the time the service is good too. However the last five or ten years the variety of foods has diminished. There are less bagel brands and the low cal cream cheese which I usually bought disappeared. The butter pecan coffee and chocolate croissants should be at every Dunkin all the time. Still the gift certificates are useful and it is a good place to meet people.Never too loud and they don't rush you out.“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“We have passed this place a few times while shopping and finally decided to stop by! What a great decision that was! Korean corn dogs were super crunchy and cheesy! The mochi donuts were light, fluffy and flavorful. The Thai milk tea and pineapple tea were so refreshing and delightful! The owner/operator was very kind and quick, we will be back again!“

“Let me tell yall about Krema! I have had nothing but good experiences here; from the food, to the service and to the coffee! It's hard to find a good coffee shop that has good coffee AND good lattes! Especially in the south suburbs. Plus the food is great too! Fresh bread, quality veggies, good cheeses. “Unprofessional employees, very rude staff. The employee was very insulting after half way through the order the lady said "to pull around"(not asking if we would like anything else) we let her know we were not done ordering. A man claiming to be the manager after taking payment yelled at my mother "to never treat his employees that way again that she was rude". Very confused by this insult we then asked if he was the manager and he said "do you want to speak to the manager" walked away came back and said "Hi, I'm the manager" the most unprofessional interaction I've seen, we then asked his name to which he replied "none of your business" (we hear his name is Roger).. Customer service at it's finest. 🤦🏼♀️“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Wish we could go inside to enjoy donuts & coffee knowing it's something our son would truly enjoy.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“Never have a problem when I visited this location during my trips to Chicago Ridge Mall. So the service is always good and fasts. Plus the DD stand itself stays pretty clean it is never REALLY messy.

Parking: EVERYWHERE IT IS IN A MALL SO PARKING IS EVERYWHERE.“
