“Food it's absolutely delicious.
My wife ordered a LEVANTA MUERTOS for 2, but it was mostly for 3 or 4.
Plate was served plenty, and tasteful, everything in there was cooked perfectly. Also it came with lost of hot sauces and tostadas witch save time to just seat and eat.
But EMPANADAS DE CAMARON were not that wood, flavor was right, but they were under cooked.
We ordered to go, but next time we will eat there. Place looks nice and nite.“

“Wow!! Amazing food, great flavors gravies very distinct to each dish, Mongolian beef and shrimp egg foo young fire 🔥. Pan fried noodles perfection and egg rolls were crispy and delicious! I will definitely be ordering again! Delivery was great and food was still hot !!! I even got a Chinese calendar… and they hooked it up with condiments !! You will not regret ordering from here.“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“

“Frankie’s is one of the best places to go to for a celebration, date night, or just to enjoy some delicious food. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The staff is very nice and attentive, including Frankie who seems to greet and say something to everyone who comes in. It is one of our favorite places hands down! We also catered them for our housewarming party and the process was very easy and the food tasted amazing as usual. Definitely recommend!“

“My friend and I stumbled upon this spot because we were vending at a space across the street from them. The venue we were at didn’t have chairs for people, so I came to Mariscos’ to ask if we could borrow some chairs, and buy lunch. Right away Mary, one of the servers, translated my request and was able to get me 2 chairs. Mary is incredibly kind really made my day! We ordered 2 tacos with rice and crab salad, as well as 2 horchatas for lunch.
The food was awesome! Came out steaming, smelled great and tasted even better. I felt very lucky that Mariscos is so friendly and had such amazing food and service. Highly recommend!!“

“Tried the Oak Park location on a Wednesday night. It was FANTASTIC! I got a pound of Alaskan King crab legs, and while they didn’t come with crab crackers, we only had a little trouble breaking the meat out. Phenomenal crab legs. They came with perfectly seasoned red potatoes and corn on the cob. My partner ordered (fried) shrimp tacos and could not stop raving about them. The shrimp was very fresh. We also ordered fresh cut fries and they were outstanding, though they could use a bit more seasoning. But extra seasoning was brought upon request. The owner, Shawn, brought out the food, was attentive to our needs, and even struck up a friendly conversation as we left. Fantastic decor/theme, friendly staff and exceptional service! 10/10, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great dinner! Two dinners, since I had leftovers!“

“This is by far the best JJ Fish in the city of Chicago!! The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is welcoming. I also came in to place an order on Super Bowl. Although it was busy and wait times for some were longer than usual… the staff maintained professionalism and supported customers as quickly as possible. I’d recommend this location to anyone!“

“I’m from the coast and all my life I’ve loved sea food. My wife took me here for Father’s Day and I gotta tell you, it did not disappoint.
The wait was reasonable being a special day, they give you a cup of warm consome while you wait for your food. We had the veracruzana fillet, shrimp empanadas and a shrimp/octopus cocktail and the taste was just exquisite. It reminded me of my hometown“

“Checked out Mariscos El Veneno in West Lawn—spent around $30 on camaron sarandeados, spicy crab, and BYOB michelada setup. Seafood flavors were solid and portions were hearty. Cozy spot with ocean-blue walls and live music—got a bit loud, but adds to the vibe. Staff brought a complimentary ceviche tostada, which was a nice touch. Overall a fun night, would totally go back.“

“Ate here tonight and the food was wonderful. We had jerk turkey tips, jerk salmon and shrimp, yam, greens, cabbage, Mac and cheese and fried rice. Everything was tasty, hot, freshly made and spicy. “Great food! My friend and I went for a quick bite to eat before going home. This place hit the spot. The guy taking our was good, and he gave us recommendations and explained the menu. We ordered wings, tenders, shrimp, and fries with some canned drinks. It's not a fancy food spot, but if you're hungry and want something to satisfy you, I recommend coming here.“

“Came with a group of friends and we had a great time. Drinks were really good they have a full menu for it but the variety of the menu didn’t appeal to me almost everything is seafood which I’m not a fan of but I had the chicken birria taco and they were okay.“
