“Incredible experience everytime. 2nd birthday and one anniversary celebrated here. The service is phenomenal with how welcoming, attentive and intentional they are.

The food is incredible as always. It is one of the most fine dining meals I've ever had quite honestly with flavor, ingredients, presentation and creativity.

“Oh my god I got the torched and pressed sushi roll with avocado and truffle and it's one of the best things I've ever tasted. The truffle flavor with miso is an incredible flavor combination. The interior is really pretty as well, and they have a ramp at the entrance so it's pretty wheelchair friendly. The tables are a little close together so navigating inside was slightly awkward with my mobility device, but it wasn't difficult to push some chairs out of the way. I will definitely be coming back here and I will definitely be ordering the torched and press roll again.“

“The deep dish pizza was rich, cheesy, and packed. The crust was thick but still buttery and soft, which made it really satisfying. Each slice was filling, so it’s definitely a meal to share with friends or family. The place had a laid-back atmosphere and the staff were friendly, making it a spot worth visiting again.“

“My Fiancé and I discovered this restaurant after watching “Somebody Feed Fill” and were inspired and intrigued by Sarah’s restaurant and craftsmanship. We had our eye on getting reservations here for a very long time and we ended up landing lunch reservations for my Fiancés birthday (whom is also a Chef). We just happened to be seated by the expo line near the kitchen where we saw Sarah working. From start to finish our server Rose, and Sarah made sure our experience was personalized special. Sarah even signed the cookbook we bought and menu! Everything was on point from the food to the service. I can see why it’s so hard to get a reservation here! I don’t order tenderloins at restaurants typically but this is probably the best I’ve had — perfectly cooked and a great dish overall. Not among the top echelon of Michelin restaurants ive been to, but not far behind.“

“A treat for all of the senses! My introduction to The Gundis was a Sunday breakfast. What a beautiful feast was laid before me, my husband and a local friend who we were visiting. We ordered the Kurdish breakfast for two plus an order of baklawa crêpes. An array of colorful, tantalizingly-scented dishes soon filled our table. Superb savory and sweet flavors awaited our taste buds. All of us were amazed by the diverse deliciousness. The atmosphere and service were also excellent. It was truly pleasurable to indulge in a breakfast feast like no other. My only complaint is that I live too far to return often. Kudos to this Kurdish delight.“

“Amazing breakfast spot that was a random find while in the area. Great service and really cute atmosphere. Kids meals are free with adult purchase & the portions of my son’s teddy bear pancakes were huge! Actually portions of everything is huge. The churro French toast was incredibly delicious and included as a side to my omelette…small upcharge well worth it!! If ever in the area again it will be a must to to revisit!“

“I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

When we sat down, the server brought stuffed mushrooms, which served as a perfect start before the falafel appetizers. I ordered the beef kefta platter, and my girlfriend chose the salmon, both of which were delicious. I enjoyed my leftovers from the dinner.“

Our waitress taylor was incredible and the manager (so sorry but we never got his name because he was just being so nice to us) was incredible as well. “The Breakfast House was such a great addition to the neighborhood, and you can tell with how busy it gets on the weekends. I live right down the street on Dakin and brought my Mom here when she visited.

I got the Grilled Cheese Sourdough and it was fantastic. It was a take on a grilled cheese “breakfast style” with scrambled eggs and bacon with a side of honey mustard for dipping. My Mom got some fruit parfait and really enjoyed it.

Service and atmosphere is great. You can sit inside when it’s cold and they have outdoor seating when it’s nicer out.“
