I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “Sept 26th 2025 I visited. Fresh yum mochi donuts made. Saw staff prepared put fresh mochi donuts in cute colorful box. It also came with cute colorful bag too. Been awhile for me since I had mochi desserts.

“Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. “I stopped by this Dunkin' while visiting my sister at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. Even though we were just outside the city limits, you can't escape The Windy City! This location is super convenient for anyone visiting loved ones at the hospital.The staff here are always friendly, even when dealing with crazy Chicago weather or traffic on nearby I-290. They have the coffee and breakfast sandwiches down perfectly. I got an iced coffee to combat the snow and wind that Chicago is known for this time of year. It did the trick to warm me up!Nearby you'll find classic Oak Park homes and streets laid out in a grid like elsewhere in Chicagoland. After my visit, I took a stroll by Frank Lloyd Wright's Home and Studio, just a few blocks west. It's a great reminder of why Chicago is called The City in a Garden.Whether you're a visitor or local, this Dunkin' is a spot to refuel. The prices are reasonable for hospital coffee and food. “THIS is the Dunkin to go to on Ogden Ave in Hinsdale! Not sure on the man’s name who made our 4 iced coffees on Monday Aug 11, but they were the best ones we ever drank! “The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I've encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“Never have a problem when I visited this location during my trips to Chicago Ridge Mall. So the service is always good and fasts. Plus the DD stand itself stays pretty clean it is never REALLY messy.

“The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

“I'm a frequent customer, mainly for their large iced coffee. Friends often give me gift cards fur Dunkin. Unfortunately, their food items are not good. The toasted cheese sandwiches taste rubbery and burnt on one side. and the egg and cheese croissants are hard with again rubber like eggs. Now the last two times even the iced mocha coffee tasted bad. The workers don't seem to put much effort into anything. Was happy to see this location open as it's close to home but their service and products leave much to be desired. I'll be going back to the Palos location from now on. Have never had anything to complain about at that location.“
