(I’m sorry I didn’t catch there name but the quality of customer service was outstanding) Their service rendered was amazing thank you Danny and the crew you helped me.

“Great cheesesteak. A nice change from the usual gyro, hotdog, or burger and open late for another option besides Portillos in the area. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for a change like I was!! Would only recommend takeout though…inside is nice but the whole place smells like diesel fuel because of the fuel tanks under ground in the gas station lots surrounding Charley’s….only disappointing take away. I’d get a headache eating inside for sure.

Parking: Only a few spots so take out is a better option.“

Despite putting together a separate order of delicious sandwiches he kept up with telling us about his menu and offered his recommendations. After sitting down we found that the bread and meat quality was perfect. You can easily tell this place was built on hard work and the sandwiches made with love. I will be back.“

“We were at a neighboring business and decided to try this out. What a stroke of luck? This place is great! The menu is divided into 5 sections. Cold Deli, Off the Grill, Create your own Dagwood, Veggie, and Wraps / Salads. I got the grilled Classic Italian on multi grain bread . The bread was substantial to hold up to the meat, but not dry. The sandwich overall was on the messy side, so be ready with some napkins. My brother got the Philly Cheese Steak, we are not from the east coast, so cannot validate the authenticity of the Philly portion of the name but he said it was a darn good sandwich and they did not skimp on the meat. My husband got the cold Ham & Swiss, but the staff offered to serve it hot. We also tried cheese bread with tomato sauce. This was OK. It would have been a fine snack, but the sandwiches turned out to be so big (we each got regular size - the large must be huge!), we really did not need the appetizer. The fries are "fresh-cut," and they really mean it! There is a hopper of russet potatoes (I guess about 50 potatoes) right next to the fryer. We did each have a chocolate chunk cookie (we really only had a bite of it because we were full), they are really spot-on with the "chunk" - the chocolate was substantial peices. A tasty end to the meal.“

“Came here on Saturday. They made my Italian sub perfectly. I've had plenty of Jersey Mike's subs over the years. This was the first time the ingredients all made it onto the sandwich and were perfectly placed. Normally it looks like they apply the toppings with a shotgun. John was the worker that built what I called the absolute best Jersey Mike's sub I've ever had. Great job!“

“Overall, it's pretty good. This is one of my fav restaurants but not my fav location. I've had a few sandwiches from here that was just okay, either a small amount of ingredients or lacking on good flavor. I also think that I've made a few of the employees nervous (I don't know if my confident demeanor was too aggressive or if my darker complexion was the reason). Either way, I've had that "uncomfortable" feeling before at this location. It didn't bother me, because it is some nice people that work there as well. In this situation, the good outweighs the bad, and I like that! I go to this location often because it's close to my job, and I definitely would recommend it.“

Parking: It's going to be a tight fit. You'll be better off using the drive-thru, IMO. Intercom does NOT work. You have to order your food at the window.“

Lots to choose from. There is seating inside and plenty of parking easy to get in and off of the restaurant from route 45.“

“Always a must stop on my way to or from the Brookfield Zoo. I don't live in the area any more, but when I visit I always try to hit up Mr. Submarine. I don't know what it is, because at face value the ingredients are just OK. But when you get that shredded lettuce soaked with vinegar and oregano, and the not quite sure what kind of cheese it is, mixed with a true sub roll and solid deli meat. It's a beautiful thing. “I occasionally drive by Jersey Mikes on 95 th St in Oak Lawn, when you drive by you ask yourself is that place busy? So today I decided to park in back and I walked in at 1230 pm it was slammed , now I know why , the sandwiches are 5 star and the service also!!! Kudos to the employee making the sandwiches, as busy as it was they were friendly calm and cool! “Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). Also the sandwich was delicious!“
