“The whole staff here is fantastic. They greeted every customer that walked in, knew most of them by name and also said goodbye when they left. A member of the staff came around and asked how we were going and if we needed anything. I used to work in customer service and this store is a perfect example of how customer service should be everywhere. I live in Indiana and will come out of my way to visit this store.“

I was casually scrolling the internet (as one does 🤦🏽‍♀️), and a content creator swore by this McDonald’s hack: Order a McChicken, add cheese and Big Mac sauce. She promised it would be delicious—and guess what?

She was absolutely right.

Those simple tweaks transformed a basic sandwich into something almost gourmet! The Big Mac sauce added just the right tang, and the melted cheese brought it all together. Very, very tasty.

But today I went in and the system updated and they don’t have previous orders on there screen and have to take the time to enter everything every time. I think it was better the other way and quicker. I never complained about taking away the healthcare discount (that never used) but this is taking up time and should be put back in the system.
