“The whole staff here is fantastic. They greeted every customer that walked in, knew most of them by name and also said goodbye when they left. A member of the staff came around and asked how we were going and if we needed anything. I used to work in customer service and this store is a perfect example of how customer service should be everywhere. I live in Indiana and will come out of my way to visit this store.“

I was casually scrolling the internet (as one does 🤦🏽‍♀️), and a content creator swore by this McDonald’s hack: Order a McChicken, add cheese and Big Mac sauce. She promised it would be delicious—and guess what?

She was absolutely right.

Those simple tweaks transformed a basic sandwich into something almost gourmet! The Big Mac sauce added just the right tang, and the melted cheese brought it all together. Very, very tasty.

Maddy was not only extremely pleasant but also very helpful in helping us get a new station on the television so we can keep up with the weather. I do see how busy they are and I completely understand it's out of their control on how busy it gets, but I hope it does get better. I also noticed how the place was clean and inviting to the public. My favorite drink is the strawberry açaí lemonade and oh my gosh honestly the best drink I’ve ever had from a Starbucks location! “Kat and Aldi are the super stars here. I am in every morning and love them so much. But today I went in and the system updated and they don’t have previous orders on there screen and have to take the time to enter everything every time. I think it was better the other way and quicker. I never complained about taking away the healthcare discount (that never used) but this is taking up time and should be put back in the system.
