“This was my first time going to this Starbucks and I have nothing but good things about this Starbucks! The staff were very friendly and attentive to their customers. I also noticed how the place was clean and inviting to the public. My favorite drink is the strawberry açaí lemonade and oh my gosh honestly the best drink I’ve ever had from a Starbucks location! It was very sweet and fruity which made me very happy and wanting more. Whoever made it should get a raise because they made it with passion and love. Overall 10/10 experience/drink highly recommend!“

“We don’t often see managers going above and beyond for customers, that is why my experience here was so positive. I live in Cleveland and placed an order here to provide coffee and donuts for a local non profit. The order was picked up the next day, but the receipt was not. I needed the receipt to submit to my company for an expense report. Alicia reprinted it, took a picture and sent it to me. I was so grateful! I did stop in the next day on my way to visit the non profit. It was a wonderful atmosphere of hard working and busy employees. It was clean and there was nice music in the background. I spent about an hour working there using their internet. It felt like home and everybody made sure I had everything I needed. Of course the coffee was delicious! It’s Dunkin! And a lot less expensive than another coffee place! I love that they offer healthy options such as turkey bacon sandwiches. Great experience and a big thank you to Alicia for helping me out over the phone with her quick thinking and solutions to my problems!“

“Pekoe and Bean recently catered our event, and we had a great experience! They were able to accommodate us when we needed to make a change, and I could not be more grateful for that. “One of the best local breakfast or lunch spots in town! I've been by a few times with friends over the last few months and have tried the avocado toast and a few other items. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and even offered us complimentary soups while we were waiting for our meals, which arrived quickly and tasted absolutely amazing. For the quality of the food, the prices are insanely cheap. The monster cookie is to DIE for. Highly recommend you stop in and check this place out if you need coffee or a good healthy morning or afternoon meal!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I went to Tinley park Schoop’s for the 1st time just over a month ago and have been back weekly since. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. The women who works there is great. The restaurant gets very crowded at lunch and the service was still outstanding. I will be a regular customer I have recommended to my family and friends.“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“I’ve been to many Starbucks in my day but this one is my favorite. Since it opened it’s always been my go-to. I live right down the street. When I’m able to drive thru they are ALWAYS super quick! They don’t know this but I have a 7 month old and I’m pregnant with twins and sometimes it’s hard to take the drive so I door dash a lot but they never fail this momma. They never burn my grilled cheese and they always get my drink right. Their cup messages give me life sometimes and I just really appreciate having a kind dependable Starbucks to go to that I know will get it right for me. So thank you!“

Did you know, whenever they feel like it, they will block money that a person is sending to you? The reason they gave me was, “transaction was canceled for your protection”. “It looks unusual”. I tried to get CashApp to refund me the money they blocked & they refused. This is unacceptable. I did not use the App so money can be taken away from me. They do nothing about FRAUD, but refuse to help. I am fighting right now to get my money back. I just want the public to beware that CashApp feels they have authority to control your money, even when it is clear it is your money. Don’t let them take your money! {CASH APP = 0 Stars}“

“Five stars! I come to this Starbies a few times a week because I work remotely and I *need* to get out of the house, and the baristas are always so fun, so nice, so kind, so friendly. They always get my drink right and are speedy through the drive thru. I specifically know Patty by name, and she is extra lovely, but so is everyone else in the drive thru! Always happy to see the crew there.“

I am so disappointed that I had to repeat my order three times; I should have checked the drink before leaving the window.
