“A must go-to for coffee/café connissures. The Seventh Heaven latte is the perfect balance of sweet flavors without going overboard on the sugar. I paired my latte with the Amarillo Chipotle sandwich. An absolutely delicious spicy twist on the classic bacon, egg, and cheese. Jesse helped me decide on the order and I'm so glad he did. I went to another store (the one by kohl’s in south elgin) and ordered a matcha, i accidentally forgot to order it with oat-milk which made it taste bitter/horrible. I asked the barista if i could have it added to my drink or get a small cup of oat-milk so i could add it which i was obviously going to pay for. The barista told me rudely that she couldn’t do that for me and i had to purchase a WHOLE new drink. I kindly refused and went to this location. The sweet girl in the drive through took my order of a cup of oatmilk and gave it to me with the biggest smile. These workers are the best! This will be the only Starbucks i will go to now! Thank you for not turning me down for requesting oat-milk, it was ridiculous.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

Always a friendly greeting waiting for me, which is very welcome in this world where being greeted is more and more rare.Even when I order online, I still feel like they care about me as a customer.My favorite food is the dbl bacon breakfast sandwich and the banana nut bread. One of my favorite drinks is the caramel ribbon crunch frapp.I satisfy my dietary needs by using the phone app to customize my drink (i.e. coconut milk instead of cream or milk, decaf espresso, or other add-ins.) Using the app makes me feel confident that my drink order wasn't misheard and saves me the embarrassment and judgement of rattling off my laundry list of preferences.

The young man at the front counter was informational and helpful and the food was fresh and the chicken is probably my favorite. I’ll probably pass on the slushie next time just because it didn’t taste like alcohol at all.. and they had to get it unfrozen to get me a glass of it… also screams no alcohol. But that’s okay! “Four cars were in the drive-up, so we went inside to get the Halloween Munchkins Bucket on Sunday. Two people were in line. Only one young girl (Gracie) was working, but she was efficiently going back and forth between waiting on the drive-thru and the inside customers with a great attitude, no less. She apologized and said getting our bucket might take a few minutes because she was the only one working. We had no problem waiting and understood her situation. But we got the bucket quickly because she was very organized. She deserves a raise or bonus for doing that all on her own. Where was the manager? Poor girl should not have had to manage that all on her own.“
